  • With the awareness that the world market of animation industry is large enough to be concerned as our next generation industry and worthy enough to invest our resources, many animated films have been made and are still being made in these days. These animated films are no more a OEM based production that Korean animation industry have depended on for a long time. This is very positive situation we make our own animated films from plaining to final output. Nevertheless one thing we should aware here is these animations are behind in quality and contents compared to those in advanced country. There should be many reasons in this matter, but the most fundmental problem that the Korean animation industry is facing is lack of its central force like Walt Disney in United States. This study will research the problems of our animation production system and show alternative plans by comparing and analyzing those in advanced country.

Quality Characteristics of Fresh and Cooked Soybean Sprouts by Cultivars (콩나물콩 품종에 따른 콩나물 및 콩나물 무침의 품질특성)

  • Eight varieties of soybean sprouts cultivated for 5 days at 20$^{\circ}C$, 95% humidity, and the cooked soybean sprouts (kongnamulmuchim) were compared in growth characteristics, chemical composition, textural properties, and sensory characteristics.‘Iri 3’and‘Nunjumbagitae’were the highest in growth response and yield, respectively, and the next was ‘Junjuri’.‘Junjuri’was the highest in vitamin C content. The contents of aspartic acid and glutamic acid among amino acids were relatively high in‘Pureunkong’and‘Junjuri’.‘Iri 5’was the highest and ‘Iksannamulkong’, the lowest in hardness of hypocotyl by texture analyzer. While‘Junjuri’was the highest in sweetness, roasted nutty odor, and taste, it was the lowest in beany odor.‘Iri 5 was the highest in hardness,‘Junjuri’, in brittleness, and‘Iksannamulkong’, in chewiness of sensory characteristics.‘Over-all acceptability’was the highest in‘Pureunkong’(8.3) and the next was‘Junjuri’(7.4). From the above results, ‘Junjuri’ was considered as the optimum variety for cooked soybean sprout.

  • To use lightweight aggregate concrete with the structural material, it was need to evaluate property of mechanic and drying shrinkage and creep of the lightweight aggregate concrete, but these weren't. So the purpose of this study which it sees follows the mechanical property of the eco lightweight aggregate concrete according to the water binder ration in the high strength concrete. Eco lightweight aggregate was made with clay and crushed rock in this study. To make experiment, water binder ratio was divided 35% and 39%. And the fresh concrete properties were that slump flow was 500${\pm}$50mm, air contents was 2.0${\pm}$1.0%. It evaluated the hold a drying shrinkage and the creep the effect, it analyzed quality and reliability of the eco lightweight aggregate concrete.

  • The Integrated Center for Early Childhood Education and Care established 595 centers in 2013 that are integrated kindergarten and nursery centers. The Japanese government revised the law for the Center for Early Childhood Education and Care in 2012 and published the standards for equipment, management, and curriculum for early childhood education and care in April 2014. Presently the standards for equipment and management for integrated centers for early childhood education and care is based on a higher level than kindergarten and nursery centers. Therefore, the quality of education and care that the kindergarten and nursery centers are currently providing can be expected to continue. However childhood education and care curriculum is excessively emphasized education. Because infants and toddlers of 0-5years are spending most of the day in integrated centers for early childhood education and care, the contents related to childcare should be strengthened.

  • The resonant frequency fo and unloaded quality factor Qu of CoTi-substituted Barium ferrites($\textrm{BaCo}_{x}\textrm{Ti}_{x}\textrm{Fe}_{12-2x}\textrm{O}_{19}$, $1.0\leq\textrm{x}\leq5.0$) were measured at frequencies between 5 to 10GHz using the paralleled copper-plate wave guide method. The measurements showed that the permittivities of CoTi-substituted Barium ferrites(CoTi-BF) increased from 14.7 to 23.4 with the contents of CoTi, x, and the loss tangents had values of $\textrm{10}^{-3}$ order. From these results, CoTi-BF are considered to be very promising materials in microwave devices such as dielctric resonator antennas.

  • Opened platform is called that anybody can be a producer and consumer in some platform. And many opened platforms are using in various area such as general goods, smart phone application and contents. In this paper, we will propose the opened platform system for the problems for evaluation the level of learners. Any user can register problems as public or private-type in this system and use them. So our proposed system has the advantage in selecting the high quality problems by continuous reviews about that even after they have been registered. Proposed system has three different modules such as submit, evaluate and produce problems modules. A user can submit various kind of problems in the submit module. The evaluation module is a module that allows the user who is not the problem registrant to evaluate the registered problem. The production module can use the registered problems for online and offline evaluation.

  • It has been grown interests ot the convergence services about broadcasting and multicasting services such as Mobile IPTV. It needs the efficient scheduling and resource allocation algorithm because video contents have the large data. This paper proposes the resource allocation algorithm for the layered-encoded video coding in the multicasting services. Existing approaches only deal with the utility maximization in the current video frames. However, these algorithms have a problem for the Quality of Services(QoS) if the user's channel states are not good. We apply the delay constraint and find to maximize the utility values using the current content's frames and already assigned content's frames within the constraint periods. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by the higher layer transmission rates compared the existing algorithm and significantly improved for the QoS.

  • As digital contents are widely used and require increasingly high quality, the data storage services over Internet also become more and more important. One of popular services, web-hard, provides lots of users with web-based functions for data storage, management and sharing but such storage utilization requires quite high cost compared to using portable storage devices. Moreover, some users may avoid putting their important data into open Internet area. On the other hand, portable storage devices are cheaper but can be used only when they are physically connected to host devices such as PC. Also additional management and security functions should be equipped to support data sharing among users. In this paper, we propose a web-based data storage system combining those advantages of aforementioned two approaches. The proposed system immediately provides web-based services for data management and sharing when a portable device such as SDD is connected to the server.

  • Digital broadcasting areas are leading information technology and having been strengthen the competitiveness of industries. In this paper, we developed HSS(Home Stream Station) for recording and transmitting digital broadcasting on digital TV without additional devices, which is based on cable TV network at home. The HSS can record a broadcasting program selected by user while digital TV shows the other channel. User can watch the program stored on the HSS at any time and any digital TV in the home. LAN interface of the HSS was also developed for supplying high quality digital broadcasting-contents through home network using IP-STB(Set Top Box).

  • The Game development process that the Korea Game Development Infinity researches and publishes has laid important groundwork for the game industry. However, the game design cannot guarantee a software quality because an artifact is made incorrect by a game planner's new idea and modification. In this paper theorized the system to maintain artifacts consistently that is generated in planning phase and make changed contents traceable. First, it defined an ACT graph to represent relation of between artifacts, a ACT table that traces and manages it changes and a table of artifacts change history. Also, it suggested the ACT process applying as we mentioned above. Then we worked a case study to verify the change tracking technique which is presented. In a case study, we find game designer is capable to grip and modify a change of artifacts when it occurs a change of game design artifacts. As a result of that, we can save the time and effort to maintain the consistency among game design artifacts.
