기획자를 위한 객체지향적 게임시스템 기획 방법 (An Object-oriented Design Method of Game System for Game Designers)

  • 국내 게임산업현장에서 게임시스템 기획은 기획자가 게임컨셉을 만족하는 게임플레이가 이루어지는 게임메카닉스 시스템을 데이터구조적 설계방법으로 creative design 작업관점에서 초기적으로 설계하는 작업이다. 그러나 프로그래머는 구현을 위해 기획내용을 바탕으로 게임시스템을 객체지향적 방법으로 engineering design 작업관점에서 설계한다. 이러한 작업방식은 기획자와 프로그래머 사이에 의사소통 과정에서 다양한 오류들과 작업결과물의 미스매칭 오류들의 발생가능성이 높다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 기획자가 객체지향적 설계방법으로 게임시스템을 기획하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방법은 객체지향적 SW 개발 가이드라인인 GRAPPLE을 기반으로 기획자의 게임시스템 기획에 적합하도록 커스터마이징한 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 게임시스템 기획방법의 효용성을 조사하기 위해 국내 게임산업체에 근무하는 게임시스템 기획자 10명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 설문 조사결과는 거의 모든 대상자들이 제안한 방법의 효용성이 '조금 이상' 있음으로 나타났다.

자하 하디드의 건축디자인과정에서 다시점 표현기법의 활용과 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics and Use of Multi-Visual Expression Techniques in Architectural Design Process of Zaha Hadid)

  • This study divides the expression techniques of Zaha Hadid into various types who has manipulated her targeted drawings as her unique design tools in the process of architectural design, analyzes them in terms of the vanishing point, visual point for observation and object of observation and attempts to figure out how the multi-visual expression is applied in the conception of form and space and method of observation. By doing so, this study will suggest the characteristics of the expression techniques using multi-visual. Through the above study, the utilization and characteristics of multi-visual expression of the architecture design process of Zaha Hadid are summarized as follows. Firstly, Zaha Hadid utilizes the strained multi-visual perspective technique which can look out over the interaction between masses simultaneously at multi-angles by changing a perspective drawing of vanishing point 1, 2, and 3. Secondly, it utilizes a landscape perspective technique and embodies an Idea of landscape's spatial arrangement through it as the means to search a dynamic relation of architecture, city, land, and space. Thirdly, there is a projected expression using X-ray perspective technique to make the relations between inside and outside of building to three-dimension volume. Zaha Hadid has used the expression techniques using multi-visual by utilizing various points and has developed and used them as her creative tools for idea. By means of escaping from the expression techniques of simple revival, she has used a new expression technique that can represent recognized space. In the past, the content could change the expression techniques in architecture; however, the liberation of architectural expression techniques can change the content in modern times when require new attempts.

A Taxonomy of Uninterpretable Interactions from Interaction Design Perspective

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to configure a taxonomy of uninterpretable Interactions. Background: Following the spread of the Internet, smart devices have increasingly covered our lives. Human beings are now living in an era of tremendous information explosion. We live with numerous interactive targets nowadays, and there are many ways to interact with these targets. Being an interaction designer in this era, we need to clearly understand the existing methods of the interaction. While Bill Moggridge posed interaction design as a new discipline in 1984, it still has not formed a structured framework. Method: This study categorizes uninterpretable interactions through case studies, and configures the taxonomy of uninterpretable interactions based on Object-Oriented View of interaction. To explore the use value and impact of the taxonomy of uninterpretable interactions, this study conducted an experiment and analyzed related results. Results: The framework gives a positive impact on the design process, and interaction designers can clarify and broaden the scope of their ideas. Conclusion: A study on the Taxonomy of Uninterpretable Interactions was the part that did not gain a lot of attention in the existing interaction process. The study made the part more clear. And the study also helps interaction designers expand their roles in the development process of products or services. Application: The taxonomy framework of uninterpretable interactions might help interaction designers design uninterpretable interactions more clearly, and it can also be applied to design interpretable interactions.

  • 최근에 객체지향 프로그래밍 언어의 광범위한 활용과 더불어 객체지향 개발방법론, 객체지향 모형화 언어가 활발히 보급되어 있다. 객체지향 개발방법론을 채택하여 정보 시스템을 개발할 경우, 사전 작업인 업무 분석 및 재설계 작업을 객체지향 모형화 언어를 활용하여 진행하면 업무 분석 및 재설계 산출물을 정보시스템 개발자들이 쉽게 이해하고 정보시스템 개발에 참조할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체지향 모형화 언어의 표준으로 대두되고 있는 UML(Unified Modeling Language)에 기반한 업무 프로세스 모형화 기법(UML-B, UML extension for Business Modeling)을 제시한다. UML-B에서는 UML의 표기법을 사용하여 업무 시스템의 조직 구조, 행위자, 사용사례, 업무 프로세스, 개체 관점을 표현하도록 한다. 또한 UML이 제공하는 확장 메카니즘을 사용하여 업무에 대한 모형화 작업의 용이성을 증진시키고 경영혁신(BPR, Business Process Reengineering) 기법을 객체지향 모형화와 함께 사용할 수 있도록 지원한다.

  • Language is the method for communication. Semantician, G. Leech categorized the function of language as informational, expressive, directive, aesthetic and phatic one. Therefore, language can be defined as the social symbol system and the media for communication. Space, also, performs the role of symbol, information and communication. Space can be the media for the communication and the design can be logical construction process by it's arbitrary interpretation. The researcher considered the common points between verbal language and visual language as the tools for the mutual communication, tried to transit them into the 'space' as object language after analyzing 'image of poetry' as meta language, so that the old perspective of space design as function can be renewed as information system of the significant meaning delivery in the context of language's multiplicity, expandibility and changeability.

  • A core technology for implementation of Augmented Reality is to develop a merging algorithm between interesting 3-D objects and real images. In this paper, we present a 3-D object recognition method to decide viewing direction toward the object from camera. This process is the starting point to merge with real image and 3-D objects. Perspective projection between a camera and 3-dimentional objects defines a plane in 3-D space that is from a line in an image and the focal point of the camera. Examining Portraits in Digital Fashion Art Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) through Baudrillard's Simulation

  • Web 3.0 enables people and machines to connect, evolve, share, and use knowledge on an unprecedented scale and in new ways, drastically improving our Internet experience. The metaverse is a collective, virtual shared space supporting all digital activities. Prompted by the rapid growth of digital art and digital fashion, this theoretical analysis explores using Jean Baudrillard's simulation concept to create unique digital art non-fungible tokens (NFTs), allowing them to express and communicate ideas like real-world art. Specifically, this study analyzes 120 digital fashion portraits of humans and animals and classifies them under three types of simulacra covering four stages of Baudrillard's simulation process. The result shows that NFT fashion artworks reflect the core features of a digital reality by connecting and transcending the boundaries of cultures, genders, and nationalities. However, in the final simulation stage (the fourth step), the simulacrum can only coexist in the virtual world as a hyperreal object (the Type III of simulacrum): an object more real than reality.

네트워크 카메라 영상에서 원근감 효과를 고려한 군집 움직임 분석 (The Crowd Activity Analysis based on Perspective Effect in Network Camera)

  • 본 논문에서는 특정 지역을 연속해서 촬영하는 고정된 카메라 영상에서 사람들의 움직임을 검출하고 움직임을 분석하여 정량화 하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 배경 영상을 획득하기 위하여 일정 시간동안의 입력 영상을 누적하고 평균값으로 정규화 한다. 그리고 영상을 계속 누적하여 배경 영상을 실시간으로 갱신한다. 다음으로 획득된 배경 영상과 현재 영상에 대하여 차영상과 이진화를 수행하고 팽창 연산과 연결 성분 분석으로 잡영을 제거한다. 그리고 잡영이 제거된 영상에서 원근감 효과를 고려하는 가중치를 적용하여 움직임이 있는 객체를 클러스터링 하는 수정된 ART2 클러스터링 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 클러스터링 결과 정보를 이용하여 움직임을 정량화 한다. 제안하는 방법을 실내 환경에 설치된 네트워크 카메라로부터 영상을 획득하여 실험한 결과, 영상의 원근감 효과에 따라 군집 크기가 차이남에도 강인하게 분석할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • As a trend of modern service industry, self-service has been widely concerned by all walks of life, but there is a lack of literature on systematic management of the overall research in this field. Recently, people's lifestyle has been forced to change due to the influence of COVID-19, while there have been some changes in the field of self-service research. Based on the Web of Science data source, this study takes the literature of self-service field before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 as the research object, and summarizes the development process, research status and future research trend of self-service field through the Citespace visualization tool. The research shows that firstly, academic circles continue to be enthusiastic about self-service field research, cooperation between countries is becoming more and more diversified. Secondly, the communication between researchers is becoming more and more intensive, and the cooperation between different disciplines gradually becomes the mainstream. Third, related research gradually shifted to the practical application of technology, the research perspective gradually shifted from the initial traditional retail perspective industries such as tourism services. Finally, the role of customer experience and participation behavior in self-service process is gradually emphasized.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the possibility which can use as instrument of design by CAD system. And it proposes how makes 3D object model through 2D Drawings in Design process. This study has review the 'Study Drawing' in design process, and application method of CAD as the Architectural Design Integration System. The Architecture can work in ani of the traditional 2D representations as well as in 3D and immediate visual feedback of his work in isometric and perspective projrctions.
