극동 아세아 컨테이너 항만의 능력평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluating the Ability of the Competitive Container Ports in Far-East Asia)

  • The rapid progress of the intermodal freight transportation in recent years has induced fierce competition among the adjacent hub ports for container transport. This brings increased attention to the evaluation of the port competitive ability. But it is not easy to evaluate the port competitive ability because this belongs to ill-defined system which is composed of ambiguous interacting attributes. Paying attention to this point, this paper deals the competitive ability of container port in Far-East Asia by fuzzy integral evaluation which is adequate to interacting ambiguous attribute problem. For this, the proposed fuzzy evaluation algorithm is applied to the real problem, based on the factors such as cargo volumes, costs, services, infrastructure and geographical sites These are extracted from the precedent study of port competitive ability, etc. The results show that the port evaluation factors come in following order ; services, costs, infrastructure, geographical sites and cargo volumes. There are some interactions(interaction coefficient, ${\lambda}=-0.664$ between evaluation attributes. The port competitive ability comes in following order : Singapore, Hongkong, Kobe, Kaoshiung and Busan. According to the sensitivity analysis, the rank between Busan and Kaoshiung changes when ${\lambda}=0.7$. From the analysis of the results, we confirmed that the proposed fuzzy evaluation algorithm is very effective in the complex-fuzzy problem which is composed of hierarchical structure with interacting attributes.

문제중심학습을 적용한 영아 성장발달 모듈 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Module for Infant based Problem-based Learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a module for infants in pediatric nursing based on problem-based learning (PBL) and to analyze its effect. Methods: The data used in the study was collected from 79 junior nursing students. For the analysis of the module effect, one group post-test design was applied for measurement of academic achievement. Results: The module for infants is comprised of a 4-hour PBL module. The academic achievement tests are composed of formative (tutor evaluation, self-evaluation) and summative evaluations. The self-evaluation revealed the strong need for PBL and the importance of PBL in the problem solving process and integrative thinking. The mean score of the subjects' learning satisfaction, problem solving process and concept map assessments were all above 50 percent. There was no significant difference in the mean score between the infant PBL and other teaching methods. Conclusion: The PBL proved to be a useful learning method to promote the critical and integrative thinking process.

  • 인터넷을 이용한 여러 가지의 서비스 중에서도 학습 관리를 인터넷에서 처리할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이 속속 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 상용화 된 인터넷용 문제 출제 및 평가시스템의 성능을 비교 분석하고 이를 학습에 적용하기 위한 구체적인 방법들을 제시한 후 국내의 독자적인 기술력으로 저자가 개발한 JPGEM(Java Problem Generation and Evaluation Module) 에 대하여 간략히 설명하고자 한다. JPGEM 은 종합 문제 출제 및 평가 시스템으로 자바를 이용하여 개발되었으며, 개별 교과목에 관한 문제를 임의로 출제할 수 있다. 총 5가지의 문제 출제 유형을 지원하고 시험 결과를 서버에 저장하여 학습자의 학습 및 능력을 평가할 수 있도록 지원한다.

교사의 과정 중심 평가 역량에 관한 사례 연구 -중·고등학교 과학 교사 사례를 중심으로 (A Case Study on Teacher's Process-centered Evaluation Competency(T-PEC) : Focused on the Case of a Middle-School/a High-School Science Teacher)

  • This study conducted a case study on the process-centered evaluation competency of a middle-school/high-school science teacher using Teacher's Process-centered Evaluation Competency (T-PEC) measurement tool. The case analysis shows that teacher A in a middle school represents high competency of process-centered evaluation planning and cooperative communication while the competency of utilizing process-centered evaluation results is low owing to the characteristics of non-standardized areas. Teacher B in a high school shows high level of cooperative communication competency whereas low level of process-centered evaluation execution competency because the freedom given to students is not enough during the process of evaluation. The teacher also shows very low level of utilizing process-centered evaluation results due to the lack of time and the school culture not giving feedback to the students. According to cross-case analysis, teacher A and B both represent the highest level of collaborative communication competency and the lowest level of utilization process-centered evaluation results competency. And the lack of clear criteria for process-centered evaluation leads to different understanding of process-centered evaluation between the two teachers, and teacher B shows low the level of utilizing process-centered evaluation affects results due to the students not being concerned on feedback, security problem, and the reality focusing on the university entrance examination in high schools. Based on the results, this study suggests providing clear guidelines of process-centered evaluation to teachers, introducing an application in order to solve the time-lack problem pointed out as the biggest problem of process-centered evaluation, ensuring objectivity and security about process-centered evaluation results, and building the school culture such as the expanded application of standardized areas in order to implementing process-centered evaluation.

역할극 활용 기본간호학 실습 교육평가방법에 대한 간호학생의 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습능력 및 문제해결과정과의 관계 (Relationship of Learning Motivation, Self-Directed Learning Ability and Problem Solving Process of Nursing Students after Practice Evaluation of Fundamentals of Nursing Course using Role Play)

  • 본 연구는 역할극을 활용해서 간호학생의 기본간호학 술기능력을 평가하였으며, 이러한 실습교육평가방법을 통한 간호학생의 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습능력과 문제 해결과정을 파악하고자 하는 서술적 조사연구였다. 연구대상자는 기본간호학 실습 교과목 수강생 289명이었다. 결론적으로, 학습동기 및 자기주도적 학습능력은 간호과 지원이 적성에 맞고 졸업 후 진학을 하고자 하는 학생, 역할극을 활용한 평가가 적절하다고 생각하는 학생에서, 문제해결과정은 남학생이고, 역할극을 활용한 평가가 적절하다고 생각하는 학생에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 간호학생의 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습능력과 문제해결과정은 서로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

공과대학에서 PBL 적용을 위한 평가방법 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Methods for Implementing PBL in Engineering School)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 효율적인 문제중심학습을 적용하기 위한 평가방법을 개발한다. 연구 대상은 창의공학설계 교과목을 수강한 H대학 1학년 학생 68명 이었으며, PBL수업은 12주에 4개의 PBL문제를 적용하였다. PBL의 효율성을 관찰하기 위하여 학생들은 주어진 문제의 PBL 활동 과정에서 평가지를 작성하여 제출하였다. 또한 PBL 활동이 끝날 때 마다 평가지와 성찰일지를 작성하여 제출하였다. 연구 결과는 PBL에 대한 이해, 학습 내용에 대한 이해, 협동학습에 대한 이해, 자아성찰, 실제적 경험, 창의문제 해결력, 자기주도적 학습 능력, 의사소통 능력, 문서작성 능력, 프리젠테이션 능력, 관찰 능력, 평가 능력과 같은 다양한 PBL의 효과를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. PBL 활동에 대해서는 지난 학기에 비하여 자신감, 만족감, 성취감도 높았으며, PBL 수업이 매우 유용했다고 응답했으며, 수업에 대한 만족도도 높았다. 그러나 PBL 활동 과정에서 팀원들 간의 의사소통문제, 함께 모이는 문제, 적극적으로 참여하지 않는 팀원 문제, 시간이 소용되는 문제가 나타났다.

문제중심학습에서 교수평가, 동료평가, 자기평가와 지필시험과의 관계 (Correlation between Tutor, Peer, Self-Evaluation and Paper Test in Problem-Based Learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 문제중심학습에서 교수, 동료, 자기평가간의 평가점수와 평가주체별 관대화와 중심화의 경향을 알아보고 평가주체별 점수와 지필시험 점수간의 관련성을 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 문제중심학습으로 수업받는 간호학과 학생 중 연구에 동의한 105명을 대상으로 하였다. 교수, 동료, 자기평가는 문제중심학습 효과 도구를 가지고 실시하였고 지필시험은 문제중심학습 수업이 종료된 후 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 동료평가, 자기평가, 교수평가 점수 순으로, 학생평가 점수가 교수평가 점수보다 높았다. 관대화와 중심화의 경향에서도 동료평가, 자기평가가 교수평가보다 높고 강하게 나타났다. 평가주체별 점수와 지필시험 점수간의 관계는 교수평가 점수와 지필시험 점수간에 유의한 상관이 있었으나 동료평가나 자기평가 점수는 유의한 상관이 없었다. 평가는 교육목표와 밀접한 관련을 갖기 때문에 문제중심학습이 본래의 목적을 제대로 실현하기 위해서는 문제중심학습의 목적에 맞는 평가방법이 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해서 다양한 평가방법의 개발과 적용을 위한 논의가 필요하며 문제중심학습 평가와 관련된 실제적인 연구가 필요하다.

  • Recently, Fuzzy theory has been applied in evaluation problem. Fuzzy evaluation based on Fuzzy theory can accommodate fuzziness of judgement with people through introducing Fuzzy measure. Representative Fuzzy evaluation is Fuzzy Integral using Fuzzy measure. Definite methodology using Fuzzy Integral HFI(Hierarchical Fuzzy Integrals), HFEA(Hierarchical Fuzzy Evaluation Algorithm), HFP(Hierarchical Fuzzy Process), etc. In this paper, we deal with problem identifying evaluation value using Fuzzy Relation Equation at these Fuzzy evaluation. We verify relation between Input data and Output data through @-operation and apply this to HFP. And that we verify evaluation value which objects of evaluation are able to possess.

n/m 흐름작업의 Heuristic 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heuristic Algorithm for n/m Flow- Shop Problem)

  • This paper analyzed md developed flow - shop sequencing heuristic method. The essence of the heuristic approach is in the application of selective routine that reduce the size of a problem. The advantages of this approach are consistency. Speed, endurance and the ability to cope with more data and larger systems than is humanly possible, In recent years many heuristic procedures have been suggested for the flow - shop sequencing problem. Although limited comparisons of these procedures have been made, a full scale test and evaluation have not been reported previously. The maximum flow - time criterion is selected as the evaluation criterion is selected as the evaluation criterion of flow - shop's efficiency. The author evaluated these 3 heuristic method's performance. By the evaluation of the result, we can see that the modified methods produce a shorter maximum flow - time than the original methods.

구역분할 알고리즘을 이용한 다수 탐색플랫폼의 구역할당 방법 (A Methodology for Partitioning a Search Area to Allocate Multiple Platforms)

  • In this paper, we consider a problem of partitioning a search area into smaller rectangular regions, so that multiple platforms can conduct search operations independently without requiring unnecessary coordination among themselves. The search area consists of cells where each cell has some prior information regarding the probability of target existence. The detection probability in particular cell is evaluated by multiplying the observation probability of the platform and the target existence probability in that cell. The total detection probability within the search area is defined as the cumulative detection probability for each cell. However, since this search area partitioning problem is NP-Hard, we decompose the problem into three sequential phases to solve this computationally intractable problem. Additionally, we discuss a special case of this problem, which can provide an optimal analytic solution. We also examine the performance of the proposed approach by comparing our results with the optimal analytic solution.
