The aim of this study was to suggest characteristics and strategies of urban development focused on Transit Oriented Development (TOD). For this study, the relevant concepts of TOD were reviewed, and the types of urban development based on TOD was surveyed. As a case study, 7 TOD projects implemented in advanced countries were analyzed in the terms to change in urban spatial structure, urban balance development and connection of public transportation. The conclusions are as follows. First, the regal system and the support mechanism for success of the public-private partnership are essential for TOD. Second, the role of public sector leads planning, implementation and management should be emphasized in the development process, and mitigation of the development density and revision of a municipal ordinance for promoting TOD are necessary. Third, a public transportation plan and land-use plan in the downtown areas should be integrated, and the enlargement of the urban infrastructure through public assets by the local authority is essential.

The purpose of this study is to draw out implications and directions for improvements on national public rental housing policy by examining SF's public rental housing policy and conditions for low income households, and analyzing 'multilateral considerations for residents and communities' and 'concrete case and policy for support' which are discovered in process of re-development of large-scale public housing revitalization. The results were as follows: First of all, HOPE SF ensures to involve resident as participant in entire project considering exist communities and resettlement of resident. Secondly, HOPE SF supported to enhance the lives of existing residents and their community through integrated support system. Thirdly, HOPE SF collaborated with various participants as partner of city's rehabilitation, thus, invite community opinion to build a sense of cohesion. And for last, HOPE SF tried to create a new financial model for sustainable and practicable rehabilitation.

This study attempts to search for potential users of patents developed by public research institutes, emphasizing the importance of identifying potential users for successful technology marketing. On the basis of the theoretical argument that technological development show path-dependence, we analyzed patent citation network of a technology developed by a Korean public research institute to achieve the purpose of this research. The result shows that the potential users identified from our method are different from the institute's initial expectation. Therefore, we argue that the method using patent citation network is useful and effective for public research institutes' technology marketing. Lastly we suggest a new framework for technology marketing process in public research institutes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Workplace Bullying and Ego-resilience on the Turnover Intention of Nurses in the Public Hospital and presents basic data for helping positive working environment to nurses. A survey was held to Nurses of a Public Hospital in Seoul from November 20 to December 3, 2014. of 236 copies of the questionnaire distributed, a total of 216 copies were in the final analysis. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 for Window was used. As a result, there were correlations between variables, the Turnover intention of Nurses of the Public Hospital were affected by the Workplace Bullying and Ego-resilience. and the largest effect was the Work-related problem. In conclusion, It is need to development program for preventing Workplace Bullying and Intervention for decreasing Turnover intention of nurses in the Public Hospital.

Due to Seoul city population growth, urbanization and industrial structure change, apartment type factory was introduced. The purpose of this study, by analyzing the relationship between land shape of apartment type factory and privately owned public space, draw the elements to increase publicness. Draw land shape and private owned public space layout plan elements with advanced research and analysis through cases. As a result of analysis, land shape of the square and the front-side connected arrangement of the privately owned public space are good for the increase of publicness, rectangular land shape good that front-side connected arrangement and front-back arrangement, to consider in terms of user identification and access via the link should be good.

From the past to the present, justice has attracted many people's attention. Most of the previous studies carried out in relation to justice are studies of the resulting variables, and there is a great advantage that they let us know about the importance of justice. However, the findings are focused only on the behavior of the members of the organization according to the status of justice already perceived. Therefore, studies on the antecedent of justice are also necessary to understand justice accurately. This study identifies the factors that can directly affect justice and the contextual factors that could moderate their relationship. In particular, using the '2017 Public Employee Perception Survey' released by the Korea Institute of Public Administration, we examined how innovative behavior of public employees affects the perception of distributive justice and how the relative professionalism, which is the situation variable, moderates the relationship between variables. A regression analysis of 321 public employees showed that innovative behavior affects the perception of distributive justice, and that the positive relationship of innovation behavior to the perception of distributive justice is weakened when the level of individual perceived relative professionalism is high.

In this study, the effect of traffic information satisfaction and expansion by the attitude on traffic information media using the structural equation modeling was evaluated. Research findings showed that the attitude formed by experience with VMS had a positive impact on user satisfaction and expansion on traffic information. Howevr, the expansion on traffic information was not affected significantly. by user satisfaction on traffic information. In other words, If experiences with VMS is positive, higher uset satisfaction on traffic information. In addition, it should be positive to expand traffic information.

It is difficult for systematic and flexible control reflecting regional characteristics with only public policies that control the landscape. Also, in the event that there is no preceding quantitative index calculation, it is impossible for the public society to come to an agreement. Therefore, the development of a shielding analysis simulation methodology that makes data processing modeling that can be interlinked with the urban information system is a very meaningful study. Thus, this study presents urban space shielding simulation technologies and quantitative analysis methodologies using 3D graphic engines and deduces the optimal design by integrating the data of the geographic information system (GIS) in order to suggest the potential as an analysis model that can be used in future urban information systems.

The aim of this study was to identify the significant factors for deciding yacht marina harbor location, and to use them for policy decision of a yacht marina project of local government. For this purpose, 2 top factors, 11 sub-factors and 50 specific factors were determined through a theoretical review and specialist interviews. This was followed by a questionnaire survey given to residents of Jeju and yacht tourists within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province only. The results showed that marine safety is significant and the development must be made for local economic growth and by the participation of local residents.

This paper suggests two strategies for the restoration of the Seongbukcheon in Seoul. One is the neighborhood-type development and the other is the construction of the flat open spaces. For the neighborhood-type development, the characteristic of each of the streets which are connected with Seongbukcheon was comprehended and the differentiated approaches for each of them were taken. For the construction of the flat open spaces, the necessity of the flat public open spaces was verified and the strategies for this was suggested.
