Advance in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is intensely influenced to increase importance of Software on global ICT industries. The trend of technological development has been transformed from hardware-oriented environment to software-oriented environment. This industrial transformation brought novel trend to Software market. Open Source Software (OSS) has been widely distributed for private uses. At the same time, many governmental offices are planning to expand the use of OSS. In this paper, we analyze the strength and weaknesses of OSSs for both Web and WAS servers based on 4 types of testing environments which are created by the combination of 5 selected OSSs. We anticipated to learn the optimal system architecture design for the next generation of V-World through this research.

Blockchain technology has the potential to revolutionize trust models and business processes in a variety of industries. However, it is considered to be the initial stage of the system that pursues autonomy rather than efficiency, and it is necessary to monitor and inspect the distributed ledger technology from the price and introduction time as compared with the existing relational DB transaction technology. However, domestic and foreign private sectors have already been activated by applying block-chain technology in the national domain, and the block chain is devoid of doubt that it is an exaggerated technology, characterized by the invariance of the record, transparency, and autonomous execution of business rules. It has begun to be utilized in history, identity, certification and auditing in the financial industry as well as various industries. In this paper, we analyze the problems such as security weakness, insufficient regulatory environment, technical consensus and lack of common standard. In addition, the business sense and possibility of the block chain technology is expected to be the innovation of the industrial ecosystem by entering into the reality system from the concept through monitoring the actual introduction performance in the field of copyright, logistics, health care and environment.

The Smishing attacks are caused using smartphone since 2013. Smishing hacking attacks are increasing due to the approximately 104 million private information leakage incidents by the 3 domestic credit card companies occurred in January 2014. The Smishing attack occurred in conjunction with hacking illegal leakage of personal information and direct financial damage. In this paper, i am analyze real-world case studies in the lab and study accident on Smishing Mobile Forensic analysis. I am study of a real case Smishing hacking attacks. And studying evidence for a Mobile Forensic analysis of the technical principles of Smishing attacks. The study for the Mobile Forensic evidence proved the Smishing hacking attacks using Mobile Forensic technic and create Mobile Forensic reports. Through this paper, the research will be safe for the people living in the smartphone can be used safely and conveniently, with the development of Mobile Forensic technology, to study the extraction of Smishing accident evidences from the court.

In this paper, we propose a new network architecture for the future broadband personalized multimedia network. We first consider the service and technical requirements for supporting future advanced services such as personalized and intelligent communication services. In addition, we consider the design and implementation of the future network. Considering these requirements. we propose a new network architecture and its control scheme that can efficiently support the future personalized and intelligent services as well as broadband multimedia services. The network provides only a relatively simple core set of functions such as basic end-to-end connectivity, integrated access, and primitive network intelligence of user location. More intelligent features (e.g., personalized calling, virtual private networking and so on) can be offered through the additional network facilities or computing devices through an intelligent network.

There are generated the hundreds of tons of waste electric wire per year due to replace for increase transmission capacity and/or replacement of old electric wire by Korea's national power grid and/or private industrial factories. Recently, the wire recycling technologies studied extensively in terms of effieiency by of economic aspects and environment aspects. In this paper, the patents and papers for the recycling technologies of spent electric wire were collected and analyzed. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1975 to 2011. Patents and journals were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

This study defines concept and service framework of Geo-Spatial Big Data(GSBD). The major concept of the GSBD is formulated based on the 7V characteristics: the general characteristics of big data with 3V(Volume, Variety, Velocity); Geo-spatial oriented characteristics with 4V(Veracity, Visualization, Versatile, Value). GSBD is the technology to extract meaningful information from Geo-spatial fusion data and support decision making responding with rapidly changing activities by analysing with almost realtime solutions while efficiently collecting, storing and managing structured, semi-structured or unstructured big data. The application area of the GSBD is segmented in terms of technical aspect(store, manage, analyze and service) and public/private area. The service framework for the GSBD composed of modules to manage, contain and monitor GSBD services is suggested. Such additional studies as building specific application service models and formulating service delivery strategies for the GSBD are required based on the services framework.

This study aims to discuss the current status of the ride-sharing platform industry, which embodies the core values of the 4th Industrial Revolution, sharing and connectivity, as well as economic, industrial, and legal issues. To understand the position of competing groups, the research conducted extensive literature reviews on domestic and international cases of technical and legal issues of the sharing economy. The result indicates that the ride sharing industry showed the economy of synthesis in which production, supply, distribution, and consumption are on one platform. It made possible to share values to users and synthesize them with new services through easy-access mobile application technology. To resolve the conflicts between the taxi industry and the ride sharing industry, this study suggests the following: Ride-sharing companies should make contributions to provide legitimate services. The taxi industry needs to understand the value of the new industry and consumers who chose the shared platform service. The significance of the current study is that it proposed a comprehensive analysis and policy direction toward the issue of balance between public and private interests and legal stability.

Recently, according to the establishment of personal information protection Act, the public and private organizations are taking a step to protect personal information rights and interests by employing the technical methods such as the access control mechanism, cryptography, etc. The result of the personal information leakage causes a serious damage for the organization image and also has to face with the responsibility by law. However, applying access control and cryptographic approach on the personal information item for every connection to large database system causes significant performance degradation in a large database system. In this paper, we designed and implemented the light weight system using JVM (Java Virtual Machine) for the Oracle DBMS environment which the concurrent transaction occurs many, thereby the proposed system provides the minimum impact on the system performance and meets the need of personal information protection. The proposed system was validated on the personal information protection system which sits on a 'A' public organization's portal site and personnel information management system.

Infrastructure asset management can be defined as the long term and cost effective management strategy to meet the required service level. In most developed countries, the major motivations of the introduction of asset management are increment in number of assets, extension of maintenance field, accounting approaches of public facilities, performance-based FM(Facility Management), limitations of public funds and public-private partnership, life cycle cost approach, and the development of information technology. This paper discusses the strategic and stepwise methods of introducing infrastructure asset management. Strategic approaches are suggested to develop the practical methods of condition and value assessment of assets, and long-term capital investment plan for optimized decision making(ODM). Required systematic processes are analyzed in terms of resource and technical limitations and detailed implementation plan for each development phases are suggested.

The purpose of this study is to examine losely how the Rococo style, which reached its summit in the history of French furniture, was realized in its social background and mode of life. Based ion this examination , this study will explore desirable directions for developing our domestic furniture design. For this purpose , existing literature will be referred to and analyzed to arrange into a new system. Rococo furniture style was the product of joyous and aristocratic living . This was based upon the historical development of French interior design, established by the national mode of Versailles Palace. Hereafter, royal style came into fashion paralleled with the luxuries of the court. Pursuit of new , interesting or beyond-expectation fashions encouraged the creation of new and imaginative forms and designs . The elegnant taste of customers, the new techniques of furniture manufacturing , and the unique sales strategies of merchants were social phenomena which contributed to the development of Rococo furniture. Furthermore , Louis XV`s private and personal life led to society`s pursut of comfortable and convenient living . Under these circumstances, small and cozy rooms for various uses came into the interior. Accordingly, the scales of furniture became smaller and any types of furniture with their own uses and feminine nature were manufactured , especially by the bnistes. Rococo furniture with fmine beanty and refined line, beatifil proportion and elegant sculpture, and solidity and clarity in general , is not only furniture for the use of man, but also furniture in harmony with man. As we see the stages of development and the characteristics of Rococo furniture, development of Korean furniture is a common task which can be accomplished through the participation of the designer, manufacturer, seller and consumer. Based on this co-operation , the furniture industry must make an improvement in furmture design, lestablish a permanent store in which new works are displayed. publicize activities and sales, promote exhibitions and seminars, and encourage technical development through the government and other interested organizations.
