  • This study tries to grasp common problems which most companies utilizing CRM are facing and present solutions to such problems in utilizing CRM. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in CRM utilization by using AHP, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods proposed by Satty. AHP is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on CRM dose not exist, utilization of CRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating CRM counts. This study also tries to present a model applicable to such CRM evaluations

  • Risk Assessment to list possible safety disasters and their probability and severity is the starting point for effective safety management on construction project site. However, the safety managers in owners, construction supervisors, contractors, and sub-contractors still have difficulties in judging the priorities of safety activities and preparing responses to each potential safety disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to suggest a systematic method in assessing safety risk prior to commencement with the agreement of stakeholders. FMECA(failure mode effects and criticality analysis) was selected as a main assessment tool and it was modified according to the characteristics of construction projects and trades. Each risk is, firstly, evaluated with occurrence probability, possible loss and impacts to projects, and detections, and then risk priority number(RPN) is calculated. Subsequently, the managers of each stakeholder discuss the types, timing, and responsibilities of responses as a group decision-making process.

궤도보수 작업 조건별 장대레일 축력변화에 관한 연구 (A study on the Longitudinal Force Variation of CWR according to the Condition of Track Maintenance)

  • This research presents the method to decide proper locations for destressing of CWR using a non-destructive equipments to measure the longitudinal force(installation temperature) in CWR. The effect and necessity of destressing were analyzed by estimating changes of longitudinal force. The installation temperature was measured to find changes of longitudinal force in high speed and conventional lines before and after destressing or track maintenance at the locations where destressing was planed or where change of longitudinal force was expected during track maintenance. Past destressing was carried out within qualitative decision criteria. This research proposes the quantitative criteria to decide the priority order of the destressing locations reasonably by considering the difference of air temperature and stress free temperature during the track maintenances, the grade of ballast resistance force recovering and the length of destressing, etc.

  • The purpose of this study is to search for the effective way of development in managing Open Education Schools by analyzing obstacle reasons for school management of elementary school teachers on the basis of classroom site. This study researched 240 teachers and head teachers in three cities and counties of Chungbuk province through questionnaires which enquire obstacle reasons for Open Education. This research regarded 9 items including curriculum management and teaching method as main factors for consisting of Open Education School. And this analyzed the reactions from the percentages of interviewees. As a result of this analysis. obstacle reasons are as follows. 1. priority for academic background and the lack of school facilities and materials. 2. deficiency of teachers' belief in Open Education and unskilled practice. 3. closed situation in decision making and communication. 4. unreasonable management of finance and school facilities.

  • Simulation is commonly used to find the best values of decision variables for problems which defy analytical solutions. "Simulation Optimization" technique is used to optimize the expressed in analytical of mathematical models. In this research, we will study Reverse-Simulation optimization method which is quite different from current simulation optimization methods in literature. We will focus on the on-line determination of steady-state method which is very important issue in Reverse-Simulation optimization, and the construction of Reverse-Simulation algorithm with expert systems. Especially, in the case of multiple objectives because of the dependency of simulation model, all objectives do not satisfied simulataneously. In this paper, therefore, we process simulation optimization using objectives with priority to optimize multiple objectives under single run.ingle run.

Train Scheduling and Rescheduling In Pakistan

  • This paper provides an overview of Pakistan Railways scheduling and rescheduling. First of all, Pakistan Railways is introduced with its brief history and importance in this country. Assets of this network with passengers and freight using this are given. Current hope less situation is leading to privatization of this system as well as promoting short distance traveler to use road and Government efforts to retain is also presented. Train scheduling in Pakistan is being done manually, based on manual time distance graph preparation and resolution of conflicts based on manager's experience and ability. In Real-time management of this traffic Lahore head office is connected with six control stations in the Pakistan, decision for resolution of any disturbance is coordinated among them. It is recommended that computer aided tools must be developed for this system to help traffic managers and it is needed to invest on the segments to increase their speed limits which might attract passengers to use this mode of transportation with high priority.

임대아파트 유형별 유지관리비와 거주자의 리모델링 의식비교 (The Comparison of Maintenance Cost and Residents′Consciousness of Remodeling by Rental Apartment Types)

  • Considering the present development situation of rental apartment since 1982, the supply of rental housing for low-income dwellers has contributed a amount of quantities, but has been deficient qualities in housing policy. To propose the device of remodeling for low-income dwellers in deteriorated apartment, this study investigated the characteristics of maintenance cost and the residents'consciousness of remodeling by rental apartment types. The results of this study were as follows; The annual maintenance cost of permanent rental apartment was 14,249 won/$\textrm{m}^2$$.$yr, that of fifty years period rental apartment was 13,372 won/$\textrm{m}^2$$.$yr. In the case of remodeling in deteriorated heating system, the principal decision factor of choice was showed “economics” as priority. Residents in rental apartment preferred remodeling to reconstruction, and unit heating system to central heating system.

  • This paper focuses on the problem of scheduling wafer lots with limited waiting times between pairs of consecutive operations in a semiconductor wafer fabrication facility. For the problem of minimizing total tardiness of orders, we develop a priority rule based scheduling method in which a scheduling decision for an operation is made based on the states of workstations for the operation and its successor or predecessor operation. To evaluate performance of the suggested scheduling method, we perform simulation experiments using real factory data as well as randomly generated data sets. Results of the simulation experiments show that the suggested method performs better than a method suggested in other research and the one that has been used in practice.

  • Recently, mobile banking service comes into the spotlight in the mobile environment. Considering design theory, this empirical study focuses on understanding the characteristics of mobile banking and measuring the priority of IT composition elements organizing the mobile banking service. That is, by empirically analyzing affecting factors of mobile service acceptance as an aspect of customer, this study would like to understand important factors of mobile banking use. The result of study will be used to strategic decision making for the company providing mobile banking service and great help to reinvigorate mobile banking service.

Markov Chain based Packet Scheduling in Wireless Heterogeneous Networks

  • Supporting real-time flows with delay and throughput constraints is an important challenge for future wireless networks. In this paper, we develop an optimal scheduling scheme to optimally choose the packets to transmit. The optimal transmission strategy is based on an observable Markov decision process. The novelty of the work focuses on a priority-based probabilistic packet scheduling strategy for efficient packet transmission. This helps in providing guaranteed services to real time traffic in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks. The proposed scheduling mechanism is able to optimize the desired performance. The proposed scheduler improves the overall end-to-end delay, decreases the packet loss ratio, and reduces blocking probability even in the case of congested network.
