Purpose of this study is to empirically consider relation between QM activity factor and management result. For this, following 6 major variables of QM activity were established as independent variable; CEO's leadership, communication, process control, standardization, full participation and education/training while satisfaction of members and improvement of quality were established as dependent variable. And, a model was set up and hypothesis verification was conducted on the basis of data collected through questionnaires. The results are summarized as follows; First, QM factors which influenced satisfaction of members in management result were CEO's leadership, communication, process control, full participation and education/training but 'standardization' factor was not statistically significant. Second, QM factors which influenced improvement of quality in management result were CEO's leadership, communication, standardization, full participation and education/training but 'process control' factor was not statistically significant. Third, among main factors of QM activity, the factor which preferentially influenced satisfaction of members was 'full participation' factor while the factor which preferentially influenced improvement of quality was 'standardization' factor. According to such results, it is required to seek a statistical method regarding QM activity with focus on the factor of 'full participation' and 'standardization' among other things for the purpose of satisfaction of members as well as improvement of quality. It is believed that implication of this study can be useful information to realize management result considering main factors of QM activity and that it also can be basic reference data to seek a statistical method for satisfaction of members and improvement of quality by grasping core factors having influence over QM activity.

The objectives of the study were to explore the effects of personal factors, organizational factors, and system factors on satisfaction on hospital information system among hospital nurses, and to provide suggestions for improving usability of information system and promoting business efficiency and system satisfaction by evaluating hospital information system. The study sample group consisted of 233 nurses from general hospitals. The collected data were analyzed using the Hierarchical Regression. The results suggested that system quality, information quality, and service quality showed positive and significant effects on hospital nurses' satisfaction. The organizational factors and personal factors were not statistically significant controlling for the system factors. This study was significant in that direct relationships between sub-dimensions of hospital information system and organization's performance, measured in nurses' perceived evaluation were empirically explored. Accordingly, the application of hospital information system could provide a direction for establishing a systematic strategy to improve the work performance of hospital nurses.

Rabbit meat has high nutritional and dietetic characteristics, but its consumption rate is comparatively lower than other meat types. The nutritional profile of rabbit meat, by comparison with beef, pork, and poultry, is attributed to relatively higher proportions of n-3 fatty acids and low amounts of intramuscular fat, cholesterol, and sodium, indicating its consumption may provide health benefits to consumers. But, the quality attributes of rabbit meat can be originated from different factors such as genetics, environment, diet, rearing system, pre-, peri-, and post-slaughter conditions, and others. Different rabbit breeds and the anatomical location of muscles may also affect the nutritional profile and physicochemical properties of rabbit meat. However, adequate information about the effect of those two factors on rabbit meat is limited. Therefore, cumulative information on nutritional composition and carcass and meat quality attributes of rabbit meat in terms of different breeds and muscle types and associated factors is more important for the production and processing of rabbits. Moreover, some studies reported that rabbit meat proteins exhibited angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory characteristics and antioxidant properties. The aim of this review is to elucidate the determinants of rabbit meat quality of different breeds and its influencing factors. In addition, the proven biological activities of rabbit meat are introduced to ensure consumer satisfaction.

Purpose: The study aimed to examine quality of sleep in hemodialysis patients and explore physical, physiological, and psychological factors determining sleep quality. Methods: The survey was conducted among 165 patients on maintenance hemodialysis at a university hospital. Data were collected from July to October in 2015. The sleep quality and its related factors were assessed by standardized questionnaires, anthropometric measures, and lab tests after obtaining a written consent from the participant. Results: The mean age of the participants was 62.58 years old, and 67.9% of the participants experienced sleep disorders such as 'not falling asleep within 30 minutes' or 'frequently waking up at night'. Pain (t=-3.29, p=.007) and depression (t=-6.028, p<.001) were significantly different between the group with sleep disorder and the other without. The demographic factors (age, shared room, sleep during the day), physical factors (pain and symptom), and psychological factors (depression and trait and status anxiety) together explained 20.0% of variance in sleep quality. Conclusion: Sleep disorder was frequently experienced among the patients on maintenance hemodialysis. The effective nursing strategies should focus on sleep environment, pain and depression management. Further study is warranted to explore the effect of physiological factors related to the disease on sleep disorder in this population.

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate quality of sleep and to assess the factors that influence quality of sleep in surgical ICU. Methods: The subject of the study were consisted 109 adult patients who admitted to surgical ICU. The data were collected from May 20 to December 10, 2007 by structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, paired t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The score of quality of sleep was 4.57 point. The main sleep disturbance factors related to quality of sleep in surgical ICU inpatient were sleep time, machinery alarm and noise(adjusted $R^2$=33.2). Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, it is needed to develop a nursing intervention program that including to promote quality of sleep and to decrease machinery alarm and noise in surgical ICU.

This paper analyzed major factors affecting video quality in IPTV (Internet Protocol TV) services in multicasting under our lab network environment similar to practical IPTV service networks. We measured video qualities for the broadcasting traffics in IPTV multicasting with or without applying QoS (Quality of Service) technique. The measurements allowed us to extract thresholds of network measurement factors affecting the quality for the service. It will be a good choice that the factors can be a reference to ensure stable video quality for practical IPTV services in multicasting.

In the resent years, the early evaluation of concrete quality, construction and maintenance has been considered as all is of major concern due to the increase of loading and the degradation of structures related with time. This paper presents evaluation of structural safety performance using measured data of construction, on the basis of a field measurements for the prevention of unreliable concrete works. Measurements analyzed in this paper are early quality condition and performance assessment, serviceability performance by cracks and deflection, rating performance by loading, durability performance by chloride attack and carbonation. Thus, a quantitative assessment model of resistance capacity was developed here to meet the requirement for deteriorated concrete structures. The model focuses on damage mechanical of concrete structures deteriorated by initial damage factors for concrete quality and environment factors such as chloride and carbonation attacks. These results could provide useful information for concrete structures interested in design, construction and maintenance.

In this study, an investigation was done into service qualify factors of infant education Institutes, after which a positive verification was made in the relation of cause and effect between service quality, service value and customer satisfaction. Based on this verification, strategies were presented for plans to improve the service quality of infant education. In addition, identification was made into factors that affect customer satisfaction, re-registration intention and recommendation to others in putting forward service operational strategies for infant education institutes and making a comparative analysis on kindergartens and daycare centers.

Recently, almost of the colleges are contrive measures to satisfy the needs of students. The purpose of this study is to find what are the impact factors to the needs of those. To evaluate the factors influencing to students behaviors, it was investigated how much did the 5 variety of Service quality-Tangibles, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability-and 4 variety of attitude models to depending to the level of students influence the satisfaction of students for the students of W college. In the result, this study shows that 5 variety of Service quality did not impact for the general service quality, but only the Responsiveness and, Empathy have the positive relationship to the satisfaction of students. Also, general service quality and attitude willingness have the positive correlation with the satisfaction of students. And it is investigated that there are significance differences among the general service qualities by the level of students ability.
