In order to satisfy the high expectations of consumers for a variety of consumer's desired subject area, information could be provided in the form of a map according to the analysis information. With the name change in 2015, LX would intend to play a role in building the information infrastructure that can be supported government policy as an intermediary between the government and private sector. Therefore, in this study, we would like to propose a plan that provide personalized information to the consumer. Through compositing a variety of time-series data(inner or outer of LX) based on public information, and analyzing spatially and temporally the rapidly changing land status. For these purpose, prior research and domestic or abroad thematic map service about thematic map making were reviewed. And the reason why the LX makes information map was presented. Also, themes of 3 field were selected, and depending on the data processing or analysis level and theme were subdivided, and then production and expression method were proposed.
Once a production focused on primary industry, Food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries industry is now trying to shed away and plans to totally transform the paradigm of agricultural R&D with a leaping goal towards being a new growth engine. Promoting the bioindustry through utilizing agricultural bioresources was selected as the primary task and also made all efforts to support by all government department and ministry. In this study, we are raised problems and planned the improvements by the empirical analysis of national R&D policy, investment strategy, the recent progress of R&D program, and the performance of R&D investment to achieve early commercialization in fields of agricultural bioresources utilizing. We also propose the R&D role sharing and cooperations of public/private sector to commercialize the agricultural bioresources from the comprehensive empirical analysis results. It will eventually strengthen the national R&D investment strategy and efficiency and then will contribute towards a successful early commercialization performance in bioindustry through utilizing agricultural bioresources.
Objective : The purpose of this research was to provide basic data for developing the collaborating care of Korean traditional medicine and western medicines by analyzing the perceptions of residents visiting local health centers on the collaborating care. Method : To this end, a self-administrated questionnaire was surveyed to 417 participants from March 10 to March 19, 2005. The questionnaires were regarding medical preferences, effectiveness, co-operative treatment types, and the demographic characteristics of the study population. The main statistical methods employed for analysis were frequency chi-square test analysis, using SPSS system 12.0 software for Windows. Result : First, the perceptions of collaborating care, such as preference and effectiveness, were better for residents who had experienced Korean traditional medicine(p < 0.05). Second, the most favorable collaborating care type was the neuromuscular disease and rehabilitation, and in particular, the preference of the patient who had experienced Korean traditional medicine was much higher than those who had not experienced it(p < 0.05). Third, as for recognizing the future of collaborating care, respondents insisted that collaboration care has to be conducted under evidence-based research. The reasons why collaborating care has not been active were reported as "difference in solving disease problems between oriental medicine and western medicine." The most important role of the Korean traditional medicines in the public sector was to provide specialized service for the elderly and low income households. Conclusion : Most respondents expected the positive effects of the collaborating care and wanted it to develop, particularly for neuromuscular diseases. As for the health promotion program in health centers, it was more popular than the home visiting program for the elderly and preventive rehabilitation for stroke. Now we must plan to balance between the need of the community and the medical provider on collaborating care.
Although the General Agricultural Fishing Village Development Project had a significant impact on the landscape formation and management in rural area, the rural landscape planning and project sectors was not stable by fluctuation variables. On the basic understanding the institutional status of rural landscape planning, some conclusions could be discussed as follows through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative changes and the background factors. The rural landscape plan lacked its own legal and institutional foundations, and the landscape project of the General Agricultural Fishing Village Development Project was mainly focused on the environment-improving H/W project for expanding the basic living infrastructures. In order to reflect the characteristics of the region and become independent rural landscape management, it is necessary to change the contents so that the S/W business such as the deepening landscape awareness and empowerment linked with improving the physical landscape. To this end, it is necessary to establish a foundation for the rural landscape planning system to have its own status, and it seems to seek to supplement with what is included S/W contents reflecting the context of higher level landscape planning. The landscape sector of the General Agricultural Fishing Village Development Project proved to be in the process of shrinking in both quantity and quality, despite the temporary expansion in the past. In addition, considering the distortion of the contents of landscape projects in rural sites, it seems that the rural landscape-related public project are now in a position to seek a new phase change beyond quantitative expansion. In particular, along with institutional improvements to secure the independent status of rural landscape planning that contributes to village community regeneration and social sustainability through the role of intermediary support organizations in landscape management activities. Through the integrated landscape plan, which is established in advance and led by the residents in the early stages, there is a need to change the direction to enhance meaning of the landscape planning goes beyond the facility design or space improvement.
In order to analyze big data, documents should be converted to a open standard format to increase machine readability. It also need natural language processing tools. This study focused on the background of intelligent document processing and the status of research in the public sector, and predicted the changes in work that intelligent document processing would bring. This study noted the changes that intelligent document processing would bring to the archival work, and also considered changes in the role of archivist and their required competencies. Changes in archival work could be anticipated across a wide range of Records Management work and Archives Management work. In particular, it was expected to have a significant impact on the automation of repetitive archival tasks or the description and utilization of records. This study proposed the need to prepare new archival work procedures, methods, and necessary competencies in response to these change in archival work.
This study aims to explore the policy directions to apply and activate the appropriate technology in rural areas from the perspective of the endogenous and sustainable regional development theories. To this end, according to the analysis framework based on ideas, values, and strategies that are common to both endogenous regional development strategic theories and sustainable regional development theories, in this paper, various surveys and reviews were conducted on the study areas to explore the possibility of localization of the appropriate technology. The policy implications derived from research results are as follows; first, rural areas have high potential and scalability to apply and activate the appropriate technology, particularly in the field of renewable energy, due to their nature based on local resources. Second, for the practical application of the appropriate technology, first of all, together with the establishment of the role of public sector, it is necessary to plan the projects based on the cooperation network of the relevant innovation entities within and outside the regions and to build the implementation systems. Third, the training system for high skilled manpower and indigenous entrepreneurs should be stably built in order to create independent conditions, which are key elements for growth of the appropriate technology. Fourth, there is a need to find the market and establish policies that can solve the typical economic problems of rural areas such as aging population, depopulation and decline in youth, economic unrest. Fifth, in order for the appropriate technology to contribute to socio-economic innovations and the revitalization of the virtuous circle economy in the region, technical items and various business items suitable for the industrial infrastructures and autonomous conditions of rural areas are essential.

The purpose of this study was to provide some policy implications by analyzing impacts of disability occurrence on economic, social cultural exclusion and testing empirically moderation effects of social environment in their relationships. For this study, 112 disabled persons were sampled and surveyed on economic, social cultural exclusion by disability. Analytical results are the followings. First, new disability caused economic exclusion. Second, it also caused social, cultural exclusion. Third, social support has a strong moderation effects between disability and economic, social cultural exclusion. Social support played the important role for reducing the negative impacts of disability occurrence on social exclusion. This study provided some policy implications about raising social support for the disabled basing on this analytical results. First, programs for improving cognition for the disabled need to be developed and implemented from the early childhood. Second, social campaign for the disabled are promoted positively by non-governmental sector. Third, public policy for the disabled should be strengthened from material support to even emotional support.
The purpose of this study is to provide clues to social welfare policy making by revealing discourse on social intervention and response based on big data on elderly living alone in the COVID-19 situation. Keyword analysis, network analysis, and topic analysis were utilized to explore the ways in which news media have portrayed challenges facing older individuals and the ways in which the central and local government as well as private organization have responded to them. Results are as follows. First, networks(degree, closeness, betweenness) were formed around region, delivery, society, support, and vulnerability, suggesting an increased demand for economic assistance and social support as well as stronger service delivery systems. Second, key topics derived included "establishing public delivery systems", "establishing local networks", "Managing care gap", "Establishing a private economic support system", and "Establishing service organization system". Based on the research results, discourse on the organic role of government, communities and the private sector has been presented, suggesting policy and practical implications by proposing a discussion on how to intervene for elderly living alone in disaster situations such as COVID-19.
Objectives: This study aims to develop a community care model in traditional Korean medicine (TKM) by developing a community care participation model for the health of the elderly and deriving tasks to implement it. Methods: This study implemented a group interview with experts. A fact-finding survey was conducted targeting 16 local governments that are implementing a leading project to identify the status of TKM service provision and welfare service linkage in all regions. An expert group interview (FGI) targeted public and private sector experts for each job role, the former represented by those in charge of the central government's health care policy and administrative delivery system, and the latter by professors majoring in social welfare, professors majoring in health, and local TKM societies. After forming the expert groups, three expert group interviews were conducted. Results: Through collective interviews with experts, a model for providing TKM and welfare services in community integrated care was derived by dividing it into local and central government levels. The strategies and tasks for promoting TKM-oriented health welfare services were derived from 3 strategies, 8 tasks, and 20 detailed tasks. Conclusion: The core direction of the TKM health care model is the region-centered provision of TKM and welfare services. To this end, policy support for the use and linkage of health care service resources is required at the central government level, and linkage and provision of health welfare services centered on TKM are necessary through linkage and convergence between service subjects and between government health care projects.
In recent years, environmental pollution and determining the main factors causing this pollution have become an important issue. This study investigates the relationship between the agricultural sector and environmental pollution in Azerbaijan for 1992-2018. The dependent variable in the study is the agricultural greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 equivalent). Eight variables were selected as explanatory variables: four agricultural inputs and four agricultural macro indicators. Unit root tests, ARDL boundary test, FMOLS, DOLS and CCR long-term estimators, Granger causality analysis, and variance decomposition analyses were used to investigate the effect of these variables on agricultural emissions. The results show that chemical fertilizer consumption, livestock number, and pesticide use positively and statistically significantly affect agricultural emissions from agricultural input variables. In contrast, agricultural energy consumption has a negative and significant effect. From agricultural macro indicator variables, it was found that the crop and animal production index had a positive and significant effect on agricultural emissions. According to the Granger causality test results, it was concluded that there are a causality relationship from chemical fertilizer consumption, livestock number, crop and livestock production index variables towards agricultural emissions. Considering all the results obtained, it is seen that the variables that have the most effect on the increase in agricultural emissions in Azerbaijan are the number of livestock, the consumption of chemical fertilizers, and the use of pesticides, respectively. The results from the research will contribute to the information on agricultural greenhouse gas emissions and will play an enlightening role for policymakers and the general public.
