The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.
Using sociohistorical approaches, the paper shows that before the 15th century, myths of Hùng Kings, considered to be the descendants of the Dragon race and ancestors of the Vietnamese people, may have existed locally. Vietnamese rulers and people strongly supported the integration of these myths into indigenous culture to form a new belief: the worship of Hùng Kings. By way of discovering the transformation process from the founding myths to the modern national beliefs of the Vietnamese, this paper attempts to demonstrate that both myths and worship of Hùng Kings were politically created and encouraged. The article also focuses on the reasons why these myths and worship reached a broad public as these were integrated into Vietnamese culture.

The construction market condition is getting worse because of global constructions slow down, low profit, market contraction and so on. For these reason, most construction companies depend on public construction projects which possible to protect construction fee, known as progress payment, by laws. Despite this law, problems of progress payment are constantly occurring and it has been main factors that hinder the construction cost's cash-flow in construction project. To solve this problem, many researchers suggested various solutions but most of solutions were focused on specific target as owner, general contractor, and subcontractor. So, most of solutions were insufficient consider about interaction between contractors. Because of these reasons, it was hard to reflected policy. This research aimed to use system dynamics to develop the model for the application and payment based on the regulations and papers. Also, performed a developed model's verification based on progress payment regulation's basic objectives.

This study was conducted with the aim of improving the food image classification model of a health care application targeting Koreans in their twenties. 546,194 images were collected from the Public Data Portal and AI Hub, and 175 food classes were constructed. The ResNet artificial intelligence model was trained and validated. Additionally, we deeply investigated the reasons for the relatively lower recognition accuracy of the actual food images, and we attempted various methods to optimize the model's performance as a solution.

This study was done about 371 tuberculosis(TB) patients composed 195 newly registered at Kyungju Gun Health Center from May 1989 to April 1990 (Group A) and 176 being treated at hospitals or private clinics from January 1988 to November 1989(Group B). When Group A patients visited and newly registered at Health Center, data was obtained by interviewing with a prepared questionnaire paper. And well trained inquirer visited Group B patients and obtained data by the same method from February 1990 to April 1990. The results are as follows ; Group A was generally lower than Group B in socioeconomic status and in family history of TB, the rate of Group A was 24.1% and higher than 11.9% in Group B(p<0.05). Knowledge about TB was improved more than past, but those who answered that TB is 'a communicable disease' were 59.5% in Group A and 51.7% in Group B(p<0.05). Those answered that TB is 'a inherited disease' were 9.2% and 11.4% each. And 1.7% of Group B answered that TB is 'a incurable disease'. Knowledge about TB treatment also was improved more than past, but in the rate of those who answered that TB is a curable disease provided by well treatment Group B(77.8%) was worse than Group A(91.3%). The rate of those who answered that TB were been able to cure by regularly anti-TB medication were 98.0% in Group A and 89.8% in Group B. Its difference was statistically significant. The rate that patients took the first diagnosis and wanted to receive treatments at the same organ were 34.9% of Group A at Health Center and 72.2% of Group B at hospitals or private clinics. And its difference was statistically significant. In the reasons that Group B knew Health Center treated pulmonary TB but they was treated at hospitals or private clinics, unreliability to Health Center was 48.1%. The reasons that Group A was treated at Health Center were 'because of trust' 63.1%, 'because of low cost' 50.3%, 'because of low cost except trust' 9.3%, 'no specific reasons' 27.7%. In the courses of knowing that TB was controlled at Health Center, 'by neighborhood, health worker and doctors' were 84.9% in Group A and 69.0% in Group B. But 'by TV or radio' were 8.2% in Group A and 14.7% in Group B, 'by school education' 2.5% in Group A and 6.2% in Group B. Conclusively, Group A patients were lower than Group B in socioeconomic status, but better than in knowledge about TB. Its reasons was suggested that Health Center had controlled TB patients better than hospitals and private clinics. But considering, that difference in the rate of the same organ for the first diagnosis and treatment, that the only 63.0% of Group A have treated due to 'reliability to Health Center', and that 48.1% of Group B knew that Health Center treated pulmonary TB but didn't visit it due to 'unreliability to Health Center', that public relations(PR) about use Health Center for pulmonary TB and health education for TB was thought to have to strengthened.

The government and local governments are utilizing regulations, policies, and various project management techniques at each project stage to effectively and systematically manage public construction projects. However, the increase in construction costs continues to occur. In order to solve these problems, this study attempted to collect cases of existing public construction projects and analyze historical data. And it would like to derive the impact factor of increased construction costs. Based on the results, a plan was proposed to prevent the causes of increase and minimize in construction costs. The main reasons for the increase in costs were the occurrence of civil petition, differences between design documents and site conditions, and changes due to requests from the owner and changes in the business plan. And to solve these problems, this study proposed improvement for each cause from an institutional perspective, along with interview with experts and project owners. The results of this study are significant in improving the process of existing public construction process and presenting key inspection and review items for each major inspection stage in order to solve problem resulting from the analysis of the performance of public construction projects.
To investigate acute drug intoxication trends in the elderly visited Emergency Medical Centers, Data was collected from the records of poisoning patients visited Five different Hospitals from January 1. 2007 to December 31. 2007. The analysis was conducted by using 135 cases of 624 cases. When considering only the elderly and making comparisons between the urban areas and the rural areas the following data was produced. In regard to patients with acute drug intoxication, the main substance of choice was pesticides. Cases of acute drug intoxication are definitely higher for those categorized as the rural elderly (75.0%) when compared with those categorized as the urban elderly (44.1%). The male to female ratio, those living together as a family, past suicide attempts, mental state and sobriety condition when they came, monthly distribution etc. between the two groups did not demonstrate a difference between them. In regard to reasons given for acute drug intoxication, suicide was the highest at 60.7% of the cases. When comparing accidental reasons for poisoning, the urban elderly, at 34.2% of their cases, were higher than in the rural elderly, at 23.7%. After first aid was administered, the admission rate was higher for the rural elderly (47.4%) than for the urban elderly (33.9%). This shows that the rural elderly have a more severe acute drug intoxication poisoning problem than the urban elderly do.

In order to estimate the utilization pattern of a rural health subcenter, and to identify the recognition for it among the inhabitants in Kogsung district, a questionnaire survey was carried out for objects of 708 population. The results observed were as follows; 1. The annual utilization rate of a rural health subcenter for a basic health service unit was 27.5 per 100 persons, and annual mean visiting times was 1.43 times. 2. The most frequent disease by, annual health subcenter utilization illness was respiratory disease(26.5%), and the next was musculoskeletal disease(23.9%), gastrointestinal disease(15.9%) by order. 3. Favorite reasons for community health subcenter utilization were lower medical cost(23.4%), near distance from living place(20.7%) and lower disease severity(19.5%) by order. But disfavorite reasons for it were non effective treatment(26.2%), insufficient equipment(25.4%) and absence of specialist(17.4%) by order. 4. Insufficient items about community health subcenter utilization were restriction of treatment limit(47.1%), lower reliance(22.4%) and not punctral(21.8%) by order. 5. The results of logistic regression analysis suggested that statistically significant factors in health subcenter utilization were age, educational level and the nearest medical facility class. 6. There was no difference between recognition for a community health subcenter's work and actual utilizing service, and desirable works for it were disease preventing service, disease control of elderly and sanitation control by order. These results suggested that to increase the utilization of rural health subcenter and to promote the accessibility of rural residents to primary health care, there must be considered public relation about health subcenter, expansion of health equipment and recognition about access time.
This study intends to offer suggestions for improving the security and competitive power of traditional liquors by investing in the status of intellectual property rights. Merchandising and the marketing strategies of traditional liquor are also addressed. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey given to 101 CEOs of traditional liquor manufacturers. The major results of this study were as follows: The management types of traditional liquor manufacturers were classified as the company 57 (56.4%), the corporation or the union 29 (28.7%), domestic industry 10 (9.9%), and marketing community or technology center 5 (5.0%). The competitive power degree of traditional liquor products was classified as strength 30 (31.6%), usual 30 (31.6%), weakness 35 (36.8%). The elements of strong competitive power were taste, functional (wellbeing) character, and attractiveness of the brand name. On the other side, reasons for weakness in competitive power were the marketing system, price competitiveness, and advertisement. The trademark registration of the traditional liquor appeared with 53%. The reasons not to pursue a trademark registration included the complicated and unnecessary process of registration acquisition, high registration expenses, etc. The perceptions of CEOs about the consumer's brand awareness for their product were low with an average 2.97. Explanations included insufficient advertisement and public relations, unrefined trademark design, and the meaninglessness of brand names. The marketing strategy of traditional liquor manufacturers according to annual sales were as follows: Manufacturers with high sales emphasized marketing strategies that focused on functional character, traditional image, high quality in image and package materials and design, high price strategies based on quality, and various sale promotions.
The arbitration procedure, which is a private trial, does not have a separate enforcement agency. Therefore, unless a party consents to the arbitration award and voluntarily fulfills the award, its execution is accomplished through the implementation of the national court. In particular, the decision in the foreign arbitration procedure will be refused or rejected for the arbitration award in case the proceedings of the law and procedure on which the judgment is based are caused by inconsistency with the domestic law or procedural defect. However, all foreign arbitration awards generally do not have to go through the approval process, and it will come into force with the arbitration award. In the case of Germany in the revision of the German Civil Procedure Act of 1996, the main provisions of the New York Convention concerning the ratification and enforcement of arbitration proceedings are reflected. Germany provides for the arbitration procedures in the arbitration proceedings of Book 10 of the Civil Procedure Act. Particularly, with Article 1061 in Book 10 Section 8 below, the approval and enforcement of foreign arbitrators shall be governed. Article 1061 has been referred to as "The New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Jurisdictions," Article 5 (1). The main reasons for approval and enforcement rejection are: (1) Reason for the acceptance or refusal of enforcement by request of the parties: Reason for failure of subjective arbitration ability, invalidation of arbitration agreement, collapse of attack or defense method, dispute not included in arbitration agreement, (2) Reasons for the approval and enforcement of arbitration considered by the competent authority of the arbitrator: violation of objective arbitration ability, violation of public order, but not based on the default of German statute.
