프로덕트 라인 개발에서 피쳐 모델의 명세화 기법 (Feature Model Specification Method in Product-Line Development)

  • 빠르게 변화하는 시장의 요구에 대응하고자 특정 영역에 속하는 애플리케이션 간의 재사용을 높이려는 프로덕트 라인 개발 방법에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 프로덕트 라인 개발 방법에서는 영역 내의 여러 애플리케이션들 간의 차이점과 공통점을 분류하는데 피쳐 모델링이라는 분석 방법을 주로 사용하고 있다. 기존 피쳐 모델링에서는 피쳐를 비정형적으로 명세화하기 때문에 모호성, 이해의 오류, 잘못된 해석 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 피쳐를 추상화하여 도메인에 독립적인 메타 모델로 나타내고 정형화 기법을 도입하여 명세화 한다면 기존의 피쳐 모델에서 발생하는 문제점들을 해결할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 첫째, 메타 수준에서의 피쳐 모델링을 통하여 피쳐의 구조와 속성을 정의한 후 다중 패러다임 정형화 명세 언어를 사용하여 피쳐를 명세화하는 기법을 제시하였다. 둘째, 피쳐에 대한 정형화 명세 프로세스를 기술하였으며, 셋째, 명세화된 피쳐들 간에 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 피쳐 상호작용 관리기법을 정의하였다. 그리고 마지막으로, 제시된 피쳐의 정형화 명세 기법을 분산 미팅 스케줄러 시스템에 적용시켜보았다.

Relationship between Product Characteristics and Customer Purchase Intention in Cross-Border Online Shopping: Focus on Chinese Consumers

  • Purpose: This study explored the relationship between product characteristics and customer purchase intention in cross-border online shopping. Research design, data, and methodology: Through literature review, the research model of product characteristics and consumers' purchase intention is constructed, and trust is taken as a medium variable. Based on the survey data of Chinese consumers, empirical analysis and hypothesis verification are conducted. This study used SPSS version 21 to confirm the reliability and validity of the research model. To confirm the media effect of the model in this study, the Sobel Test was used. Results: The results of hypothesis identification of this research model showed that 8 of the 11 hypotheses were adopted and 3 were rejected. Results confirmed the relationship between product characteristics (specification, diversity, reputation, novelty, quality) and customer purchase intention. Conclusions: The result from this study had particular theoretical significance for improving the research on cross-border online shopping systems to improve the safety and satisfaction of customers in cross-border online shopping.

  • 최근, 제조기업들의 일반적인 추세는 제품들이 보다 더 고객화 되어가고 있으며, 제품수영주기가 짧아지고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 제조기업들에 있어서, 고객들은 종종 자신들이 주문한 제품의 제조과정 동안에 자신들의 요구사항들을 지속적으로 반영하기를 원하며, 또한 자신들의 요구사항들이 충족된 제품을 인도받기를 원한다. 이러한 기업 환경을 고객지향 수주생산 환경이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객지향 수주생산 환경에 적합한 제품정보 통합시스템 (PDIS: Product Data Integration System) 구축을 위한 정보시스템 개발 방법론을 정립하고, 또한 정립된 방법론을 이용하여 대표적인 고객지향산 제품인 'H'중공업의 선박엔진 제품을 대상으로 PDIS 구축 사례를 제시하였다. 현재 구축된 PDIS는 현업에서 성공적으로 운영되고 있다. 그 결과, 납기시간이 단축되고, 고객과의 관계가 향상되었으며, 그리고 제품수명주기 동안 기업 내 부서간의 업무 협력이 향상되었다.

통신장치의 연구개발 품질보증 활동 (R&D quality assurance on a telecommunication equipment)

  • Quality is defined as several terms of fitness for use, conformance to requirements or specification, and loss of social effect. And the quality can be classified into design, production and service quality according to its formation of product (or servece). To be satisfactory product, the product must be controlled to maintain the specified level of quality at the whole life cycle of R&D step through disposal step. And the wrong design is one of the great source of cost. Therefore, the quality assurance on the R&D step is very important. This paper suggests a general procedure for the R&D quality assurance and discusses the methods for the reliable design. And a telecommunication equipment is considered as an applied example. Finally, it is discussed some subjects on the R&D quality assurance as further researches.

섬유제품의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 기업의 전략방안 (Corporate strategy for competitiveness of textile products)

  • Recently Korean textile industry has been in the phase that requires its strategy change from the less-develped country style of the labor-intensive products to the developed country style of the technology-intensive products. It needs to make more efforts to develop the value-added products to meet the customer's various needs. In addition, development of technology, equipment, and design is required to implement its corporate strategy successfully. Although Korean textile companies have currently kept skillful labor and advanced equipments, they are losing their share in the international textile markets. This is mainly because corporate management has not been involved with efficient strategy. Strategy is an adoption of a company to environment by its corporate members, thus leading to the requirement of coordination of the main functions such as manufacturing and marketing. In fact, the coordination of the two departments toward reaching the corporate goal is not easy since the two are interested in different areas, respectively. Manufacturing people show their interests in production capacity, equipment layout, process technology, quality, purchasing, and labor while marketing people, target customer, product mix, advertisement, product specification, and customer service. For this reason, conflicts sometimes happen between the two departments. There are, however, many area that need a horizontal cooperation, for instance, in layout, process technology, product mix, and potential demand. Therefore, reciprocal coordination is necessary for achieving the firm's common objectives. This study was concerned with determining the factors that enhance the competitiveness of textile firms so that they could reach the common goal of the two departments with a horizontal collaboration.

안정성 연구에서의 사용기간에 관한 비모수적 추론 (Nonprametric Inference of Shelf-life in Drug's Stability Study)

  • The shelf-life of pharmaceutical products is the time that the average product characteristic remains within an approved specification after manufacture. Since the true shelf-life of a drug product is typically unknown, it has to be estimated based on assay results of the drug characteristic from a stability study usually conducted during the process of drug development. The nonparametric statistical methods of assessing the shelf-life of drug are considered with the current FDA regulations. Some simulation studies of nonparametric methods are also presented with the discussion.

B2B를 이용한 유통업체의 의류상품구매 사례연구 (A Case Study of Retail Fashion Buying through B2B)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current situation of B2B fashion buying behavior (i.e., buying motives, product characteristics, buying processes), and to analyze the buying performance, buying problems and buying strategies. In depth, face-to-face interviews with structured questionnaire were conducted with three buyers and three vendors related to 18 buying items of C Company. Results of this research were as following:1. Buying motives were mainly reduction of buying costs, improvement of profits, and increased efficiency in buying process for retail buyers, while the selling motive was mainly improvement of market share for suppliers. Suitable items for B2B buying were basic items or bulk items. The B2B buying process included the following steps: selecting auction items, target prices, and suppliers ; setting the product specification and bidding niles; training the suppliers for preparing the auction; proceeding the auction by internet. 2. The perceived B2B benefits for buyers were profit improvement and cost reduction while those for suppliers were time saving and market share improvement. The indicated buying problems were as poor product quality, low product image, and difficulty in partnership. For B2B buying strategies, a quality management system, various auction tactics based on items, and a supplier management system were recommended.

  • 국내 소프트웨어 시장은 소프트웨어 제품의 품질 불만과 수익성 악화라는 악순환의 고리에서 헤어나지 못하고 있다. 산업계 및 학계에서는 문제의 주된 원인이 소프트웨어 사업 초기의 불명확한 요구사항에 있음을 인식하고, 사업 초기부터 개발 범위 및 내용, 품질 목표 등을 명확히 설정하고 이를 요구사항 명세서에 충실히 반영할 것을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보다 명확한 요구사항의 명세와 요구사항의 효과적인 관리를 위해 국내외의 다양한 형태의 요구사항 명세서를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 개발 범위의 명확화, 품질의 정량화, 요구사항들간의 연결/추적관리, 명세의 편이성이 제고된 요구사항명세 표준지침을 개발하였다. 제안하는 표준 병세서는 분할 발주 또는 일괄 발주 등 다양한 소프트웨어 사업 프로세스에 적용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • Most recently, offshore Engineering & Construction field is concerned about integration management technology such as CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing), PDM(Product Data Management) and Enterprise Information Engineering in order to cope with the rapid change of engineering and manufacturer specification as per owner's requirement during construction stage of the project. System integration and integrated data modeling with relational database in integration management technology improve the quality of product and reduce the period of the construction project by reason of owing design information jointly. This paper represents the design methodology of system integration using Business Process Reengineering by the case study. The case study is about the offshore plant material information process from front end engineering design to detail engineering for the construction and the basis of monitoring system by integrating and sharing the design information between the 2D intelligent P&ID and 3D plant modeling using relational database. As a result of the integrated data modeling and system integration, it is possible to maintain the consistency of design process in point of view of the material balancing and reduce the design assumption/duration. Near future, this system will be expanded and connected with the MRP(Material Requirement Planing) and the POR (Purchase Order Requisition) system.

공정능력지수를 이용한 6 시그마 활용 (Six sigma quality program using Cp)

  • The statistical approach to quality control aims at alerting its user to any variations in the properties of a manufactured product. Motorola developed and pursued a quality management program called six sigma. The goal of six sigma programs is to improve customer satisfaction through reducing and eliminating defects. six sigma uses several statistical measure to characterize defect levels and process capabilities. The upper and lower specification limits are $\pm6\sigma$(sigma) from nominal, and the process mean is centered at nominal. only 0.002PPM are outside specification limits. Cp=2. this is the design target in a six sigma program. This article presents an important tool available for quality control of a production process at the occurrence of defects in manufactured products at view low levels to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing productivity and to satisfy customer through the reduction of defect rates. To understand the consequences of the level of quality on competitive position, a more technical perspective is needed.
