Data mining is the method to find useful information for large amounts of data in database. It is used to find hidden knowledge by massive data, unexpectedly pattern, relation to new rule. The methods of data mining are association rules, decision tree, clustering, neural network and so on. Association rule mining searches for interesting relationships among items in a riven large data set. Association rules are frequently used by retail stores to assist in marketing, advertising, floor placement, and inventory control. There are three primary quality measures for association rule, support and confidence and lift. We analyze Gyeongnam social indicator survey data using association rule technique for environmental information discovery. We can use to environmental preservation and environmental improvement by association rule outputs.

We proposed a novel similarity measure using weighted difference entropy (WDE) to improve the performance of the CF system. The proposed similarity metric evaluates the entropy with a preference score difference between the common rated items of two users, and normalizes it based on the Gaussian, tanh and sigmoid function. We showed significant improvement of experimental results and environments. These experiments involved changing the number of nearest neighborhoods, and we presented experimental results for two data sets with different characteristics, and results for the quality of recommendation.

Aging society may approached to our society during snatch very, and enter in super aging society for more span. Investment that we which live 21th century are many in people's quality of life elevation meantime did not consist, but stand in visual point that must improve many portions forward. For front, repletions for many equipments that consider aged on our society must consist, and much researches may have to be gone for this. According to traffic accident result, percentage of older pedestrian deaths was 46.5% as much in Korea. In particular, the crossing accidents by 59% or more of the older pedestrian traffic safety measures that target is an urgent situation. Therefore, in this study was to identify the domestic status and problem on no-sidewalk region for older pedestrians. In addition, side walk the installation and maintenance plan presented to prepare for aging society.

At present, KORAIL is in the middle of renovating. All steps exert great effort at cost reduction and a profit improvement. Especially to improve maintenance method and inspection period at the rolling-stock division lots of research is under progress. Daily inspection of rolling stocks is to operate the rolling stock normally. Daily inspection items are driving control device, coupling device, brake system, water system and air conditioning system, electrical system etc. Half of the maintenance manpower are inputted at daily inspection. Strengthens the quality and optimize the proportion of daily inspection are urgent problem. Daily inspection period extension aim is as follows. KTX from 3,500km to 5,000km, passenger car from 1st to 3,500km, new style electric locomotive from 2nd to 5,000km, the diesel locomotive is 2,800km from 1,200km. In this paper, the optimal daily inspection period and methods are considered including expected problem and counter measures.

The residential street is an area in which the residential function clearly predominates over any provisions for traffic. Therefore schoud it serve as a living space for the inhabitants. The purpose of this study is to identify the present state of training system for mental health professionals. There are some topics which must be improved in the training system, like as reinforcement of qualification of the trainers, introduction of assessment system of the training, and other the quality improvement measures for the training system. Finally, the speciality and capability of mental health professionals will be promoted by supplements of the problematic matters and these efforts will be directly helpful to the people who has mental illnesses.

The problem of imbalance between supply and demand of fine aggregates in the southeastern region due to the decrease in collection of EEZ(Exclusive Economic Zone) sea sand has been raised. In this paper, the possibility of securing alternative aggregate as a means to solve the problem of fine aggregate shortage in the southeast region was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the alternative aggregate is easy to manufacture and its quality can be secured. And, it is suitable to use as an aggregate with less environmental burden. In addition, institutional improvement measures are needed for effective utilization and recycling of alternative aggregates.
