Recently, because credit card crime using a personal credit information is increasing, professionalizing, and spreading the area, the loss occurring from credit card crime is enormous and is difficult to arrest and punish the criminals. At past, crime from forging and counterfeiting the credit card was originated by minority criminals, but at present, the types and appearance of credit card crime is very different to contrasting past crime. The numbers of people using credit card in the middle of 1990's was increasing and barometer of living conditions was evaluated by the number having credit card, therefore this bad phenomenon occurring from credit card crime was affected by abnormal consumption patterns. There is no need emphasizing the importance of personal credit card in this credit society. so, because credit card crime using personal credit card information has a bad effect, and brings the economic loss and harms to individuals, credit card company, and members joining credit card. Credit card crime using personal credit card information means the conduct using another people's credit card information(card number, expiring duration, secret number) that detected by unlawful means. And crime using dishonest means from another people's credit information is called a crime profiting money-making and a crime lending an illegal advance by making false documents. A findings on countermeasures of this study are as follows: Firstly, Diverting user's mind, improving the art of printing, and legitimating password from payment gateway was suggested. Secondly, Complementing input of password, disseminating the system of key-board protection, and promoting legitimations of immediate notification duty was suggested. Thirdly, Certificating the electronic certificates as a personal certificates, assuring the recognition by sense organ of organism, and lessening the ratio of crime occurrence, and restricting the ratio of the credit card crime was suggested.

The most important thing in the trial reveal the truth regardess of civil trial or criminal trial. The criminal procedure should be amended to guarantee victims the right to attend court hearings, to receive information about the progress of their case. But the new Criminal Procedure Law 2007 stipulated merely reading right of investigation records after prosecution while reading and printing rights prior to prosecution were not legislated. All sections of the criminal justice process must ensure that the process of dealing with the offender should not increase the distress or add to the problems of victims of crime in secondary victimisation. Reading and printing rights of prior to prosecution should be stipulated at earliest to protect the criminal victims and to prevent the secondary victimisation, The purpose of this study is to practically protect the right of the victims on the criminal procedures.

With the expiration of main patent of printing method, public interest now has shifted to 3D printing. In this, it needs to shine a light on the negative effects, particularly in the socio-economic aspect of 3D printing. By analyzing the existing research findings, policy reports and press releases, the negative effects of 3D printing and its countermeasures were derived. The main drawbacks of 3D printing includes the following: It might cause 3D printing-related crimes(e.g. printed weapons, intellectual property infringement, etc.) and it poses a big threat to other related business sectors.(e.g. potential job loss in molding and medical equipments manufacturing industries) What's more, the nature of 3D printing that it is easy to operate attracts lots of people, which then leads to serious social and environmental problems-product liability, ethical issues, environmental pollution, and finally government's blindly excessive investment in 3D printing. To avoid such potential risks, the government should establish and enforce the institutional law, and guidelines. Government's rational investment decision is also inevitable for the short-term and long-term sustainability of 3D printing.
