This research has analyzed the influences of Service quality on Brand image, Brand attitude and Behavioral intentions. And it is also investigate how is brand image and attitude effects behaviors on customers to choose airline. This research have valuable data in order to establish the strategy how airlines can introduce themselves to customers. Based on the statistic results, We are able to find out the meaningful differences. Airline's Service Quality cause the positive influences on brand image, brand attitude and behavioral intentions. This research has several implications such as what kind of strategies airline needs focused on in order to improve passenger's satisfaction.

This study is significant for its proposed health care quality improvement methods to study the relationship between the medical service quality and customer loyalty in the regional hub public hospital. The subjects were selected 604 people who visited the regional hub public hospital to customers from June 9 to June 30, 2014 as the final survey. The analysis was conducted hierarchical regression analysis to identify factors affecting the reliability factor analysis and customer loyalty. In conclusion showed that accessibility factors affecting customer loyalty, awareness hospital, the perceived value of cost-effectiveness, human services on a significant impact. The regional hub public hospitals by focusing efforts I have a continuity of customer care through constant management in order to provide quality health care, increase the frequency of use and loyalty are needed.

Most games based on PCs or consoles at present show vivid special effects and brilliance sceneries. However, the other games running on mobiles and portable devices can not show magnificent scenes because of low hardware specifications such as slow CPU, old graphics card and battery capacity. These games relatively prefer light and casual contents that do not need tremendous calculation. It is very important to keep minimum of game graphics quality in those games. Thus this research presents the new possibility of variable indexed color palettes to overcome the low hardware capacities.

This is an integrative review paper of Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) simulation programs in the mental health area including the analysis of the general characteristics, contents, and the impact of the interventions studies. The keywords used to search the studies were "AR/VR" and "medical/nursing students". The author and a postdoctoral research fellow searched four electronic databases: Web of Science, PubMed, EmBase, and CINHA, and as a result nine studies met the inclusion criteria. Among the selected studies AR/VR simulation programs in the mental health area for healthcare professionals were found to be effective in clinical skills as well as for the interpersonal relationship and the stigma of mentally ill patients. Providing an opportunity to experience a safe and effective tool is important when educating health professionals and AR/VR simulation programs are safe and effective. Thus, standardized AR/VR simulation programs are needed to be developed for health professionals.

Of all wireless technologies for personal communications, CDMA(Code Devision Multiple Access) offers the best combination of good signal quality, high security and system reliability. CDMA2000 provides Internet and internet services for variable multimedia aplications. However, good educational CDMA web contents, which focus on the easy understability and good readability, are rare dute to the difficulties and the broad range of CDMA technologies. This content is developed based upon the following two aspects. First, a basic CDMA communication theoy, which contains much color figures and animation, is introduced combing the experimental results and corresponding explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. There have been significant improvements in base oil quality in order to satisfy recent market needs. In particular requirements of passenger car motor oils have been leading the trend. Now, high quality base oils such as VHVI base oils and PAOs are to be formulated in order to meet the tight volatility specifications. The severe hydrocracking, hydro-isomerized dewaxing and hydro-finishing process with noble-metal based catalysts (named UCO lube process) developed by SK corporation has been introduced as one of economic hydroprocessing routes to produce high quality VHVI base oils and food grade white mineral oils from fuels hydrocracker residue. Product quality of UCO lube process is similar to PAO in. general performances and therefore provides satisfactory performance far all straightforward applications in general lubricants. However, when applied to specialty lubricants like transformer oils, spray oils and coning oils, severely hydrocracked base oils are known to have various compatibility problems with gas or surfactants formulated in them. These problems are related to the difference in their composition; inherent high paraffin contents and lack of dissolving ability, Fortunately, it was found that excellent specialty lubricants could be made by carefully selecting and formulating adequate additives and/or aromatic compounds. Moreover, these specialties with high quality VHVI base oils ofter various advantages over conventional base oil based products.

In Korea, as the elderly population increases, elderly medical facilities and nursing care workers are increasing in labor force, but nursing care workers are avoiding nursing care workers due to poor working conditions and many physical and mental exhaustion of nursing care workers. Therefore, in this study, 284 nursing care workers were surveyed to search resources and to find alternatives to enhance the quality of life of caregivers. The result of research, The first, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social on a married women. The more a religion, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, psychological. The higher the salary, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, physical. The second, the support of a Superior effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and physical and the support of a colleague effected positively on the quality of life in social and physical. The third, the support of a Superior moderated by self-efficacy of the quality of life in the social and psychological. This results suggest that can be influential variables the support of social and the self-efficacy as an alternative to burnout of the care workers.

Inorder to minimize the daily intake amount of nitrate by chinese cabbage, the favorate vegetable for Korean, the influences of storage conditions at different temperature and light or dark treatments after post-harvest and effects of cooking temperature and infrared rays on changes of nitrate contents in edible parts of chinese cabbage were determined. The nitrate contents on midrib and leaf blade in chinese cabbage during post-harvest were decreased steeply in 2 days and decreased slowly again in 5 days. The temperature treatment to decrease the nitrate contents in midrib and leaf blade of chinese cabbage were effective as the following of $25^{\circ}C$> $15^{\circ}C$ > $-4^{\circ}C$ > $-10^{\circ}C$. The nitrate contents of midrib and leaf blade were decreased in the timecourse of post-harvest. It is more effective to store in $4^{\circ}C$ than in $15^{\circ}C$, and is more effective in transparent vinyl package than in black vinyl package, but the treatment of light is more effective than the treatment of temperature. The nitrate contents of midrib decreased rapidly by 17.9% in the treatment of 5 days at$ 15^{\circ}C$. By treatment of $80^{\circ}C$, $90^{\circ}C$, $100^{\circ}C$ water, the nitrate contents of midrib were increased slightly, but decreased in leaf blade. It reached 68.5%, 50.6%, 45.9% in the leaf blade respectively by treatment of 80%, 90%, 100% water at 1 min. By infrared rays treatment, the nitrate contents of midrib did not change in 3 min but increased rapidly after 6 min, and in the leaf blade it increased continually after 1 min.
