The purpose of this paper is to cultivate field of new distribution and it will set three detail aims and such aims will be propelled. First, investigates a present condition of domestic financial distribution, second, presents standard model of financial distribution, and third, confirms suitability of standard model on financial distribution for instance analysis. incidental purpose is to offer improvement method about corresponding instance through deduction of problem and estimate of analysis instance. The purpose of this paper is also to induce more strategic financial industry through research of related system such as LIS, CVO and TMS or through research of prior innovation contents by application to NONGHYUP for realization of financial distribution model.

The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.

This study is based on the Ecological Design Theories related with the Urban space planning. The purpose of this study is to propose the Urban Space Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment. To achieve this purpose, Normative Theory Study which means Logical Analysis of Ecological Theories in the new field of Ecological Urban Design, is done in accordance with the object of this study. This results derived of this study are as follows: 1. Six(6)-Ecological Urban Planning Elements related with the purpose of this study, are clarified these are Land-use planning, Transformation planning, Plants and Living-thing Ecological System planning, A Culture planning related with water, Energy and resource planning, and Urban-amenity planning. 2. Urban Space Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment is porposed by means of the Normative theroy study analysis and contents analysis related with Ecological Urban planning which contain Ecological Planning Elements.

This paper presents the development of depth extraction algorithm for the stereoscopic endoscope data using a stereo matching method. generally, the purpose of existing stereo algorithms is to reconstruct stereo object surface and depth map. but the main purpose of our processing is to give exact depth feeling to doctor showing depth information in some points. for this purpose, this paper presents two stereo matching algorithms which are to measure exact depth. one is using variable window, and the other is reference points-based algorithm for a fast processing.

Korea Water Resources Corporation (KOWACO) annually supplies about 2 billion Kwh and 7.3 billion $m^3$ with its 10 multi purpose dams and 20 water supply offices. For the proper control and management of the above utilities, sequential control equipment and SCADA/DCS have been operated and maintained. In this paper, 8 control system evaluations for hydropower dam, water supply, electric power and subway projects during 1984-1997 were reviewed and analyzed. The systematic evaluation method has been established in the points of the purpose, method, procedure, evaluation team, evaluation criteria, total evaluation table and the contents of final recommendation report. With keeping in mind the essential points, it is expected for the more effective and fair evaluation of bids.

Designing of the squirrel cage AC Traction Motor has many difficulties which has to be small shape in order to be suitable into bogie frame, high efficiency and light weight. It means that induction motor for tractive efforts has to be different magnetic and electric loading ratio from industrial induction motor. This paper is devoted to an examination of how this ratio affects overall design concept and. hence the main design points for traction motor. Also studied is the changed coefficients of the magnetic and electric loading ratio squirrel cage induction motor for the traction purpose, which has been already identified from the referance book for industrial purpose induction motor.

It is concentrated their efforts on expanding establishment mind like creating regular subject about establishment business of students and establishment business supporting center in University. Students creation enterprise club for establishment business with this hot wind of change and it seems to be success with hot wind of venture creation and gather many students for it. But practical result of research says that there are many problems like absence of education program, insufficient of professional leader, missing exact purpose so members decreased and activity itself piled up. Also creation business supporting system for student didn't conveyed to students evenly and effectively as much as original purpose and feeling effect is short of expectation. Therefore it will be required to reorganize supporting system and operate existed club to raise their ability of basic quality and gift that needs to do company activity and create basic mind about principal of free enterprise through activity of establishment enterprise by students. And we have to interest in their activity for creation enterprise with exact consciousness of purpose and prepare systematic, material, human supporting system that needs to establish enterprise with our knowledge and ability.

In this article, We propose research propositions about correlates of job interest, job difficulty, job effort, and job performance as well as job performance and emotions while working. The purpose of this study is to review existing research on emotions and job performance, particularly emotions at work. The purpose of this article is to review existing research on job performance and emotions, particularly at the job relevant cognitions level. In this study, We propose research propositions about correlates of job performance and emotions while working. The purpose of this article is to develop and propose research propositions about potential correlates of perceived performance at the job relevant level. Correlates include those that should function mainly as antecedents of performance, such as job difficulty, job interest, and job effort in the study are emotions experienced concurrently with job performance. Therefore, We suggest the predictive direction and bivariate relationship of the set of among variables in explaining job performance and emotions.

Purpose: The present study combines both tax structures and pension funds as the factors of economic importance and explores the impact of both (pension funds and tax rates) on the economic growth in context of OECD nations. Research Design, Data and Methodology: Last forty years data on these variables is taken for study purpose. A Sample size of thirty four nations which form the part of OECD nations was taken for study purpose. Results: Regression analysis (linear) was used to find out relationship between tax structure, Pension funds and economic growth. Conclusion: The results are important for nations increasing their expenditure for social contribution.

In multi-purpose lathe, the design of tilting turret slide system has an important and critical role to enhance accuracy of the machining process. Tilting turret unit is traveled by 3-axis slide systems. There is a need to design this part very carefully. In this research, 3-axis sliding system with tilting turret unit is modeled by considering the element dividing, material proprties, and boundary conditions with PATRAN. Normal mode and frequency analysis of each structures such as saddle, cared, and turret are simulated by NASTRAN, for the purpose of developing the effective design. The results of mode analysis and frequency analysis are visualized with PATRAN, and the design method which can solve the resornance problem by eigenvalues and eigenvectors of each axis is developed as well.
