Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing depressive symptoms in public and private sector employees. Methods: Survey data on 23,602 workers who had worked in the public or private sector were obtained from the 2014 Korean Working Condition Survey (KWCS). Symptoms of depression were measured using the WHO-5 Well-being Index. Data were analyzed using a $x^2$ test, t-test, and multivariate stepwise logistic regression to determine the factors affecting the symptoms of depression. Results: First, the prevalence of depressive symptoms was 41.1 % in public sector employees and 43.4 % in private sector employees. Second, the factors commonly affecting depressive symptoms in public and private sector employees were residence area, cognitive demands, development opportunities, social support from colleagues, social support from supervisors, social community at work, job rewards, and work-family conflict. In addition, age, company size, atypical work, ergonomic risks, quantitative demands, emotional demands, influence, and job insecurity were found to be predictors of depressive symptoms unique to private sector employees. Conclusion: Mental health programs including the employee assistance program (EAP) should be developed and implemented after considering the risk factors affecting depressive symptoms.

Due to Covid-19, the un-contact culture has affected society as a whole, and the methods of education conducted offline has been greatly affected. In the private education of preparing for university entrance, the public official examinations and certification acquisition, the method of online education has been shown to have positive effects. While private class and school class which have offered in off-line to cope with rapid changes caused various problems such as decline in quality for education. Due to the characteristic of design class, practical training is important. As interactive feedback between students and educators is more important than one-way of delivering knowledge while class is conducted in online, educators have a challenge when they prepare for class. This study handles the methods of online education for the purpose of practical education methods in university nowadays, Especially, the non-face-to-face education methods for game animation production. Based on this study, I propose an effective educational method with non-face-to-face class that allows students to be satisfied and increases their knowledge, beyond face-to-face class.

This study is to identified the motivation level which university librarians in Korea perceived as motivating them, and to examine relationship between those motivation level and the demographic characteristics of university librarians. The results of this study are summarized as follows : (1) The factors that the motivation level is higher than the average (3.000) are shown to be human relation (3.399), working itself (3.198), and supervision (3.050), but the other factors : recognition (2.995), communication (2.985), salary (2.892), job evaluation (2.622), job environment (2.619), and promotion (2.126) are shown to be lower than the average. (2) In the results of X$^{2}$ test about the differences of the motivation level among 6 demographic attributes of the population, the attributes shown a significant difference are as follows : Salary : rank ; working terms ; sex ; national university or private one ; qualification. Promotion : rank ; sex ; national university or private one ; qualification. Recognition : rank. Human relation : no significant differences among 6 attributes. Work itself : rank ; sex. Communication : rank ; working terms ; sex ; education background ; qualification. Job evaluation : sex ; education background ; qualification. Job environment : sex ; national university or private one. Supervision : rank ; working terms ; sex ; education background ; qualification.

본 연구를 위하여 공공도서관의 경영과 서비스에 영향을 미치는 대학 입시제도의 변화와 국내 사교육시장의 실태를 분석하였다. 분석결과 우리나라에서는 미국, 유럽 등 선진국에서는 사례를 찾아보기 어려운 다양한 경쟁적 요소가 도서관서비스 시장에 존재하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이들은 도서관 입장에서 보면, 소속된 지역과 업무현장에서 자연스럽게 경쟁관계가 성립되어 상호 조직의 발전이 제한될 수 밖에 없으며, 결국 도서관 마케팅 측면에서 새로운 관계 정립이 필요하다. 도서관의 '영어도서관프로그램'을 새로운 서비스 확장 사업으로써, 마케팅레버리지(marketing leverage)로 활용하여 도서관이 공공기관으로서 의 단단한 입지와 도서관서비스 품질에 대한 만족도를 한층 더 높일 수 있도록 도서관 2곳을 선택하여 장서개발과 프로그램 운영 경험을 통해 모형을 고안, 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 교육서비스 수출활성화를 위해 대학교육 서비스품질의 평가요인과 속성을 도출하고 중국인 유학생들을 대상으로 각 요인들의 중요도와 만족도에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지를 실증 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 4가지 연구문제를 제시하였다. 첫째, 대학교육 서비스품질 요인의 중요도 평가에 국립대 재학 유학생과 사립대 유학생간에 차이가 존재하는가? 둘째, 대학교육 서비스 품질 만족도에서 국립대 재학 유학생과 사립대 유학생간에 차이가 존재하는가? 셋째, 대학교육서비스 품질요인의 중요도 평가와 만족도 평가 간에 차이가 존재하는가? 넷째, 한국 대학교육 서비스품질 평가요인의 전반적 한국 대학교육서비스품질 만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 어떻게 다른가? 검증결과, 첫째, 국립대와 사립대 중국인 유학생들의 대학교육 서비스품질 중요도평가에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 품질만족도에서 관계복지요인에서만 국립대와 사립대 간의 만족도 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 국립대와 사립대 모두 서비스품질요인 중요도에 비해 실제 만족하는 정도와는 1% 유의 수준에서 매우 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 강의요인과 교육시설요인만이 대학의 전반적 교육서비스 품질 평가요인 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 전반적 만족도에 대한 영향력은 강의요인이 교육시설보다 더 컸다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학당국이 외국학생 유치전략 수립 시교육서비스와 관련된 품질차원들을 중심으로 외국인 유학생을 위해서 적절한 시스템과 적절한 방안을 세워야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

최근 ICT 융합산업의 확산은 새로운 비즈니스 창출 등 많은 장점을 불러왔지만, 보안위험이 융복합적으로 발생하는 등 새로운 위협을 발생하고 있다. 한편, 이에 대한 대책 중 하나로 인력 중심의 보안관리가 제시되면서 현재 산업별 보안인력의 수요는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 보안인력 양성을 위한 교육 및 훈련에 대한 품질에 대해서는 연구가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 민간시장 정보보호 교육과정 현황을 조사하고, 정보보호 직무분류 등을 활용한 4개 전문분야 15개 표준 교육과정을 도출하였다. 또한 효율적인 민간분야 정보보호 교육인증을 위한 평가지표를 제시하고, 지표별 가중치에 따른 점수를 산정하였다.

In a globalization and information society in the 21st century, the emphasis of education is on producing people who can create intellectual value. To meet the purpose in mathematics education, students should be taught to be able to understand basic logics and principles and exchange mathematical information each other. Also they had better be guided to study on their own at home in an effective way. In reality, however, most of the home study does not go beyond confirming the same homework. It is very difficult for students to plan systematic preparation and review of their lessons and study on their own. Moreover there seems to be no integration between the lessons students receive at school and in private classes. Therefore the need for more systematic home study in relation to school lessons is high to maximize the teaming effect. Studying through Web has little restriction in terms of time and space. Students can collect useful information inexpensively and share their learning assignment with each other. But mathematics education through Web has not yet been developed in such a way as to see a positive result from it. This research intends to develop a web site where students can study mathematics systematically in a self-guided way. The research methods applied included survey, student discussion and online home study. The questionnaires were designed to figure out students'and parents'changes in their concept of mathematics home study. The research also tried to look for ways to cut down the burden of expensive private lessons in mathematics. The student discussions were made up of problem-making and problem-solving. The discussion procedure was analysed so as to check if students used their creativity while they were working. As stated above, the research aims to develop a web site to support effective home study, enhance students' mathematical ability and reduce the burden of private lessons.

현재 일반경비산업은 인적자원에 대한 의존도가 높고, 고객과의 접촉 빈도가 높은 직업이어서 무엇보다도 종사자의 직무수행능력을 통한 만족도가 경영성과에 큰 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내 일반경비산업에서 이와 같이 전문교육을 받은 고급인력이 중요시 되고 있음에도 불구하고 일반경비원의 교육과 직무만족에 대한 연구는 사실상 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 현직에 있는 시설경비원을 대상으로 신임 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 탐색적 연구를 실시하였다. 일반경비원 신임 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 개인적 특성, 교육훈련특성, 업무환경, 직무만족의 차이를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성인 학습기대, 자기효능성 중에서 학습기대만이 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육훈련특성인 강사의 자질, 교육시설, 교육내용 중에서 교육시설과 교육내용만이 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 업무환경(상사의 지원, 지속적 학습문화)은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+) 적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

수학 교육과 학업의 결과인 수학 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인을 탐색하고 분석하기 위하여 부산의 2개 중학교와 경남의 2개 중학교에 재학 중인 총 484명의 중학교 2학년들을 대상으로 학생들의 가정환경 및 배경, 학생 개인의 성격 및 교우관계, 수학문제 해결을 위한 학습습관, 수업방식과 교사와 관련된 변인, 컴퓨터의 활용도, 수준별 이동수업 등의 학교환경, 사교육의 실태 등을 조사한 설문지를 평가도구로 활용한다. 그리고 최근 주목을 받고 있는 사교육 현황을 지역별로 비교하여 제시한다. 설문자료를 활용하여 통계적 기법인 요인분석을 실행하여 수학 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 배경변인들을 분석하고 그들의 특징을 제시하여 수학교육 연구자와 중등수학교사들에게 중등수학교육의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하며 중등수학교육의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 아파트 경비원들을 중심으로 실시되고 있는 ICT직무교육과정을 개발하고 실제로 적용한 결과를 분석하였다. 아파트 민간경비종사자의 대다수가 노인인 점을 고려하여 노인의 컴퓨터에 대한 태도, 노인의 신체적 인지적 특성을 분석하여 노인교육을 위한 ICT직무 코스웨어를 설계하고 교육콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 교육프로그램을 실험집단에 적용하여 사전 사후 검사결과를 통해 만족도와 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육프로그램의 만족도는 전체적으로 평균 4.00점대 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 노인정보화 교육프로그램 정성적 평가 검사 도구를 활용해 교육프로그램 투입 전 후로 실험집단의 인터넷 자기 효능감, 인터넷 활용능력 향상, 인터넷 이용용도 인지, 개인정보화 의지, 생활교정, 세대 간 갈등해소, 자신감, 인터넷 스트레스 등이 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승했음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 본 연구에서 개발한 "민간경비 ICT직무교육" 교육프로그램이 노인정보화에 효과적이며 다른 노인교육 프로그램에 적용 및 촉진에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
