노인일자리사업의 사회공헌형, 시장진입형 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 (Study on the public interest type of the senior's job programme, Efficiency measures in the market-type)

  • 우리나라는 세계에서 유례를 찾아보기 어려운 빠른 속도로 저출산과 더불어 고령화가 진행되어 가고 있다. 인구구조도 피라미드형 구조였으나, 최근에는 역피라미드형 구조가 되어감에 따라 생산인구 문제를 열악하게 만드는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 노인일자리사업은 이러한 산업구조 역행의 일부를 대체하는 측면도 있지만, 노인의 경제적 측면과 신체적 측면 그리고 사회통합의 측면에서도 효과적인 지원체계가 마련되어져야 한다. 또한 다양한 일자리 창출 및 보급을 위한 노력도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 문화, 복지, 의료, 관광, 체험 등 서비스 분야에서 취약한 부분을 발굴하여 은퇴 전 가지고 있었던 기술과 경험이 활용될 수 있는 양질의 일자리가 만들어 지도록 해야 한다. 따라서 이 연구는 노인일자리사업의 효율화 방안을 위한 이론적 기초를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

식물공장 발전방향 설정을 위한 정책 우선순위 도출 (An Study on Priority Determining for Development Strategies of Plant Factory Using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Likert Scale)

  • 이 연구에서는 산 학 연 전문가들을 대상으로 향후 국내 식물공장 시스템의 활성화를 위한 발전방향의 우선순위를 도출하고 부문별 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 식물공장 발전을 위해서는 최우선적으로 경제성이 확보되어야 한다. 경제성을 확보하기 위해서는 계약재배에 의한 주년생산을 통해 판로확보와 출하시기 조절이 요구되며, 기술개발 R&D 부문에서는 LED, 형광등 등 광원 및 조명기술이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 정책 및 제도개선 부문에서는 무엇보다 소비자 인식 전환이 이루어져야 하며 그 다음 설비 투자 지원정책이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 식물공장의 정착을 위해서는 전후방 산업을 중심으로 인프라가 구축되어야 하며 기술개발과 지원정책을 통해 설치 운영비 절감이 이루어져야 한다.

  • Increasing demand for natural gas and higher natural gas prices in the recent decades have led many people to pursue unconventional methods of natural gas production. POSCO-Gwangyang synthetic natural gas (SNG) project was launched in 2010. As the market price of natural gas goes up, the increase of its price gets more sensitive due to the high cost of transportation and liquefaction. This project can make the SNG economically viable. In parallel with this project, KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) joined in launching the SNG Quality Standard Bureau along with KOGAS (Korea Gas Corporation), POSCO and so on. KEPCO Research Institute is in charge of SNG fueled gas turbine combustion test. In this research, several combustion tests were conducted to find out the effect of hydrogen contents in SNG on gas turbine combustion. The hydrogen in synthetic natural gas did not affect on gas turbine combustion characteristics which are turbine inlet temperature including pattern factor and emission performance. However, flame stable region in ${\Phi}$-Air flow rate map was shifted to the lean condition due to autocatalytic effect of hydrogen.

수산보조금 금지 시대의 유류 공급 정책에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of the Oil Supply Policy for Korean Fisheries Industry in the Era of Subsidy Prohibition)

  • In the fisheries industry, the cost of oil Is the greatest factor, contributing 25% 40% of the cost of production. In order to support fisheries, the government has supplied large amounts of money for oil to the fisheries industry. However, the elimination and restriction against the subsidy of fisheries has been actively discussed throughout international organizations Including the WTO. The purpose of this thesis is to study the existing issue of subsidies on the fisheries Industry, which is currently disputed in international organizations, and predict a future policy about the oil supply that considers the most important factors on fisheries. In chapter 2, the paper begins by outlining the tendencies of discussion in relation to the subsidy on fisheries among international organizations, and categorizes them on the basis of their types. Chapter 3 defines the current conditions and characteristics of the Korean subsidy on fisheries and analyzes which portions of the subsidy on fisheries should be eliminated first when it is prohibited. In chapter 4, procedures and problems for producing tax-free oil are discussed, because tax-free oil has a higher possibility of being ruled out. Chapter 5 proposes a reasonable plan concerning oil supply policies for maintenance or enrichment of the fishing industries, post the elimination of subsidies. Conclusions were drawn in eight areas as a result of this study: 1) securing the large storage of oil, 2) extending customers of oil to include non-fishermen, 3) coordinating the segmentation of marketing area, 4) diversification of the sales goods, 5) producing oil sales experts, 6) developing original brands, 7) expanding the purchasing area to buy oil in the international market, and 8) operating funds to stabilize oil price. It would not be appropriate to wait until international organizations decide to ban the subsidy of fisheries. Corresponding plans ( such as securing the large storage of oil) tend to be large scale and long-term projects because they take a number of years, from designing the oil storage tank to selecting the proper region and initiating the construction. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that any extensive and time consuming projects including preparation for the tax-free oil should be completed in new actions before the ban by the international organizations.

  • 시장의 급속한 변화와 개별 수요자 요구의 다양화로 인하여 전통적인 예측 방식은 기업의 요구사항을 충족시키기 어렵다. 다변화하는 생산 환경에서의 올바른 수요예측은 원활한 수율관리를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 현재 산업에서 보편적으로 사용되는 기존의 많은 예측 모델은 조금씩 기능에 제한이 있다. 제안된 모델은 각 모델이 개별적으로 더 잘 수행하는 부분을 고려하여 이러한 한계를 극복하도록 설계 되었다. 본 논문에서는 동적 프로세스 분석에 적합한 Grey Relational 분석을 통한 변수 추출을 하고, ARIMA 예측값을 통하여 산출되는 과거 수요 데이터의 특징을 포함하는 통계적으로 예측된 데이터를 생성한다. 이후, LSTM 모델과 결합하여 신경망모델이 가지는 특성인 유연성, 장기적인 의존성 문제를 피하도록 구성되어진 구조를 통하여 수요예측에 영향을 주는 많은 요인들을 특징을 반영하여 수요예측을 산출할 수 있다.

디지털 빅데이터를 이용한 영상컨텐츠 수요예측모형 개발 (Development of Demand Prediction Model for Video Contents Using Digital Big Data)

  • 영화 시장에서 흥행을 기록하는데 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 관련 산업의 리스크를 줄이고 영화 산업을 발전시키는데 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 영화흥행에 영향이 있는 독립변수들의 상관의 정도를 찾아내기 위해서 먼저 AHP 기법을 이용한 영화전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 측정요인별 중요도를 평가하였다. 또한, 스마트폰 보급과 사용의 증가로 검색 포털 및 SNS 관련 빅데이터에서 도출된 요인이 영화흥행에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 그리고 앞에서 언급한 전문가 서베이 정보와 빅데이터를 모두 반영한 예측모형을 제안하였다. 제안한 모형의 예측의 정확도를 알아보기 위해 실 데이터를 가지고 검증한 결과 기존모형보다 향상됨(10.5%)을 확인하였다. 따라서 제안한 모형은 영화제작사 및 배급사들의 의사 결정에 도움이 될 것이라 판단된다.

온라인 플랫폼을 활용한 수산식품 구매요인 우선순위 분석: AHP 기법을 활용하여 (Priority Analysis for Consumers' Purchasing Factors of Seafood Online Using AHP Method)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study to explore factors consumers prioritize when purchasing seafood online. The originality of the study lies on adopting AHP-based approach in analyzing prioritized purchasing factors of seafood online. Design/methodology/approach - A survey was conducted targeting Korean consumers who have purchased seafood online. AHP method was applied to rank factors consumers prioritize before making decision. Findings - First, product's factor ranked first among other high level factors including delivery service, seller, online platform. Second, sanitation, taste, country of origin ranked first, second, third respectively, within product's factors. Third, safe delivery, timeliness, information accuracy ranked first, second, third respectively, within delivery factors. Fourth, consumer reviews, consumer response ability, promotion ranked first, second, third within seller factors. Fifth, Personal information management system, credibility, user-friendliness ranked first, second, third, within online platform factors. Research implications or Originality - To activate seafood online market, it is crucial to assure consumers that the seafood is well managed in a sanitary way from the production site to table. Existing government programs such as seafood traceability system, HACCP, and cold-chain infrastructure needs improvement. Due to highly perishable characteristic of seafood, delivery factors matter when purchasing online. Online platforms needs to continue to improve delivery service. Seafood products are mostly not branded and without objective information about their properties. Creating quality classification and seafood brands are likely to help consumers chose seafood online.

Estimation of unused forest biomass potential resource amount in Korea

  • Recently, the policy regarding climate change in Korea and overseas has been to promote the utilization of forest biomass to achieve net zero emissions. In addition, with the implementation of the unused forest biomass system in 2018, the size of the Korean market for manufacturing wood pellets and wood chips using unused forest biomass is rapidly expanding. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the total amount of unused forest biomass that can be used as an energy source and to identify the capacity that can be continuously produced annually. In this study, we estimated the actual forest area that can be produced of logging residue and the potential amount of unused forest biomass resources based on GT (green ton). Using a forest functions classification map (1 : 25,000), 5th digital forest type map (1 : 25,000), and digital elevation model (DEM), the forest area with a slope of 30° or less and mountain ridges of 70% or less was estimated based on production forest and IV age class or more. The total forest area where unused forest biomass can be produced was estimated to be 1,453,047 ha. Based on GT, the total amount of unused forest biomass potential resources in Korea was estimated to be 117,741,436 tons. By forest type, coniferous forests were estimated to be 48,513,580 tons (41.2%), broad-leaved forests 27,419,391 tons (23.3%), and mixed forests 41,808,465 tons (35.5%). Data from this research analysis can be used as basic data to estimate commercial use of unused forest biomass.

모바일 기기 수용에 대한 심리적 요인에 대한 고찰: 중국 내 아이폰 선호를 중심으로 (An Investigation on the Impact of Psychological Factor on the Adoption of Mobile Device: Based on the Preferences of iPhone in China)

  • 아이폰의 판매는 중국 시장에서 특히 탁월한 실적을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 체면민감성이 중국 대학생들의 아이폰 구매에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰한다. 체면은 타인의식성, 자괴의식성, 사회격식성이라는 세 가지 세부개념으로 구성된다. 218명의 중국 대학생을 대상으로 설문 조사 하였다. 분석 결과, 타인의식성과 사회격식성이 아이폰 선호에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자괴의식성은 그렇지 않았다. 추가적으로 경제력과 브랜드 민감도라는 두 조절변수의 영향도 유의하게 나타났다. 체면 민감성 중 타인의식성과 사회격식성이 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것은 아이폰이 효용재일 뿐만 아니라 사치재로서의 역할을 하고 있음을 암시한다. 애플사뿐만 아니라 모바일 기기 관련 비즈니스에서는 중국시장을 공략할 때 이러한 관리적 함의를 참고할 수 있을 것이다.

Laser crystallization in active-matrix display backplane manufacturing

  • Laser-based crystallization techniques are ideally-suited for forming high-quality crystalline Si films on active-matrix display backplanes, because the highly-localized energy deposition allows for transformation of the as-deposited a-Si without damaging high-temperature-intolerant glass and plastic substrates. However, certain significant and non-trivial attributes must be satisfied for a particular method and implementation to be considered manufacturing-worthy. The crystallization process step must yield a Si microstructure that permits fabrication of thin-film transistors with sufficient uniformity and performance for the intended application and, the realization and implementation of the method must meet specific requirements of viability, robustness and economy in order to be accepted in mass production environments. In recent years, Low Temperature Polycrystalline Silicon (LTPS) has demonstrated its advantages through successful implementation in the application spaces that include highly-integrated active-matrix liquid-crystal displays (AMLCDs), cost competitive AMLCDs, and most recently, active-matrix organic light-emitting diode displays (AMOLEDs). In the mobile display market segment, LTPS continues to gain market share, as consumers demand mobile devices with higher display performance, longer battery life and reduced form factor. LTPS-based mobile displays have clearly demonstrated significant advantages in this regard. While the benefits of LTPS for mobile phones are well recognized, other mobile electronic applications such as portable multimedia players, tablet computers, ultra-mobile personal computers and notebook computers also stand to benefit from the performance and potential cost advantages offered by LTPS. Recently, significant efforts have been made to enable robust and cost-effective LTPS backplane manufacturing for AMOLED displays. The majority of the technical focus has been placed on ensuring the formation of extremely uniform poly-Si films. Although current commercially available AMOLED displays are aimed primarily at mobile applications, it is expected that continued development of the technology will soon lead to larger display sizes. Since LTPS backplanes are essentially required for AMOLED displays, LTPS manufacturing technology must be ready to scale the high degree of uniformity beyond the small and medium displays sizes. It is imperative for the manufacturers of LTPS crystallization equipment to ensure that the widespread adoption of the technology is not hindered by limitations of performance, uniformity or display size. In our presentation, we plan to present the state of the art in light sources and beam delivery systems used in high-volume manufacturing laser crystallization equipment. We will show that excimer-laser-based crystallization technologies are currently meeting the stringent requirements of AMOLED display fabrication, and are well positioned to meet the future demands for manufacturing these displays as well.
