중소기업의 HRD를 위한 종업원 훈련프로그램의 유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effectiveness of Employee Training Program for HRD in Small and Medium Company)

  • 본 연구는 교육훈련프로그램의 적절성과 학습조직, 그리고 인구통계요인(직종, 직급, 근무연한)이 중소기업 종업원의 교육효과와 지속적 교육 참여의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 경험적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요결과에 따르면 교육훈련프로그램의 적절성은 교육효과와 지속적 교육 참여의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 학습조직 특성이 강할수록 이것이 교육효과와 지속적 교육참여의도에 긍정적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 중소기업 종업원의 인구통계 요인으로서 종업원의 직급과 직종, 근무연한에 따라 교육효과와 지속적 교육참여의도의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업이 교육을 실시하고자 할 때 교육에 대하여 교육훈련의 적절성을 높이도록 설계하여 종업원들이 사전에 교육의 목적을 이해하도록 함과 동시에 기업의 학습조직을 활성화하는 노력이 중소기업의 교육훈련의 효과와 지속적 교육참여의도를 높일 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze cost-effectiveness of a train simulators. The cost-effectiveness of training program is assessed by multiplying transfer effectiveness ration(TER) by training cost ration(TCR). If their product is less than one, the program is not cost effective. Even if a program is not cost effective, however, safety considerations may be important to consider.

농촌지역 편부모가족을 위한 가족생활교육프로그램 개발 (Development of family life education program for single-parent family in rural area)

  • The purposes of this research were to develop a family life education program for single-parent families in rural area and to investigate the effectiveness of education through continuous tests.For these objectives, the concurrent-type program for single-parent families that emphasized communication skills, psychological strategies, and the importance of social support system was constructed. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by pre-, post- and delayed test through 88 single parents and their children and it was analyzed by paired t-test. The results suggested that the program was effective in improving self-esteem, self-confidence and in decreasing depression. This effectiveness was more in single-father families than single-mother families. But especially in children this effectiveness was diminished as times passed. For maintaining this effectiveness in program, more frequent and continuous following education was demanded.

보건관리자가 인지한 근로자 건강증진 프로그램 수행 실태에 관한 업종별 비교: 요구도, 필요도, 수행도, 장애도 및 운영효과를 중심으로 (Comparison of Occupational Health Providers' Perception on Workers' Health Promotion Program by Business Types: Focusing on Need, Necessity, Performance, Barriers, and Effectiveness of Program)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to examine the differences in need, necessity, performance, barriers, and effectiveness of workers' health promotion program and to determine the influencing factors in effectiveness of workers' health promotion program by business types. Methods: Subjects were participants of an education held by Korean association of occupational health nurses and a survey was self-reported. Survey items were developed by researchers through literature review. It included general characteristics of occupational health providers and worksites, need, necessity, performance, barriers and effectiveness of workers' health promotion (WHP) program. The total number of worksites was 168, manufacturing/construction was 76 (45.2%), other services were 52 (31.0%), and healthcare services were 40 (23.8%). We used ${\chi}^2test$, ANOVA test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were differences in need, necessity and performance of WHP by business types. In healthcare services, WHP had statistically significant effectiveness to reduce turnover rates. And the influencing factors of WHP's effectiveness were workers' need in manufacturing/construction, health provider's career in other services, and perceived necessity in healthcare services. Conclusion: Based on this result, we propose differentiated strategies depending on the business types for effective workers' health promotion program.

  • When evaluating effectiveness of a program, there is a tendency to simply compare the performances of the treated before and after the program or to compare the differences in the performances of the treated and the untreated before-after the program. However, these ways of evaluating effectiveness have problems because they can't account for environmental changes affecting the treated and/or effects coming from the differences between the treated and the untreated. Therefore, in this paper, panel data analysis (fixed effects model) is suggested as a means to overcome these problems and is utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of fusion technology program conducted by Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Korea. As a result, it turns out that the program has definitely positive impacts on the beneficiary in terms of sales, R&D expenditure, and employment.

PLISSIT 모형 부인암 여성 성기능 향상 프로그램의 효과 (Effectiveness of PLISSIT Model Sexual Program on Female Sexual Function for Women with Gynecologic Cancer)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Permission, Limited Information, Specific Suggestions, Intensive Therapy (PLISSIT) model sexual program on female sexual function for women with gynecologic cancer. Methods: The integrative 6-hr (two hours per session) program reflecting physical and psychosocial aspects of women's sexuality was developed based on Annon's PLISSIT model. Participants were 61 women with cervical, ovarian, or endometrial cancer. Of them, 29 were assigned to the experimental group and 32 to the control group. The women completed the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) including sexual desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, and pain. Independent t-test and repeated measured ANOVA were used to test the effectiveness of the program. Results: Significant group differences were found on FSFI sub-domain scores including sexual desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and satisfaction but not pain. Significant time differences were found on all domains except for pain in the experimental group repeated measured ANOVA. Conclusion: The results indicate that the three-week PLISSIT model sexual program is effective in increasing sexual function for women with gynecologic cancer. Nurses may contribute to improving women's sexual function by utilizing the program. Strategies to relieve sexual pain need to be considered for greater effectiveness of the program.

Effective Internal Marketing Based on Cooperation Perception and Relational Diversity

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine under what conditions suggestion programs conducted by organizations actually increase individual perception of their work effectiveness. Specifically, this study looks into the effects of cooperation perception and relational demography of employee on work effectiveness of suggestion programs. It does this by focusing on the interaction effect of organizational commitment. Research design, data and methodology: Data was collected from 1,872 participants who took part in the suggestion program of HCCP 6th DATA. This data was subjected to multiple regression analysis. Results: a) higher employee cooperation perception enhances work effectiveness of suggestion program, but relational difference of knowledge diversity between team members has no effect on work efficiency; b) Positive effect of cooperation perception, and difference in education level on work effectiveness become greater as commitment increases. However, organizational commitment decreases the positive effect of difference in organizational tenure on work effectiveness by suggestion program. Conclusion: The results point to the importance of broadening the current conceptual models of employee work effectiveness of suggestion program to include relational demography, as well as the utility of conducting additional cross-level research on suggestion programs.

경북지역 해삼 종묘방류사업의 경제적 효과 분석 (Analyzing Economic Effectiveness of the Sea Cucumber Seed Releasing Program in Gyeongsangbuk-do Region)

  • This study is aimed to analyze economic effectiveness of the sea cucumber seed releasing program in Gyeongsangbuk-do region. Based on the surveyed data, the production value of released sea cucumber and the seed releasing program cost are estimated and compared to determine the economic validity of the sea cucumber seed releasing program. Results show that the B/C ratio, as an indicator of economic evaluation, is 2.0, indicating that the sea cucumber seed releasing program in Gyeongsangbuk-do region would be economically feasible under the current production and market conditions. Sensitivity analyses of main variables indicate that the economic effectiveness can be increased when the recapture rate would be increased and the seed price of sea cucumber would be decreased.

귀농 교육의 만족도, 성취도, 효과성 분석에 관한 연구 (An analysis of Satisfaction, Achievement and Effectiveness of Trainee's on Education Return Farm)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of training Program for return farm. In detail, this study evaluated the trainees' satisfaction, achievement, and effectiveness of the education. This Study polled 250 trainees who presented the Return farm training program. The results of analysis are as follows; First, the satisfaction and the reliability on the educational institutions of return farm was the highest. Second, Trainees' replied that their Agricultural Techniques was improved. Especially, 'business administrative ability, cultivation techniques & management ability, and agricultural machinery using ability were enhanced. Their self-confidence of return farm was increased. Third, the correlation of satisfaction, achievement and effectiveness of training program was statistically significant. The findings of this study will be used to plan of return farm education program.

청소년의 우울·자살생각·스트레스 감소를 위한 통합적 집단상담 프로그램의 개발과 효과 (The Development and the Effectiveness of a Integrative Group Counseling Program for Depression, Suicide Ideation, and Stress in High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an Integrative Group Counseling Program to reduce depression, suicide ideation, and stress of high school students, and to examine the effectiveness of such a program. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program developed, an experimental group which was exposed to the program and a control group without exposure to the program were compared. The program was administered over eight weekly sessions, each session lasting ninety minutes. The subjects in this study consisted of twenty students. An experimental group and a control group were organized with ten students in each. For data processing, SPSS 16.0 was used to analyse statistical results. The Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale, the Suicidal Ideation Scale, and the Stress Scale were used in a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test. The findings of this study were as follows : The treatment group exhibited a significant statistically decreasing degree of depression, suicide ideation, and stress levels in comparison to the control group. The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of this newly developed Integrative Group Counseling Program on reducing depression, suicide ideation, and stress levels.
