The purpose of this study was to suggest a new approach to geometric abstraction for furniture design. For this study, Geometric abstraction that was done during 1917 through 1939 was investigated. Geometric abstraction is one form of pure abstraction and is mainly concerned with geometric elements and primary colors. De stijl and Bauhaus, which were emphasized groups during this period were influenced by geometric abstract arts. The purpose of this body of work has been to create furniture pieces that would express and embody my exploration and interpretation of geometric abstraction. The various compositions of geometric shapes, pure proportion, and primary color have been a focal point.

For the purpose of easy approach, social welfare facilities that have close relation to local society establish welfare facilities, as schools, religious faciliteis, town-block offices, libraries, etc. Especially the church neighboring the region can use regional resources in human power, facilities, financial power. So the purpose of this research is to investigate the concept and sort of religious facilities and regional connection and present the direction of social welfare facilites plan through the case study of social welfare faciliteis performing public welfare work, attached to church.

For this purpose, this is criticized about recognition regarding future library of Library and Information Science researchers in Korea. And this is reviewed the present stages of collection development and a role of future books, future libraries and future librarians in Korea. The result of this study is known unrealistic reality analysis and forecast surrounding future library discourse and at the same time that following Western model is not fit for future library in Korea. This study is proposed resolving of problems to access based on physical collection in future library.

The research shows how the technological change of 'Information and Communication Technology' (ICT) is accompanied with the usage change. It aims to provide a better conceptualization with empirical findings about the fact that the technological development of ICT is a convergence process of ICT factors with the usage of ICT moving from a limited coverage toward a general-purpose. The research adapts a descriptive methodology on a historical matter and demonstrates how it can be conducted through analytical description of Input-Output tables (I/O) the over periods. The case is about the UK with sequential I/O during 1970s- 90s.

The purpose of this study is to verify the hypothesis that the end-user's standards of the selection over retrieved documents affect the selecting of relevant documents after online bibliographic databases searching. In this paper, the elemental components and improving purpose in advanced safety management system are reviewed to cope with a railway fire accident. And a considering procedure(V-cycle) of long-term plan for railway fire safety improvement is proposed. For the purpose of preventing recurrence of accident, items which have to be considered in the course of accident investigation and cause analysis are presented according to the stage of investigation activity.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze teachers' happy school life from teachers' perspectives. For this purpose, interviews with teachers and administrators were analyzed to describe and interpret the meaning of teachers' happy school life. The result indicated that teachers' happy school life could be understood with teachers' professional instruction, rational communication among members, understanding for meaning of works.
