  • As the use of Internet being generalized, ordering system can be easily achieved on the Web so that the direct sailing system is replaced the various types of Built-To-Order system. It is important to give the up-to-date information to the end-user in order to build the Built-To-Order system. Recently, the way of providing information is updating the product related information continuously. In this study, we provide the method that can be streamlined Product Data Management System which manages a creation and update for product information into the direct BTO system in order to achieve the newest information. This methodology is not only transferring the information but also processing the information in an appropriate form. So this paper is going to cover the various point of view of information processing.

Rule 기반 상품규칙 시스템의 설계 (Design of Rule-based System for Insurance Product)

  • Insurance system has a lot of decision factors which are affected by the kinds of insurance products. and has the features of many exceptions. Since in applying the product attributes to the current system the value definition through tables and the exception treatment logic (if then else) are used in parallel, the cost of a product change and a new product development becomes increased and the prompt market reaction is difficult. In this paper, we propose the well formed rule base system which makes data for the business logic of insurance attributes and discuss the benefit of application of this system to the real project.

Product Presentation Strategies for Cable Television Home Shopping Channels

  • The emergence of the cable television era has spawned the introduction of many new television programming formats such as all-news channels, movie channels, channels catering to cultural events, channels for women, and many others. One of the new programming formats that is expected to have interesting implications for marketing is the home shopping channel. As we have observed in other countries, this new form of distribution may potentially have a major impact on the traditional retail industry. This paper presents a model of home shopping channel viewing behavior. This model is then used to formulate optimal product presentation strategies that may aid managers in the design of home shopping programs. Specifically, by formulating a profit-maximization problem based on tile model, we derive the optimal length of product presentations and explore its properperties through simulating various situations. The discussion of these properties provide insights about making strategic decisions regarding product presentations.

Factor Affecting Customer Purchasing Decision of Poultry Product in Indonesia

  • Purpose: In a business, it is very important to be able to pay attention to consumers. When making a purchase, consumers will first evaluate until they make a purchase decision. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of price, promotion, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions on poultry feed. Research design, data, and methodology: The research was conducted quantitatively using the Google Form Survey instrument to collect respondent data. The population of this research is poultry feed consumers in Indonesia. Ninety-two respondents participated in this study. Results: The findings revealed that all the independent variables used in this research contribute significantly to determining customer purchase decisions. Conclusions: The results of the study found that price, promotion, and product quality had positive and significant effects on consumer purchasing decisions for poultry products

  • 본 논문에서는 프로덕트 라인 개념을 활용하여 전자 카달로그 운영 프로세스를 구축하고자 한다. 전자 카달로그는 reactive approach(1)방법으로 프로덕트 라인 개발에 접근하여 기본적인 핵심적이고 표준적인 프로세스만 우선적으로 정의하여 각 세부항목을 명시하고 이를 기반으로 프로세스의 기능을 확장하고자 한다 FORM 방법론에서 제안한 휘처 모델링 방법을 통해 얻어진 공통점과 차이점을 이용하여 scoping을 수행하였으며 이를 기반으로 필수 프로세스와 지원 프로세스로 분류하였다. 전자 카달로그 표준안에서 제안한 비즈니스 프로세스, 표준안 보고서, 프로세스 관리 계획 등을 기본 자료로 하여 각 애플리케이션에 적합한 product가 만들어지도록 production plan을 수립하였다.

A STUDY ON THE QUASI TOPOS

  • Category F Rel of fuzzy sets and relations does not form a topos. J. Harding, C. Walker and E. Walker [3] showed that FRel has a tensor product and V. Durov [1] introduced basic definitions related to the notion of vectoid endowed with a tensor product. In this paper, we show that FRel forms a quasi topos. Also we show that there are quasi power objects in FRel. And by the use of the concepts of FRel and quasi topos, we get the logic operators of FRel. Moreover, we show that FRel forms a vectoid.

  • 휴대전화 개발의 기획 단계에서 가장 중요한 고려사항 중 하나는 제품의 전략과 목적에 맞는 적절한 형태인자의 선정이며 현재까지는 주로 직관적이고 정성적인 방법을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 형태인자 선정의 체계적이고, 합리적 방안을 제시하고자, 감성 형용사를 이용하는 평가 방법론을 제안하였다. 우선 공리설계를 사용하여 개념적 형태인자를 검증하고, 검증된 형태인자의 설계파라미터에 감성형용사를 그룹핑 한다. 그 후 디자이너에게 선정된 형태인자와 그룹화된 감성형용사를 제시하면, 디자이너는 예비 디자인을 수행하고, 그 디자인은 설문조사를 통해 평가 및 분석된다. 이와 같은 일련의 프로세스의 적용결과, 공리설계와 감성공학(감성형용사)의 결합으로 제품의 목적에 적합한 형태인자 디자인을 선정할 수 있었으며 향후 휴대전화 개발에 있어 형태인자 이외의 중요 인자의 선정에도 확대 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Due to the recent growth of die/mold machining industry, demands for the high-precision and the high0quality of die product are increasing rapidly. Free surfaces of die/mold are often manufactured using the ball-end milling process. It is difficult to find the cutting condition of the ball-end milling process due to the free form machining for the various tool paths on inclined surface.
