Electromagnetic Shielding Characteristics of Polyaniline and Its Mixtures (폴리아닐린과 그 혼합물의 전자기파 차폐특성)

  • EB-NMP free standing film is manufactured from NMP solution of polyaniline(emeraldine base EB). Also ES(emeraldine salt EB . HCl) film is manufactured by doping of EB-NMP film with 1 mole HCI aqueous solution. And EB-mixture films containing conductor(carbon black, graphite, Ag etc.) are prepared, In this study, electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency(EMI SE) of ES free standing film ($\sigma$=5 S/cm, t=0.14mm) is 23~25 dB in the frequency range of 10 MHz~1 GHz. ES-mixture(carbon black, graphite, Ag etc.) films, polyaniline film doped camphorsulfonic acid(CSA) show higher EMI SE(30~34 dB, 36~42 dB, 44~52 dB, 34~43 dB) property than that of ES free standing film, respectively.

GENERALIZED SEMI COMMUTATIVE RINGS AND THEIR EXTENSIONS

  • For an endomorphism ${\alpha}$ of a ring R, the endomorphism ${\alpha}$ is called semicommutative if ab=0 implies $aR{\alpha}(b)$=0 for a ${\in}$ R. A ring R is called ${\alpha}$-semicommutative if there exists a semicommutative endomorphism ${\alpha}$ of R. In this paper, various results of semicommutative rings are extended to ${\alpha}$-semicommutative rings. In addition, we introduce the notion of an ${\alpha}$-skew power series Armendariz ring which is an extension of Armendariz property in a ring R by considering the polynomials in the skew power series ring $R[[x;\;{\alpha}]]$. We show that a number of interesting properties of a ring R transfer to its the skew power series ring $R[[x;\;{\alpha}]]$ and vice-versa such as the Baer property and the p.p.-property, when R is ${\alpha}$-skew power series Armendariz. Several known results relating to ${\alpha}$-rigid rings can be obtained as corollaries of our results.

Micronization of Ceramic Pigments for Digital Ink-Jet Printing Process (디지털 프린팅 공정을 위한 세라믹 안료의 미립화 거동 분석)

  • Ink-jet printing techniques with ceramic ink, which contains ceramic pigments as colorant, are in increasingly use in the ceramic industry. Generally, ceramic pigments that are produced by conventional method show diameters of several micrometers; these micrometer sized particles in the ink-jet printing process can cause undesirable behavior such as print head nozzle clogging. To prevent this problem, a particle size reduction process is required. In this study, CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) pigments were synthesized via solid state method. Each pigment particle was milled to submicron size by an attrition mill. The effects of micronizing on the morphology, mechanical property, crystal structure and color property of the CMYK ceramic pigments were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), particle size analysis (PSA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and CIE $L^{\ast}a^{\ast}b^{\ast}$.

  • Let N be a right near-ring. N is said to be strongly reduced if, for $a\inN$, $a^2 \in N_{c}$ implies $a\;\in\;N_{c}$, or equivalently, for $a\inN$ and any positive integer n, $a^{n} \in N_{c}$ implies $a\;\in\;N_{c}$, where $N_{c}$ denotes the constant part of N. We will show that strong reducedness is equivalent to condition (ⅱ) of Reddy and Murty's property $(^{\ast})$ (cf. [Reddy & Murty: On strongly regular near-rings. Proc. Edinburgh Math. Soc. (2) 27 (1984), no. 1, 61-64]), and that condition (ⅰ) of Reddy and Murty's property $(^{\ast})$ follows from strong reducedness. Also, we will investigate some characterizations of strongly reduced near-rings and their properties. Using strong reducedness, we characterize left strongly regular near-rings and ($P_{0}$)-near-rings.

Pore Structure and Mechanic:11 Property of Porous TiNi Biomaterial Produced by Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis (고온자전합성법으로 제조된 다공성 TiNi 생체재료의 기공구조 및 기계적 특성)

  • Porous TiNi bodies were produced by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) method from a powder mixture of Ti and Ni. Porosity, pore size and structure, mechanical property, and transformation temperature of TiNi product were investigated. The average porosity and pore size of produced porous TiNi body are 63% and $216\mutextrm{m}$, respectively. XRD analysis showed that the major phase of produced TiNi body is B2 phase. Its average fracture strength and elastic modulus measured under dry condition were $22\pm2$ MPa and $0.18\pm0.01$GPa, respectively. It could be strained up to 7.3 %. The transformation temperatures determined by DSC showed the $M_s$ temperature of $67^{\circ}C$ and $A_f$ temperature of $99^{\circ}C$.

Rheological Property and Adjuvant Effect of l-Carrageenan (l-카라기난의 유동학적 성질과 어쥬번트 효과)

  • The present study investigated the rheological properties and adjuvant activity of IgG production of ι-Carrageenan prepared using two different methods . incubation at 37.4$^{\circ}C$ after either being heated or not being heated int 6$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 minutes. The carrageenan exhibited plastic flow with thixotropy in both cases, but the viscosity of the sample that had been heated was significantly higher. C57BL/6 mice were then immunized intraperitoneally with either of the carrageenans containing protein antigens. The maximum adjuvant effect was found when using the nonheated carrageenan, especially in term of IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3 production. In contrast, IgG1 antibody production was the same far both types of carrageenan. furthermore, when administered oral1y, neither type of carrageenan resulted in the production of any antibodies.

  • The dependence of NiSi properties such as sheet resistance and cross-sectional profile on the dopants was characterized. There was little difference of sheet resistance between various dopants such as As, p, BF2 and B just after R'n formation of NiSi. However, the NiSi properties showed strong dependence on the dopants when thermal treatment was applied after RTf formation. BFa .implanted silicon was the best stable property while As implanted one was the worst. The main reason of the excellence property of BF2 sample is believed to be the retardation of Ni diffusion by the F. Therefore, retardation of Ni diffusion is very desirable fur high performance NiSi technology.

Bulk Amorphous and/or Nanocrystalline Finemet Alloy Prepared by Super-high-pressure Consolidation

  • Microstructure and soft magnetic properties of bulk amorphous and/or nanocrystalline $Fe_{73.5}Cu_1Nb_3Si_{13.5}B_9$ alloys prepared by consolidation at 5.5GPa were investigated. The relative density of the bulk sample 1 (from amorphous powders) was 98.5% and the grain sizes were about 10.6nm. While the relative density and grain sizes of bulk sample 2 (from nanocrystalline powders) are 98% and 20.1nm, respectively. Particularly, the bulk samples exhibited a good combined magnetic property: for Sample1, $M_s=125emu/g$ and $H_c=1.5Oe;$ for Sample2, $M_s=129emu/g$ and $H_c=3.3Oe$. The success of synthesizing the nanocrystalline Fe-based bulk alloys will be encouraging for the future development of bulk nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys.

  • We introduce (CLRg) property for hybrid pair $F:X{\times}X{\rightarrow}2^X$ and $g:X{\rightarrow}X$. We also introduce joint common limit range (JCLR) property for two hybrid pairs $F,G:X{\times}X{\rightarrow}2^X$ and $f,g:X{\rightarrow}X$. We also establish some common coupled fixed point theorems for hybrid pair of mappings under generalized (${\psi},{\theta},{\varphi}$)-contraction on a noncomplete metric space, which is not partially ordered. It is to be noted that to find coupled coincidence point, we do not employ the condition of continuity of any mapping involved therein. As an application, we study the existence and uniqueness of the solution to an integral equation. We also give an example to demonstrate the degree of validity of our hypothesis. The results we obtain generalize, extend and improve several recent results in the existing literature.

  • Type A and Type B and are commercial HTPB models, which are very popular prepolymer for polyurethane binder family. So the study has been performed on the physical, chemical characteristic of HTPB and viscosity, mechanical property of PBX-A applying to HTPB. But We excluded the Type A from Appication test, because of law Hydroxyl value. And in the case of Type B, Type B-1, 2 has mechanical disadvatage to apply to HTPB in the process comparing with B-3. It seems to make no problem if we change equivalence ratio or curing condition within standards. But if we are to apply process condition like R-45HT(US-sample), it would be essential to apply HTPB with higher Hydroxyl Value and hydroxyl Functionality.
