ISO 10303 STEP 을 지원하는 절차적 2D CAD 데이터 번역기 개발 (Development of Procedural 2D CAD Data Translator Supporting ISO 10303 STEP)

  • 절차적 모델은 모델링 명령어의 매개변수 값을 변경하여 쉽게 수정을 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이전 연구에서 저자들은 ISO 10303 국제 표준에서 절차적 2D CAD 모델을 표현하는 방법을 제안하고 절차적 2D CAD 모델 교환을 위한 ISO 10303-112 를 개발하였다. 이 논문에서는 ISO 10303-112를 지원하는 절차적 2D CAD 데이터 번역기의 개발 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 번역기에 적용된 핵심 기술에 대해서 설명한다. 제안하는 방법의 유효성은 프로토타입 번역기를 사용한 데이터 교환 시험을 통해 검증하였다.

개념적 지식과 절차적 지식 간의 불균형한 발달이 학생들의 유리수 영역의 지식 형성에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Unbalanced Development between Conceptual Knowledge and Procedural Knowledge to Knowledge Development of Students' in Rational Number Domain)

  • 이 논문에서 연구자는 중학생들의 수학 학습을 삼 년간에 걸쳐 관찰하면서 그들이 유리수 범위에서 형성한 개념적 지식과 절차적 지식 사이의 발달 관계에 대하여 조사하였다. 특히, 아래의 두 상황에서 학생들의 개념적 지식과 절차적 지식 사이의 불균형한 발달이 이후의 지식 발달에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 관하여 조사하였다: (a) 상대적으로 강한 개념적 지식과 약한 절차적 지식을 가진 경우; (b) 상대적으로 약한 개념적 지식과 강한 절차적 지식을 가진 경우. 연구 결과는 개념적 지식과 절차적지식이 균형적인 방식으로 (즉, 아주 근접하게 되풀이되거나 동시에) 발달될 때 가장 생산적이라는 것을 시사하며 또한 어느 한 가지 유형의 지식이 다른 유형의 지식보다 우위에 있다는 가정에 의문에 제시한다.

  • ISO 10303-112 is an integrated application resource of ISO 10303, commonly known as STEP, and specifies the procedural_sketch schema. The ISO 10303-112 provides general resources for the representation of modeling commands for the exchange of procedurally represented 2D CAD models. Procedural models have the advantage of being easy to edit, simply by changing values of parameters of their constructional operations. Such models are said to embody design intent, in the sense that modifications to them conform to the method of creation used by their original creator, and they also comply with any constraints implied by the particular constructional operations used. This paper introduces the development and standardization process of the ISO 10303-112, and describes the concept of procedural 2D CAD modeling, the way to represent the procedural 2D CAD models in STEP and the harmonization with other STEP resources.

  • The following contribution deals with the objectives and scopes of the German Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and with the procedural implementation of this act. It begins with a presentation of the goal and content of EIA and the scope of its application. It then turns to the procedure of EIA, specially to the five distinct steps by which the EIA is to be carried out under German law. Finally some remarks are made on the rote of EIA in the decision-making process and on the further development of EIA since the entry into force of the Act on EIA.

절차적 추상화의 분류와 다형성 (Taxonomy of Procedural Abstraction and Polymorphism)

  • 소프트웨어의 개발, 유지보수 및 확장을 용이하기 하기 위하여 프로그래밍 언어에 여러 추상화 기법이 도입되었다. 그러나 추상화와 연관된 여러 개념과 용어가 통일성이 있게 정의되지 못하므로 인하여 관점에 따라 다르게 설명되기도 한다. 특히 추상화를 가장 강력한 기반으로 하여 태동된 객체 지향 패러다임에서 이러한 혼란은 아직도 계속되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍 언어에서 가장 중요한 추상화의 하나인 절차적 추상화를 분석하고 이에 대한 유형을 살펴본다. 이를 통하여 절차적 추상화가 지금까지 일반적으로 인식되어온 '처리과정을 기능으로 바꾸는 추상화'라는 기본적인 추상화의 개념 외에도 '추상화에 대한 추상화'의 개념이 내포된 고수준의 추상화도 포함되어 있음을 밝힌다. 또한 절차적 추상화와 관련된 다형성을 추상화의 관점에서 설명한다. 이러한 분석과 고찰을 통하여 절차적 추상화에 대한 수준 높은 이해가 이루어질 수 있을 것이다.

절차적 모델링을 활용한 지구단위계획 시뮬레이션 개발 (Developing the District Unit Plan Simulation using Procedural Modeling)

  • 본 연구는 2차원 도면 표기의 본질적 한계가 지적되는 지구단위계획의 수립지침 중에서 '건폐율·용적률·높이 등 건축물의 규모'에 대해 절차적 모델링을 활용하여 3차원 지구단위계획의 시뮬레이션을 개발하였다. 이를 위한 개발의 도구로 에스리(Esri)사의 시티엔진(CityEngine 2020.0), 아크GIS 프로(ArcGIS Pro 2.6.2), 웹 씬(Web Scene)을 활용하였으며, 연구대상지로 최근 5년간 필지의 약 25%가 개발된 송파구 이면부 상업지역을 선정하였다. 본격적인 시뮬레이션 개발을 위해, 파라미터를 선정한 이후 자료(Data)-정보(Information)-지식(Knowledge)의 3단계 과정에 따라 개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구는 시뮬레이션 개발 과정에서 다음의 단계별 결과물을 생성하였다. 우선 자료(Data) 단계에서 공공 및 민간 데이터 공유 플랫폼을 활용하여 2·3차원 자료를 획득하여 구축하였다. 다음 정보(Information) 단계에서 구축한 자료를 형상문법에 따라 다양한 절차적 모델들을 생성하였으며, 이후 애플리케이션을 활용해 레이어를 통합하였다. 마지막 지식(Knowledge) 단계에서 통합된 레이어를 활용하여 3차원 공간분석 및 스토리텔링 컨텐츠를 생산하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 다음의 세 가지 단계별 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, 개발에 필요한 자료 정확도의 향상 및 공유 플랫폼 개선 등 절차적 모델 개발을 위한 환경 개선의 필요하다. 둘째, 지구단위계획 수립지침은 공간적 특성을 제도적으로 규정한 지침이기 때문에 형상문법 스크립트로 개발되기 용이하다. 셋째, 절차적 모델링은 지구단위계획 작성 과정에서 심의, 자문, 주민 의견 수렴 등 의사소통 및 정보전달의 대안적 도구로 활용 기대효과가 크다.

A Study on the Development of a MOOC Design Model

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a MOOC design model that would improve the current practice of MOOC development in Korea by specifying easy-to-use course development procedures and guiding strategies. Following Richey and Klein (2007)'s conceptual model development procedure, the first step was to perform critical review of relevant literature and observe typical MOOC development processes. As a result, the initial model was developed. The second step was to conduct the expert review with five educational technology and MOOC researchers to secure the internal validity of the model. Based on the experts' suggestions, the model was revised and once again reviewed by the same experts. This process resulted in the development of the 2nd version of model. The third step was to carry out external validation research in order to test the effectiveness, efficiency, and usability of the model. A basic model may be confirmed or corrected based on examination of its results. Consequently, the model was elaborated as the final model. In the final model, 6 procedural phases and 9 specific steps were included. The six procedural phases are: Analysis (1st Iteration), Design, Development (Course Development), Implementation, Evaluation, and Analysis (2nd Iteration), a slight variation of ADDIE model. The specific steps include: 1) Goal Setting, 2) Environment Analysis, 3) Content Design, 4) Style Design, 5) Course Development, 6) Implementation Plan, 7) Course Implementation, 8) Summative Evaluation, and 9) Need Reflection. The study concluded with suggestions for further research and application of the MOOC design model.

비정밀접근절차 체크리스트 개발연구 (Development of Non-precision Approach Procedures Checklist)

  • After a thorough investigation of aviation accidents involving Korean national carriers both inside and outside of Korea and also after reviewing catastrophic events involving foreign carriers in Korea, we found numerous accidents that caused fatalities and serious personal injuries. Although the aircrafts involved were found to have no specific defects, many of the accidents were caused by the pilot's misjudgement according to previous studies. Our research is to find an new procedure to help the prevention of similar accidents by focusing particularly on CFIT accidents during the procedural operations of Non Precision Approach, Circling Approach and Visual Approach. Therefore, we emphasize the significance of this research on the development of the new checklist that will help achieve a safe and effective procedural operation for non precision approaches.

B2B 거래에서 공정성 인식, 브랜드자산 가치, 신뢰, 관계몰입과 장기지향성의 관계 (The Relationship among Justice Recognition, Brand Asset Value, Trust, Relation Commitment and Long-Term Orientation)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on long-term orientation that can lead long-term partnership. A long-term orientation needs a trust and relation commitment between company. So in this study, the researcher conducts a dependent variable as a justice recognition and brand asset value to research model to find out casual relationship among quoted factors. Research design, data, and methodology - The focus of this study was employees who work in a liquor distribution company to figure out factors that effect on long-term relationship in b2b transaction. The development of the research model is based on the literature of the preceding research analysis of justice recognition, brand asset value, trust, relation commitment and long-term orientation. This study have constructs that defined operationally by previous studies, research model design that to figuring casual relationships among the quoted factors. From 2016 Sep. 1st to Oct. 30th, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting employees who work in liquor distribution company. 176 survey data were used for empirical analysis to prove the research hypotheses. Results - The main results of this study's empirical methodology were as follows. First, procedural justice and interactive justice has a positive significant effect on trust and relation commitment. Also brand image, brand awareness and perceived quality has a positive significant effect on trust and relation commitment. Second, trust and relation commitment has a positive significant effect on long-term orientation. Every hypothesis adopted as the researcher designed for empirical study. Conclusions - Based on empirical results, this study confirmed that trust and relation commitment has empirical relationship with long-term orientation. Based on the analysis, the researcher provided managerial implication by setting 2 way path for making long-term orientation with business company. First path is procedural justice to relation commitment. It contains that procedural justice recognised while business transaction execution, consideration intension and relation development will happen in b2b. Second path is perceived quality to trust. It contains that the perceived quality recognised while business transaction execution, trust will increase rapidly. So when a business company wants to make a partnership, they have to consider procedural justice and perceived quality to make a long-term relationship.

Teaching of Division of Fractions through Mathematical Thinking

  • Division of fractions is always a difficult topic for primary school students. Most of the presentations in teaching the topic in textbooks are procedural, asking students to invert the second fraction and multiply it with the first one, that is, $$\frac{a}{b}{\div}\frac{c}{d}=\frac{a}{b}{\times}\frac{d}{c}$$. Such procedural approach in teaching diminishes both the understanding of structure in mathematics and the interest in learning the subject. This paper discussed the formulation of teaching the division of fractions, which based on research lessons in some primary five classrooms. The formulated lessons started with an analogy to division of integers and working with division of fractions with equal denominators and then extended to division of fractions in general. It is found that the using of analogy helps students to invent their procedure in working the division problem. Some procedures found by students are discussed, with the focus on the development of their invention and mathematical thinking.
