In a side of criminal law, fire investigation, as general people fully can understand and prosecution is possible until deciding its cause and suspect, scientific researching method should be studied deeply. This paper proposes an establishment of fire investigation act and its sub-laws, constitution of joint commission for fire investigation, modernization of fire investigation equipments, substantiality of professional education for fire investigation and subjugation of departmentalism as a method to maintain and supplement an institution of fire investigation in Korea.

The industrial accident in subway of late is increasingly coming to the front as a serious problem of society because a scale of industrial accident is a large size, and powerfulness, while the percent of accident is decreasing as a result of industrial facilities with the largeness of equipment, automation, and high horse-powering. In this paper, a study on the estimation of accident loss prevention cost and risk analysis in subway construction is proposed as an alternative to the techniques currently used in the general construction projects safety. Then the concept of risk evaluation using a risk assessment model is presented to drive value of risk and numerical example for risk analysis. A means for this does grasp the importance of educational factor by way of analyzing the causes of accident through statistical data of labor department, emphasizing the necessity and the importance of safety education, being helpful to act safety by decreasing insecure activity which ranks the majority of accident causes with putting the education program, form, method into practice that are suitable for a place of business.
This study was designed to investigate differences in some aspects of value conceptions in fundamentals of nursing functions between nursing service personnel and nurse-educators. The purpose of the study was to identify the difference of value conceptions between the hospital nurses and school instructors, to contribute as a reference in strengthening the educational program in establishing nay hinder professional growth. The questionaries of this study were focused in the following aspects: 1) establishment of nursing service management system, 2) strengthening of the professionalization of nursing service, 3) hindrance in accomplishment of independent nursing functions, 4) communication skills in nurse-patient relationship, 5) activities directly related to nursing care planning, 6) communication skills in nurse-doctor relationship, 7) attitude towards taking responsibilities for patient- centered nursing approach, and 8) nursing educational approach towards preparation of professional competence in practicing independent nursing functions. 265 graduate nurses from 14 general hospitals and 88 nursing instructors from 18 schools, collegiate and diploma, were sampled. The main findings of the study were as follows; 1. Both groups responded highly in the lack of public recognition of nursing profession and hospital administrators support in establishment of nursing service management system. Further investigation is needed to define some relationship between the intrinsic and extrinsic factors which might give influence to the professional development. 2. while hospital nursing personnel responded on environmental pressure such as a heavy nursing load as the factor giving hindrance to independent nursing functions, the nurse educators responded highly on lack of nursing competence of individual nurses. An emphasis should be placed on the development of nursing interaction through professional education. If the professional model is not well established, nursing function will be limited to medical assistance. 3. 3. The patient-centered approach for nurse-patient communication had given positive respond for both group, tut lacks in team concept in problem solving process. There exist a social distance between nurses and other professional co-workers in the hospital hierarchy. 4. It was indicated that, as an intrinsic factor in the development of nursing service and nursing education, building up a philosophical basis is an utmost importance. This question is opened for further and extensive study to clarify whether existence of philosophical absence or philosophical stasis in nursing profession hinders the development.
Nowadays contents of crimes are complicated and diversified because of differentiation and specialization of society. For this reason, special judicial police officer system that each special field officers investigate crimes related to their special fields is introduced to produce high quality private law service. Nevertheless, special judicial police officers who deal with fire crimes show many problems because they have less experiences and ability about investigation than general judicial police officers. Then, purpose of this study is deduction problems by analyzing cases of fire crimes and suggesting improvements which are ways to improve special judcial police officers's who investigate fire crimes efficiencies and professionalisms. Problems about investigation of fire crimes are absence of professional investigation agency, a shortage of professional workforce, absence of professional investigation officers education system. Improvements are creation professional investigation agency, securing experts, developing professional investigation officers education system, construction professional techniques manage system, introduction fire crime cases manage system.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between professional self-concept, sense of ethics and performance of protecting patient privacy of nurses in the hospital. The subjects are 196 nurses who have been working in general hospitals in K province in Korea and the data collection period was from June 1 to July 5 in 2018. As a result, The score of each variables were like this: professional self-concept 2.62, sense of ethics 2.93 and performance of protecting patient privacy 3.69. It was confirmed that the factors which affect to the performance of protecting patient privacy are ethical awareness and professional self-concept of the nurses. and these explained 30% of that performance. Therefore, it need to develop and adapt the education programs to improve the sense of ethics and professional self-concept of nurses which can help them to increase their performance of protecting patient privacy and to add, we suggest that there need a mandatory system for nurses to receive conservative education about the practice of protecting patient privacy.
This study examined the Knowledge of Elementary School Teachers Regarding in ADHD Children Education of ADHD children education for 297 elementary school teachers. The knowledge of ADHD children in inclusive education was made through a questionnaire composed of four areas: attitude, burden, efficacy, and promotional conditions on ADHD children. The collected questionnaire was calculated using technical statistics from the SPSS (WIN 22.0) for frequency and percentage. The results of this study are as follows: First, the teachers of general elementary schools are trying to include education of ADHD children. Second, in the burden of general elementary school teachers on ADHD children education, ADHD children showed interruption of learning, interruption of positive learning atmosphere, interruption of order maintenance of general classroom and teacher's class progress. Third, in the efficacy of general elementary school teachers on ADHD children, they did not have the Knowledge of ADHD symptoms, diagnosis and evaluation of ADHD children, teaching ability for ADHD children education, and ability to deal with ADHD children's behavior. Fourth, in the promotion condition of school for ADHD child education, it was found that there was no connection with external institutions for the support of professional manpower for ADHD children and ADHD child supports.

The purposes of this research are to analyze and compare curriculum of vocational high schools. In order to complete the purposes, the method of curriculum document analysis was used. Analysis subjects are Meister high schools, Technical high schools and Electronic high schools operating electron-related departments in Daegu and Gyungsangbuk-do. The conclusions of this research are as follows: Firstly, the educational goals of the vocational high schools were largely to educate professional men. The educational goals of vocational high school need to be improved in terms of high school's general educational goals and character education. Secondly, curriculum of vocational high schools consists of general subjects and specialized subjects and the rates of them vary according to region and school type. Thirdly, there were various general subjects by region and school type. Each school needs to organize the subjects to suit the progress of their students and graduates. Finally, there is a need to review the scope and sequence of specialized subjects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate how nurses perceive the Career Ladder System(CLS). Methods: This study was a descriptive survey using questionnaires. Questionnaires were developed by an expert group. Participants included 161 nurses working in the Children's Hospital. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test and ANCOVA. Results: This study revealed that nurses who advanced in their career ladders have a significantly higher perception of participation in their professional activities and a general comprehension of the CLS more than the nurses who did not advance in their career ladders. However, nurses who advanced in their career ladders have a significantly lower perception of the expected outcome of the CLS more than nurses who did not. Conclusions: This result showed that nurses who had experienced in clinical advancement and recognition were highly motivated with their professional activities via the CLS as well as they considered it to allow professional growth.
The study aims to investigate the process of professional socialization of oriental medical students, to analyze influencing factors on it, and to compare the results with those of western medical students. Professional socialization, in the context of this study, means the process through which a layperson becomes a profession equipped with professional identity and values. A survey using specially designed questionnaire was carried out in 1999. The data were collected from 11 oriental medical colleges for 2,656 students. A total of 2,597 cases was finally included in the statistical analysis. Analysis of factors related to professional value found that oriental medical students thought highly of human-oriented factors, followed by science and status, and this trend remained unchanged as they moved on to qualification. Among professionalism related items, those involved in professional regulation and dominance factors showed high scores, while showing low scores on items related to bio-ethics and autonomy factors. Unlike items of professional value, those of professionalism showed a notable difference in attitude statistically by schooling level. The average scores of factors for professionalism increased with increasing schooling years. This trend proved that oriental medical students acquired professional norms and attitudes through their educational period. Multiple regression analysis with the factors related to professional value and professionalism as dependent variables found that independent variables had some impact on science, status, and clinical autonomy, but no impact on human, policy autonomy, and professional regulation factors. In conclusion, with increasing schooling years, professional norms and attitudes of oriental medical students were also strengthened. And, in spite of the differences in general propensity, they have a base consciousness in common with western medical students. The difference of mind-set and attitudes related to professionalism in the two groups, however, considering the necessity of future cooperative relations, indicated that a common curriculum between both schools is needed, and the education of social medicine should be strengthened in oriental medical colleges.
Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effects of self-leadership, professional self-concept, and positive psychological capital on the performance of operating room nurses. Methods: The participants were 148 operating room nurses with more than a year of experience in one of the general hospitals in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected from 18 to 29 November 2019 and were analyzed by descriptive statistic methods, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: The self-leadership, professional self-concept, and positive psychological capital of operating room nurses showed a positive correlation with nursing performance. The performance of operating room nurses was the most affected by professional self-concept (β=.32, p=.002), followed by operating room career (β=.22, p=.037) and positive psychological capital (β=.20, p=.039), which together accounted for a nursing performance of up to 42.9% (F=12.06, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop education and intervention programs to enhance the operating room nurses' professional self-concept and positive psychological capital.
