Recently, silk farming trends are changed from silk production to functional production because of a slump in only silk production. The 'Functional silk farming production promotion and assistant ACT', which has been enacted and effective since 2009, provides an environment to create the integrated functional sericulture production program. The purpose of this study is to derive the current industry status and the development strategy resulting in promoting and creating a new value-added industry. The main items to be improved in current sericulture industry are production infra and facilities, post-harvest storage technology, processing and marketing, sericulture farming products trading, exporting and merchandised promoting, farm management and farm income etc. Future sericulture industry should be focus on Mulberry production and Processing instead of silk farming only for a new valued added industry.

In this study, the author seeks to identify the status of the online job information service market and present strategic guidelines to maintain the market ecosystem based on it. The research method was carried out as a descriptive study to identify the online job information service market by utilizing various secondary data. Specifically, the market analysis identified the high potential growth rate of the job information service market and key issues. Industry trend analysis analyzed key service features, job seeker types and features, service use trends, promotion and marketing methods. Finally, through SWOT analysis of the market, strategic guidelines were proposed to lead the market ecosystem into a virtuous circle. In the first place, these findings will help us gain a comprehensive view of the market by identifying the status of the job information service market with a focus on the main issues. It may also provide companies in the industry with the necessary clues to their continued survival within the industry. Furthermore, the government and public organizations are expected to contribute to boosting the job information service market with the aim of creating and improving jobs.

Archival organizations have been evolving to varying users' needs. The main functional focus of earlier archival organizations has inclined to collection and preservation of data, but their current interests expand to utilization of the data collected. Therefore, today's archival organizations endeavor to procure user-oriented archival information service. This study highlights the programs initiated in last two years by 'Service Innovation Team', a special task force of National Archives of Korea organized in 2005, and presents comparative analysis of those programs with respect to the existing archival systems of National Archives and Records Administration of USA and The National Archives in UK. Additionally, the study, while emphasizing the importance of enlarging and diversifying service programs as well as promoting public awareness over archive resources, introduces the service standards of advanced nations as benchmarks for future archival service policies of pertinent organizations.

Purpose: This study is a case study in which the space was improved by applying the design direction derived through the theoretical basis and service design process to the outpatient department and health examination center in mental health facilities used by various stakeholders. And it aims to present implications through this. Methods: The research method is based on the analysis of the service design process with a focus on literature review. Results: As a result of deriving the design direction, it was organized into 1) improvement of spatial arrangement, 2) improvement of wayfinding system, and 3) creation of comfortable environment. The design improvement plan suggested division of areas, change of nurse station location, creation of a pleasant waiting space for the outpatient department, reinforcement of access, improvement of room relocation and flow, and increased comfort of common spaces for the health examination center. Implications: First, it is necessary to expand research and application of spatial planning and environmental design reflecting the characteristics of patients and environments of mental health institutions. Second, in the medical environment, the divided territoriality should be reviewed for various stakeholders as well as the coexistence. Third, it is necessary to promote medical service and environmental improvement through the service design process.

The aim of the study was to assess the prevalence of young adults obesity, morbid obesity and severe obesity and to identify associated factors. Data for 50,095 participants aged 20-39 from Community Health Survey 2019. Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression were used for the analysis. Prevalence for young adults obesity, morbid obesity and severe obesity were 23.60%, 5.86% and 1.31%. Aged of 20's, male, low income, low educational level and marital status were found to be associated with all stages of obesity. Current smoking, high risk drinking, physical activity, health promotion practices, subjective health, EQ-5D, stress, depressive symptoms and comorbidities increased the prevalence of obesity in young adults. Health check-up, subjective health, EQ-5D, stress, depressive symptoms and comorbidities increased the prevalence of severe obesity in young adults. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop and provide focused intervention consisting of characteristics of young adults and stages of obesity.

This study examined a semantic relationship expressed in college presidents' welcome greetings in order to explore the promotion strategies and future direction of universities in Daegu & Gyeongbuk provinces in South Korea. Greetings were collected from university websites as of September, 2020. According to word frequency analysis, "everyone," "welcome," and "visiting" were mostly used in the headlines. In the body texts, "college" and "education" were frequently paired. While the two- & three-year colleges focus on industrial and technical capabilities, four-year universities tend to emphasize educational excellence and academic research performance. This study is valuable in that it understands the direction that universities in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province put forward amid the decreasing school-age population and the changing social environment.

Purpose - Korean exports account for a vast proportion of Korean GDP, and large volumes of Korean products are sold in the United States. Identifying and characterizing actual and potential product hazards related to Korean products is critical to safeguard Korean export trade, as severe quality issues can impair Korea's reputation and reduce global consumer confidence in Korean products. In this study, we develop country-of-origin-based product risk analysis methods for social media with a specific focus on Korean-labeled products, for the purpose of safeguarding Korean export trade. Design/methodology - We employed two social media datasets containing consumer-generated product reviews. Sentiment analysis is a popular text mining technique used to quantify the type and amount of emotion that is expressed in the text. It is a useful tool for gathering customer opinions regarding products. Findings - We document and discuss the specific potential risks found in Korean-labeled products and explain their implications for safeguarding Korean export trade. Finally, we analyze the false positive matches that arise from the established dictionaries that were used for risk discovery and utilize these classification errors to suggest opportunities for the future refinement of the associated automated text analytic methods. Originality/value - Various studies have used online feedback from social media to analyze product defects. However, none of them links their findings to trade promotion and the protection of a specific country's exports. Therefore, it is important to fill this research gap, which could help to safeguard export trade in Korea.

It's hardly possible to end the controversy over the effectiveness of government's role in economic growth of developing countries. It seems that each side can provide enough empirical evidences to support each side's argument. In most developing countries, the governments' capability to implement the economic plan is a more important factor that the type of policy they choose. Therefore, in this study, we focus on the capacity of policy implementation rather than the choice of policy itself. We tried to critically investigate Ecuador's policy implementation capacity in terms of qualities of policy framework, policy measures and policy constraints. First, Ecuador places high priority on import substitution and export promotion, she is not equipped with sufficient policy measures. Second, the overall policy framework is not effective enough to mobilize resource support those policies. Third, while the SENPLADES is leading overall develoment plan, it lacks the capacity to coordinate various ministries involved.

This study was proceeded with interest on residents' perception of local festival(Boryeong City, Korea) and tried to examine the relation with their participation level and satisfaction. This study used 'festival visiting experience' as moderating variable with the expectation of difference in residents' perception according to visit. This study result indicated that residents can recognize local festival negatively if they feel they have no benefit from the festival even though the festival has many visitors with growing reputation. Also, festival visiting experience has no moderating effect on residents' participation intention in this study. The facts also find that the residents-oriented festival planning and promotion is more important in the partnership with local government and private sector-local residents. Further, it is very important to notice internal customer as well as external customer to ensure residents' satisfaction and participation.
