  • In this paper we introduce and study the new properties ($W_{\Pi}$), ($UW_{{\Pi}_a}$), ($UW_E$) and ($UW_{\Pi}$). The main goal of this paper is to study relationship between these new properties and other Weyl type theorems. Moreover, we reconsider several earlier results obtained respectively in [11], [18], [14], [1] and [13] for which we give stronger versions.

  • The flatness property of a unilateral weighted shifts is important to study the gaps between subnormality and hyponormality. In this paper, we first summerize the results on the flatness for some special kinds of a weighted shifts. And then, we consider the flatness property for a local-cubically hyponormal weighted shifts, which was introduced in [2]. Let α : ${\sqrt{\frac{2}{3}}}$, ${\sqrt{\frac{2}{3}}}$, $\{{\sqrt{\frac{n+1}{n+2}}}\}^{\infty}_{n=2}$ and let Wα be the associated weighted shift. We prove that Wα is a local-cubically hyponormal weighted shift Wα of order ${\theta}={\frac{\pi}{4}}$ by numerical calculation.

Chitosan이 함유된 보존제의 첨가가 돈육 Patty의 저장에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Preservative Containing Chitosan on the Shelf Life of Pork Patty)

  • Chitosan 함유 보존제를 각각 1%, 3%, 5% 첨가하여 제조한 patty의 관능검사 결과, 맛과 종합적 기호도의 경우 PI-1 처리구, PII-1 처리구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 높은 값을 나타내었다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 대조구, 1% PI-1 처리구, 1% PII-1 처리구가 각각 13.54%, 21.78%, 14.07%로 PI-1 처리구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 높았다. 총균수는 저장 10일째 PI-1 처리구는 $10^4$ CFU/g으로 대조구보다 약 1 log cycle 낮았으며, 대장균군수는 저장 10일째 PI-1 처리구가 2.98 log CFU/g으로 가장 낮았으며, 다음은 PII-1 처리구 낮았다. 가열 감량은 PI-1 처리구와 PII-1 처리구가 대조구보다 낮았고, 저장기간이 경과할수록 유의적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 보수력은 PI-1 처리구가 65.84%로 가장 높았으며, 저장기간 동안 대조구보다 높은 값을 유지하였다. 휘발성 염기태 질소는 대조구가 5일째까지, 보존제 처리구는 10일째까지 가식권의 한계치 이하로 나타났다. L 값은 저장기간 동안 뚜렷한 변화는 나타나지 않았고 a 값은 저장 5일째부터 급격히 낮아졌으며, b 값은 저장기간 동안 서서히 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다.

GEOMETRIC RANK AND THE TUCKER PROPERTY

  • An open smooth manifold is said of finite geometric rank if it admits a handlebody decomposition with a finite number of 1-handles. We prove that, if there exists a proper submanifold $W^{n+3}$ of finite geometric rank between an open 3-manifold $V^3$ and its stabilization $V^3{\times}B^n$(where $B^n$ denotes the standard n-ball), then the manifold $V^3$ has the Tucker property. This means that for any compact submanifold $C{\subset}V^3$, the fundamental group ${\pi}_1(V^3-C)$ is finitely generated. In the irreducible case this implies that $V^3$ has a well-behaved compactification.

RINGS WITH A RIGHT DUO FACTOR RING BY AN IDEAL CONTAINED IN THE CENTER

  • This article concerns a ring property that arises from combining one-sided duo factor rings and centers. A ring R is called right CIFD if R/I is right duo by some proper ideal I of R such that I is contained in the center of R. We first see that this property is seated between right duo and right π-duo, and not left-right symmetric. We prove, for a right CIFD ring R, that W(R) coincides with the set of all nilpotent elements of R; that R/P is a right duo domain for every minimal prime ideal P of R; that R/W(R) is strongly right bounded; and that every prime ideal of R is maximal if and only if R/W(R) is strongly regular, where W(R) is the Wedderburn radical of R. It is also proved that a ring R is commutative if and only if D3(R) is right CIFD, where D3(R) is the ring of 3 by 3 upper triangular matrices over R whose diagonals are equal. Furthermore, we show that the right CIFD property does not pass to polynomial rings, and that the polynomial ring over a ring R is right CIFD if and only if R/I is commutative by a proper ideal I of R contained in the center of R.

설사증 나환견으로 부터 분리한 Canine Parvovirus의 성상에 관한 연구 (Biological and Physicochemical Properties of Canine Parvovirus lated from the Dogs with Diarrhea)

  • From 1988 to 1989, 8 strains of canine parvovirus-2 (CPV-2) were isolated from the fecal specimens from the dogs that were clinically diagnosed as canine parvoviral enteritis in the veterinary hospitals located in the regions of Taejon and Chungbuk province. Studios on biological and physicochemical properties for the isolates were carried out. The results obtained by experiments are summarized as follows. 1. Among 62 fecal samples collected from the dogs with enteric diseases, 24 (38.7%) showed the haemagglutinating activity against porcine erythrocyte, ranging from 16 to 16, 384 of HA titers. 2. When 8 fecal specimens with high HA titer over 1, 000 were inocultated into CRFX cells, intranuclear inclusion bodies were obseverd in all of eight specimens, of w)lick three specimens showed cytoplasmic inclusions concurrently with the intranuclear inclusion bodies. 3. In study on species-specificity of haemagglutinating activity of the isolates, TJ-89-1 and TJ-89-2, it was found that the isolates revealed the highest haemagglutinating activity with porcine erythrocytes, showing the relatively lower haemagglutination titers with the erythrocytes from cat and rabbit. None of erythrocytes from other animals reacted with the isolates. 4. By the cross-haemagglutination inhibition test of the Isolates with reference viruses and sera, the Isolates were evidently identified as the strains of canine parvovirus-2. 5. In Physicochemical property test, it was evident that the isolates were stable in, lipid solvent, pH and heat treatment at $56^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. and contain DNA genome. 6. When seven puppies were inoculated intraorally with the isolate at HA titer of 8, 192, all of the puppies showed the symptoms of anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea and died at the 5th to 10th days post inoculation(pi). The fecal samples from all of the puppies revealed significantly high HA titers afterward the 5th days pi. Body temperature and the number of total leucocytes were slightly increased at the early stage of infection. but extremely decreased at the stage of collapse. HI titers of the sera started to increase at the 2nd to 3rd days pi reaching 512 to 1, 024 at the 4th to 5th day pi.

Effect of coarse aggregates and sand contents on workability and static stability of self-compacting concrete

  • In this paper, the workability and static stability were evaluated using a proposed test method. Workability and static stability represent a key property of self-compacting concrete (SCC) in fresh state. A number of standardized test methods were developed to assess these properties. However, no accelerated test method reliably predicts both workability and static stability of SCC. In the present work, a modified K-slump test method was developed to evaluate workability and static stability of SCC. In order to take implicit mixture variations of SCC constituents that can affect fresh SCC properties, a central composite design was adopted to highlight the effect of gravel to sand ratio (G/S), gravel 3/8 to gravel 8/15 ratio (G1/G2), water to cement ratio (W/C), marble powder to cement ratio (MP/C) and superplasticizer content (SP) on workability measured with slump and flow time (T50) tests and static stability measured with sieve stability test (Pi), segregation test index (SSI), Penetration test (Pd) and the proposed K-slump test (Km). The obtained results show that G/S ratio close to 1 and G1/G2 ratio close to 60% can be considered as optimal values to achieve a good workability while ensuring a sufficient static stability of SCC. Acceptable relationships were obtained between Slump flow, Pi, Pd and Km. Results show that the proposed K-slump test allow to assess both workability and static stability of fresh SCC mixtures.

병렬 구조의 직접 디지털 주파수 합성기의 설계 (A practial design of direct digital frequency synthesizer with multi-ROM configuration)

  • 이산스펙트럽(Spread Spectrum) 통신 시스템에 사용되는 DDFS(Direct Digital Frequency Synthesizer)는 짧은 천이시간과 광대역의 특성을 요구하고, 전력소모도 적어야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 연구의 DDFS는 파이프라인 구조의 위상 가산기와 4개의 sine ROM을 병렬로 구성하여, 단일 sine ROM으로 구성된 DDFS에 비해 처리 속도를 4배 개선하였다. 위상 가산기의 위상 잘림으로 나빠지는 스펙트럼 특성은 위상 가산기 구조와 같은 잡음 정형기를 사용하여 보상하였고, 잡음 정형기의 출력 중 상위 8-bit만을 sine ROM의 어드레스로 사용하였다. 각각의 sine ROM은 사인 파형의 대칭성을 이용하여, 0 ~ $\pi$/2 사인 파형의 위상, 진폭 정보를 저장함으로 0 ~ 2$\pi$ 사인 파형의 정보를 갖는 sine ROM에 비해 크기를 크게 줄였고, 어드레스의 상위 2-bit를 제어 비트로 사용하여 2$\pi$의 사인 파형을 조합했다. 입력 클럭을 1/2, 1/4로 분주하여, 1/4 주기의 낮은 클럭 주파수로 대부분의 시스템을 구동하여, 소비 전력을 감소시켰다. DDFS 칩은 $0.8{\mu}$ CMOS 표준 공정의 게이트 어레이 기술을 이용ㅇ하여 구현하였다. 측정 결과 107MHz의 구동 클럭에서 안정하게 동작하였고, 26.7MHz의 최대 출력 주파수를 발생시켰다. 스펙트럼 순수도(Spectral purity)는 -65dBc이며, tuning latency는 55 클럭이다. DDFS칩의 소비 전력은 40MHz의 클럭 입력과 5V 단일 전원을 사용하였을 때 276.5mW이다.

절삭공구용 서멧의 자기적 특성과 기계적 성질의 관계 (Relationship between Magnetic and Mechanical Properties of Cermet Tools)

  • 공업용 서멧 절삭공구는 다성분계 탄화물과 강자성체(ferromagnetic material)인 철족의 Co, Ni 결합상 금속으로 구성 되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 시도로서 금속 결합상 량과 소결조건에 따른 TiCN계 서멧의 자기적 특성의 측정에 의한 기계적 성질의 평가방법을 연구하였다. 실험에서는 결합상이 다른 상용 서멧조성의 합금을 분말 야금법에 의해 제조하였다. 소결된 서멧의 자기적 특성은 합금의 조직과 탄소량에 따라 크게 변화하였다. 포화자화(magnetic saturation, $4{\pi}\;{\sigma}$)와 항자력(coercive force, Hc)은 비례하였으며, 고탄소 소결합금에 있어서는 Co-Ni 결합상에서의 W, Mo, Ti등의 용매원자의 농도가 낮아짐에 따라 포화자화는 증가하였다 항자력이 높을수록 경도는 증가하였고, 서멧의 강도 및 인성은 포화자화가 증가할수록 우수하였다. 서멧공구에서 자기적 특성을 측정하여 기계적 성질을 비파괴적으로 평가할 수 있었다.
