This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point Of Production) Terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system in Automative Module Assembly Line. The proposed model shows that the new method by RFID can more efficiently perform to receive work order informations and transmit work performances, compared with the current approach by proximity sensor. As a result of the certain test among the MES server, RFID system, PLC(Programmable Logic controller) and POP terminal, it is noted in case of the automatic control by RFID that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per truck for carrying by the current method was 10 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 1 minutes. (b) While the error rate by the current method was 20 %, the error rate by the new method was 1 %.
Differing from the existing method to optimize the statistical proximity, the new optimization method was developed to maximize the spatial proximity among the unit areas of choropleth map. 25 choropleth maps were made using 5 classification methods(maximum BEI, maximum TEI, equal interval, natural break, n-tile) for 5 classes(3∼7) and were analyzed to elucidate the effectiveness of classification methods on the basis of 3 evaluation indeces (TEI, BEI, $C_{F}$). The results from the maximum TEI and maximum BEI were evaluated as relatively stable and effective compared to those from other classification methods. But they showed the opposite trends owing to the trade-off relationships. Meanwhile, the resets from the natural break method got higher marks, which was also identified through the analysis using a new $alpha$-index.x.

In this paper, we developed the proximity exposure system with the vertical structure of glass and mask stage to minimize the mask's warp caused by the pull of gravity. This system, which canirradiate the ultra violet through 1440 H 850 $\textrm{mm}^2$ and 1330X 1015 $\textrm{mm}^2$ exposure area, has the followingcharacteristics. The glass stage can be inclined by 80 degrees at vertical structure to load substrate withsafety on it. When the glass stage is the vertical state, the gap control, alignment control and exposureof ultra violet are executed. So, it enhances the pattern uniformity by minimizing the mask's warp. Theglass stage can also control the gap between the mask and the substrate by the coarse and fine motioncontrol. The mask stage can adjust the posture of photomask to the position of substrate by imageprecessing method. The galss stage for the gap control and the mask stage for the alignment aredesigned independently for each function.

Conventional cell characterization does not consider Multiple Input Switching(MIS). Since the impact of MIS on gate delay variation is large, it is not possible to predict the accurate gate delay with the conventional cell characterization. We observed the maximum 46% difference in gate delay due tn MIS. In this paper, we propose a gate delay model considering the delay variation caused by the temporal proximity of MIS. The proposed model calculates the delay variation using the Radial Basis Function. The experimental results show that the proposed method can more accurately predict the gate delay when MIS occurs.
It is well known that the hydrodynamic forces and moments induced by the proximity of bank in confined waters, such as in a harbour or narrow channel affect ship's maneuvering motion. In this paper, the calculation method based on the slender body theory for estimation of the hydrodynamic force between ship and breakwater is applied, and also, the characteristic features of hydrodynamic force acting on a large vessel in the proximity of a breakwater are described and illustrated. Furthermore, the effects of water depth and the lateral spacing between ship and breakwater are summarized and discussed.
RFID yoking proof proves that a pair of tags is scanned at the same time. Since the tags scanned simultaneously by a single reader are adjacent to each other, the yoking proof is used in applications that need to check the physical proximity of tagged objects. Most of the yoking proof schemes require pre-knowledge on adjacent tags. If an error occurs in the process of collecting information about adjacent tags, all subsequent proofs will fail verification. However, there is no research that suggests specific methods for obtaining information about adjacent tags. In this study, I propose a tag proximity information acquisition scheme for a yoking proof. The proposed method consists of two steps: scanning area determination and scanning area verification. In the first step, the size and position of the area to scan tags is determined in consideration of position and transmission range of the tags. In the next step, whether tag scanning is performed within the scanning area or not is verified through reference tags of the fixed position. In analysis, I show that the determined scanning area assures acquisition of adjacent tag information and the scanning area verification detects deformation and deviation of the scanning area.
The accurate and rapid detection of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) holds significant clinical importance. This work presents a new method for detecting methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) in clinical samples. The method uses an aptamer-based colorimetric assay that combines a recognizing probe to identify the target and split DNAzyme to amplify the signal, resulting in a highly sensitive and direct analysis of methicillin-resistance. The identification of the PBP2a protein on the membrane of S. aureus in clinical samples leads to the allosterism of the recognizing probe, and thus provides a template for the proximity ligation of split DNAzyme. The proximity ligation of split DNAzyme forms an intact DNAzyme to identify the loop section in the L probe and generates a nicking site to release the loop sequence ("3" and "4" fragments). The "3" and "4" fragments forms an intact sequence to induce the catalytic hairpin assembly, exposing the G-rich section. The released the G-rich sequence of LR probe induces the formation of G-quadruplex-hemin DNAzyme as a colorimetric signal readout. The absorption intensity demonstrated a strong linear association with the logarithm of the S. aureus concentration across a wide range of 5 orders of magnitude dynamic range under the optimized experimental parameters. The limit of detection was calculated to be 23 CFU/ml and the method showed high selectivity for MRSA.
Purpose: Scintillation Proximity Assay (SPA) does not require the physical separation of receptor bound form from free form. SPA was applied to the study of interaction of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and $anti-{\alpha}$ hCG in serum. Materials and methods: $Anti-{\alpha}$ hCG was biotinylated for the binding to streptavidin. The assay was based on the simple competitive binding method between $[^{125}I]hCG$ and the hCG in sample serum, with $anti-{\alpha}$ hCG-coated beads. Aliquots of biotinylated $anti-{\alpha}$ hCG were dispensed into scintillation vials containing $100{\mu}{\ell}\;[^125}I]hCG\;and\;200{\mu}{\ell}$ of either a standard concentration of hCG for preparation of standard curve or unknown sample, and incubated for 20 min. at room temperature. Then $20{\mu}{\ell}$ streptavidin-coated beads were added to vials, and finally incubated for 10 min at room temperature. Values for unknown samples were then calculated from the standard curve. Results: Optimal background counts were certificated using varied radioactivity of radionuclides. Appropriate standard curve was obtained from SPA method successively, and the concentration of hCG from unknown serum was determined by standard curve. The result from SPA assay was similar to that of RIA. Conclusion: This observation confirms that SPA method could be useful for clinical diagnosis.

This In the railway signaling system, applications of axle counter in addition to track circuit goes on increasing for detecting train position. Consequently, this paper compares sensor methods of axle counter with between geo-magnetism method and proximity sensor method. And it presents differences and results, to improve reliabilities of train detection and axle counting. Also, this article presents an applied result which is based on field experience, with regard to installation, considering attachment condition of sensor part for accurate axle counting. This study acquires expandability that is able to perform not only axle counting function but also various other functions (direction detection of train, speed detection of train, and so on). It was a result of a change of design in order to judge phase difference of sensors, to improve reliability of axle counting. Furthermore, it does not subordinate to characteristics (type, weight of train). And it is confirmed that the omission of axle counting was not occurred in 350km/h. This was the result of Lab test after the construction of transfer equipment of trial axle and Test Bed for axle counting. Both of them are self-productions. Through this, it prepares foundation which is able to apply not only to train detection but also to speed of passing trains, formation number of trains, detector locking condition - when the train passes the section of switch point, and level crossing devices. Furthermore, it would be judged to contribute safety train operation if proximity sensor method applies to the whole railway signaling system from now on.

Due to civil complaints on vibrations and noises arising from blasting, mechanical excavation has been widely used for tunneling rather than the method of blasting, especially in the case of being in a close-proximity of 10M-20M range to a safety-thing. However, mechanical excavation, though less, it does increase the cost of whole construction project as the period of excavation is much prolonged from lack of constructability. This study aims to research and develop an effective blasting method that can ensure the constructability of shortened excavation period whilst not compromising the safety of the safety-things in a proximity to the blasting site by using a combination of an electronic detonator that can accurately control its delay period and a Low Vibration Explosives(LoVEX) that is effective on vibration control.
