서비스 경영에 있어서 친환경 자동차 구매 행동에 미치는 소비자 특성의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Consumer Characteristics on Purchasing Behavior of Eco-Friendly Vehicles in Service Management)

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 차세대 친환경 자동차의 주요 제조업체의 개발 및 시장 참여가 가속화되고 있으며, 소비자 관심도 증가했다. 본 연구는 차세대 친환경 자동차의 소비자 특성, 소비 유형, 정부 정책 등에 중점을 두어 연구하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 소비자 유형 (가격 가치 추구 유형, 개인 가치 추구 유형, 소비자 사이의 유의 한 차이는 없음)과 소비자의 특성 (성별, 연령, 월평균 소득)와 구매 의도는 연령, 성별, 월평균 소득에 따라 유의 한 차이가 없었으나 소비자의 유형에 따라 구매 의도가 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 디자인브랜드, 색상, 이미지는 친환경 자동차에 긍정적 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 최근 차세대 친환경 자동차의 개발 및 시장 참여가 가속화되고 소비자의 관심이 증대되고 있음을 시사하며, 친환경 차량의 특성 및 정부의 정책적 지원이 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있다.

Mediation Roles of Goal Types and Emotion in the Effects of Social Identity-Based Self-Discrepancy Type on Compensatory Consumption

  • Purpose: This research aimed at exploring the functions of consumers' perceiving approach and avoidance roles and their feeling anger and disgust in the effect of the two types of self-discrepancy at social identity such as the ideal self-discrepancy and the ought self-discrepancy on within-self domain versus across-self domain consumption. Research design, data, and methodology - This study divided the self-discrepancy group into the ideal self-discrepancy and the ought self-discrepancy group as experimental groups for empirical study. Self-discrepancy type between-subjects design was used to develop two types of questionnaire according to the type of experimental groups. The platform, 'questionnaire stars' of 'WeChat' in China was used to collect 103 data from the ideal self-discrepancy group and 102 from the ought self-discrepancy group for empirical study. T-test and the structural equation model in Amos 21 were used to verify hypotheses developed through theoretical review. Results - First, ideal self-discrepancy positively affected the role-approaching goal and anger. Second, ought self-discrepancy positively affected the role-avoiding goal and disgust. Third, the role-approaching goal and anger positively influenced on the within- versus across- domain consumption. Fourth, the disgust negatively influenced on the within- versus across- domain consumption, however the role-avoiding goal did not influence on the consumption. Fifth, there was the mediation roles of anger (disgust) in the effects of ideal (ought) self-discrepancy on the consumption. Conclusions - When consumers feel anger at the ideal self- discrepancy induced by in-group, it is necessary for the marketers to promote their product brand used by the in-group. They should develop and advertise the messages priming the ideal self-discrepancy and the anger to increase the intent to purchase or use their product brand when the in-group members have used the brand by relating the brand to their social identity concerned with the ideal self-discrepancy. However, marketers should help consumers feel disgust by developing and advertising the messages expressing the ought self-discrepancy to lead the consumers to the place of purchasing or using their product brand when the members have used the brand based on keeping the consistence between the brand and other social identity not related to the ought self-discrepancy.

식품교환군을 이용한 식단 작성 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Menu Planning Program by Food Exchange Group)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a software system for computerized menu planning program by food exchange group. In this research, Powerbuilder 5.0 was used. This study provides food service manegers with more effective manegement system and scientific menu. Software programs developed in this study were summerized as follows : 1) Programs for outputing standard amounts of the exchange food groups fir calories. 2) Programs for inputing the cooking type code, the food code and the food amount of the menu. 3) Programs for outputing distribution of the exchange food groups of the computerized menu. 4) Programs f0r calculating the price of each food and menu. 5) Programs for calculating the nutrient contents of each food and menu. 6) Programs for calculating fatty acids of dietary intake. 7) Programs for calculating PUFA : MUFA : SEA ratio and ω/sub 6/ : ω/sub 3/ ratio and evaluating the status of dietary intake. 8) Programs for inputing the purchasing amount of food. 9) Programs for outputing the menu table. 10) Programs for inputing and modifing the cooking types in the cooking types file. 11) Programs for inputing and modifing the prices in the food prices Ue.(Korean J Nutrition 31(7) 1192-1205, 1998) a 본 연구에서는 식품교환군을 이용하여, 정상인 피급식자는 물론, 환자나 운동선수들을 대상으로 하여 , 개인식단은 물론 단체급식 식단도 작성할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 식단 작성표 프로그램. 식품의 일반성분과 지방산 함량 분석 프로그램, 기타 영양 평가 프로그램 음식목록표 및 음식 조리법 작성 프로그램, 식품가격표 작성 프로그램 및 식단표와 1끼 영양분석표의 출력 프로그램 등의 System으로 되어있다. 그리고 작성한 3끼의 식단을 지정해 주면, 1일의 영양분석도 평가해 주는 1일 영양분석 평가 프로그램도 연결되어 있다. 이 프로그램은 사용자가 직접 식품의 가격 및 모든 data를 검색, 수정, 삭제하거나 추가로 입력할 수 있다. 또 영양과 예산에 맞는 정확한 식단을 작성할 수 있으며 , 기타 영양 평가 검색도 할 수 있다.

한국형 냉장편의식 개발을 위한 주부들의 인식 조사 (The Survey of Housewives' Perception for the Development of Refrigerated Convenience Foods for Koreans)

  • To provide basic information for the development of refrigerated convenience foods for Koreans, 492 house-wives residing in Seoul and Kyunggi Province were surveyed concerning satisfaction of buying precooked convenience foods, frequency of using them, preferred Korean dishes, and willingness to buy the convenience foods if they are developed. Statistical data analysis was completed using SAS package program. The satisfaction mean score of the marketed precooked convenience foods was 2.73 out of 5 and the housewives were least satisfied with feed additives and sanitation factors. The factors affecting satisfaction in purchasing were sanitation, taste, variety of type, nutrition, price, and food additives for side-dishes sold refrigerated or at room temperature, and taste, sanitation, variety of type, price, nutrition, and food additives for frozen prepared foods in order respectively. The frequency of using the precooked convenience foods was generally low but that of using the pickled dishes, Jokbal Soondae, and frozen prepared foods was relatively high. The answer of 'the thought that meals should be prepared in households' was the primary reason for avoiding using the precooked convenience foods and 'no time to cook' was the most frequent answer among the reasons for using them. Currently, the precooked convenience foods were used for snacks mainly, but the usages to be expected to increase were for lunchbox, main dishes, snacks, side dishes, special occasions foods, and leisure foods in order. Based on preference and buying priority, the dishes needed to be developed as refrigerated convenience foods among Korean dishes were identified. The result showed that 'preference' was not consistent with buying priority and the housewives perceived the factor of 'convenience' more importantly than 'preference' in purchasing the convenience foods.

A Study on the Comparison of Recognition of Body Types in Korean and Chinese College Female Students

  • Ever since China adopted a free market economy, it has been basking in unprecedented economic growth. It has now emerged as one of the most promising markets in the world for the near future. The purpose of this study was to investigate of Chinese and Korea college female students's cognitive body type and to suggest basic informations for high quality clothing merchandising for china export. The subjects in this study were 430 college female students, aged from 18 to 24 living in Beijing(215) and Seoul(215). The survey were taken from June to July, 1999. SAS(Statistical Analysis System) is used for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, χ²-test. The results of this study are as follows. The 90% of Chinese collge female students has under 4000 yuan for monthly income, and they consume less than 1000 yuan for clothing purchasing for one year. About 42% chinese students are interested in controlling of physical body shape. The Korean college female students has from 1,000,000 won to 10,000,000 won for monthly income, and the 84% of them consume less than 1,000,000 for clothing purchasing for one year. It represents of economical difference between China and Korea. Examination on the Korean and Chinese self-perception on obesity of the body as a whole showed that both groups perceived themselves as normal or slightly overweight. More Korean respondents regarded their weight as normal than the Chinese did. The Chinese female college students perceived themselves rather overweight, and held a lower satisfaction level about their physical construction. While the Korean female college students showed low satisfaction level about specific bodily parts, they held a normal level of satisfaction about their physical construction as a whole. It is noteworthy that more Chinese respondents generally held lower satisfaction impressions about their physical construction than their Korean counterparts. It is needed to different merchandising project for export clothing in China.

일부농촌지역 재가 낙상경험노인의 낙상두려움 관련요인 (Factors Influencing the Fear of Falling in Elderly in Rural Communities)

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역 재가 낙상경험 노인의 낙상 두려움을 살펴보고, 그 관련요인을 확인하고자 시도하였다. 본 연구는 2010년 2월 1일부터 3월 31일까지 경상남도 하동군의 1개 면과 산청군의 1개 읍에 거주하는 노인 중 지난 1년간 낙상 경험이 있는 노인을 대상으로 일대일 면접을 통해 수집한 735명의 자료를 분석하였다. 낙상두려움간의 차이를 보인 것은 성별, 연령별, 학력, 동거 여부, 이동수단, 음주, 경제수준, 낙상횟수, 의료 이용여부, 건강식품구입여부, 보조용품구입여부, 낙상계절, 낙상장소, 낙상이유, 신발종류, 손상정도, 활동제한, 일상생활수행능력 이었다. 농촌 지역 노인의 낙상두려움의 예측요인으로서 위계적 중 다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 낙상횟수가 가장 영향력이 높았으며, 성별, 입원여부, 건강식품구입, 일상생활수행능력 등이 낙상에 대한 두려움의 관련요인으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 낙상을 자주 경험하는 노인일수록 낙상에 대한 두려움이 증가할 수 있으므로 낙상이 빈번한 노인을 대상으로 한 자신감 강화 교육 프로그램의 개발과 일상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 보급함으로써 낙상에 대한 두려움을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

단체급식소 쇠고기 이용 실태 및 영양사의 쇠고기 품질에 대한 인식 (Beef Usage and Dietitians' Perceptions of Beef Quality in Institutional Foodservice)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the usage of beef and foodservice managers' perceptions of beef quality by foodservice type. A survey was conducted on 546 dietitians, and 499 acceptable responses were used for data analysis. By weight, pork was the most used meat in foodservice institutions, followed by poultry and beef. More than half of the foodservices selected meat suppliers by competitive bidding. Approximately 85.8% of the respondents used Hanwoo beef, followed by Australian beef and Youku beef. Beef type differed significantly by foodservice type (P<0.001): most of the schools and social welfare facilities used Hanwoo beef, whereas most hospitals and business/industry operations used Australian beef. When purchasing beef, safety of beef was rated the most important, while eco-friendliness was rated the least important. Most of the dietitians understood that marbling is one of the determinants of the beef quality, but were not aware of other components. Dietitians that selected Hanwoo and Youku beef were more satisfied with quality, taste, nutrition, freshness, country of origin, package, customer, preference, and availability for various menus than those who used imported beef. Dietitians who used Hanwoo beef were the most satisfied with country of origin, whereas the others were the most satisfied with safety. Since the dietitians are in charge of planning menus and selecting meat suppliers at foodservice institutions, they should make knowledgeable decisions by understanding meat supply systems and quality of beef.

인터넷 게임 방송 매체의 스토리형 게임 저작권 문제 조정 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Adjustment of Story Copyright Problems in Internet Game Broadcasting Media)

  • 게임은 여러 장르가 있다. 액션, RPG, FPS, 시뮬레이션 등 다양하며 그 중 스토리를 중심으로 흘러가는 게임은 마치 한편의 영화를 보는 것과 같은 느낌을 주는 게임 장르다. 인터넷 게임 방송인은 스토리형 게임을 방송할 때 영화관에서 영화를 상영하는 것과 비슷하다고 볼 수 있다. 영화관과 다른 점은 시청자들에게 직접 플레이를 보여줌으로써 스토리에 일정 부분 관여할 수 있다는 점이다. 방송 소재로써 스토리 게임은 좋은 수단이지만 게임 제작사 측면에서 스토리가 인터넷 방송으로 공개되는 점은 게임을 구매하지 않고 스토리를 즐길 수 있어 판매수익에 부정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 저작권이 문제될 수 있는 스토리형 게임을 제작자와 인터넷 방송인 간의 조정 현황을 분석하고 같이 나아갈 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

모바일 소셜커머스에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 쇼핑가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Heuristic Type on Purchase Intention in Mobile Social Commerce : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the heuristic type of consumers affecting purchase decision making and the intention of shopping value in their relationship to derive mobile social commerce purchase promotion plans. Research design, data, and methodology - A research model was constructed to relate the mediating effect of shopping value between heuristic types and purchase intentions. A total of 233 valid questionnaires were used for analysis for users using mobile social commerce. The statistical program used SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0, and correlation analysis, regression analysis, and 3-step parametric regression analysis were used for the analysis. Results - The results of the analysis showed that representativeness heuristics, availability heuristics, adjustment heuristics, and affect heuristics had a statistically significant effect on the utilitarian value and the hedonic value. On the other hand, affect heuristics among the heuristic types were found to have the greatest influence not only on the utilitarian value but also on the hedonic value. The two types of shopping value were found to be partially mediated between representativeness heuristics and purchase intentions, between adjustment heuristics and purchase intentions, and fully mediated between availability heuristics and purchase intentions, affect heuristics and purchase intentions. Conclusions - These findings suggest that mobile social commerce companies should check in advance how consumer heuristic types affect purchase intentions. In particular, affect heuristics are caused by consumers' emotional mood such as mood or external stimulus being more important to decision making than rational decision making. Therefore, the result of this study suggests that it can be an important factor to secure the competitiveness that the potential customers who access to use mobile social commerce can feel enough fun and enjoyment in the platform provided by the company. It is also worth paying attention to the utilitarian and hedonic values perceived by consumers. This is because the judgment regarding the economic, convenience and important information provided by the mobile social commerce users affects the purchase intention through the trust of the information, past use, and shopping experience displayed on the mobile social commerce platform.

한과류의 이용실태 및 시판 한과류의 품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilization Status of Korean Traditional Cookies and the Evaluation of their Commercial Products' Quality)

  • The present survey was designed to find out the utilization status of korean traditional cookies and the evaluation degrees of their commercial products' quality subjects. The subjects were housewives randomly selected who lived in Seoul, Deajeon, Youngju city (Kyoung Buk Province area), and Sechon khun (Chung Nam province area). We performed this survey from November 16 to 28, 1987 by questionnaire method. The results obtained can be summarized as follows; 1) In the subjects' home, 25 kinds of Korean traditional cookies were used. All of them Youmilkwa and Kangjeong type were used more frequently than the other types and Jeonkwa, Dasik, and Suksilkwa were used scarcely. 2) Korean traditional cookies which were showed more than 20% of utilization ratio were follows; Yackwa (74.4%), Sanja (26.8%), Taraekwa (22.6%), Seban-kangjeong (21.7%). 3) On New Year's day, Korean traditional cookies were used more frequently than harvest festival day but their utilization ratio of western cookies was follows; New Year's day was 10%, and harvest festival day was 6.2%. 5) On ceremonial day, Youmilkwa and kangjeong type were used more frequently than jeonkwa, Dasik, and Suksilkwa type. 6) All of ceremonial days, korean traditional cookies were used most frequently on the 60th birth day and their utilization ratio was extremely low on the 100th day after birth, 1st birth day, and funeral day. 7) Generally western cookies were used more frequently than Korean traditional cookies on the birth day of children and adults. 8) Convinience (64.8%) was the most favored cause purchasing the commercial products but many subjects (37.0%) wanted to make the Korean traditional cookies at home. 9) All the quality properties of commercial products, taste, package, and storage property were favored but price and hygienic property were poorly evaluated by subjects. The evaluation about taste and package property of commercial products was affected by academic career (p<0.05), and shelf life was affected by age (P<0.01) significantly. And hygienic property was significantly affected by age and academic career respectively. (P<0.01).
