축분 가스화를 통한 연료가스 생산 공정의 경제적, 환경적 지속가능성 평가 (Economic and Environmental Sustainability Assessment of Livestock Manure Gasification for Fuel Gas Production)

  • 본 연구는 가축분뇨를 가스화 하여 연료 가스를 생산하는 공정의 경제성과 탄소배출 관점에서의 지속가능성을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 가스화 공정은 가스화 시설, 연료가스 정제 시설 및 생산 가스를 수요처를 수송하기 위한 파이프 라인의 설치까지 전체 시설을 고려하여 해당 기술의 현실적인 타당성을 평가하였다. 해당 연구는 실험 결과를 반영하는 ASPEN PLUS 시뮬레이션을 토대로 도출되었다. 경제성 및 CO2 전 주기 평가 결과, 축분 가스화를 통해 얻어진 연로가스는 발열량은 낮지만, 높은 수소 함량으로 천연가스와 가격적으로 경쟁력이 있다는 결과를 확인하였다. 특히, 탄소 배출 측면에서 높은 수소 함량으로 연료를 연소하였을 때 발열량당 배출되는 이산화탄소의 양이 천연가스에 비해 낮아 탄소 배출량 감축에 기여할 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 또한 다양한 시나리오 분석을 통해 외부 요인 및 정책적 요인에 따른 경제성을 확인하였고, 재무 재표 분석을 통해 해당 기술을 실질적인 사업화 가능성을 평가하였다.

인도네시아 신재생 에너지 잠재력 및 보급 정책 (Renewable Energy Potentials and Promotion Policies in Indonesia)

  • For Indonesia, sustainable energy supply is an important factor to preserve the stable economic growth. One important strategy is development of renewable energy, which has not been fully exploited yet. The paper examines the potency of renewable energy in Indonesia. Currently, biomass composes 23% of total primary energy supply, while geothermal and hydropower has a combined share of 3%. But according to the overall potency of renewable energy, hydropower is found to have the highest available resource of 76 GW, followed by biomass and geothermal by 49.81 GW and 28.53 GW, respectively. Although the solar radiation is only at modest level ($4.80kWh/m^2/day$), the tropical all year sunlight can boost the competitiveness of solar photovoltaic and thermal application. As for wind energy, the average speed of 3-6 m/s requires the development of low speed wind turbine. The examination of electricity and petroleum product prices through international comparison for non-OECD countries shows fifth lowest price level for both of petroleum products and electricity for industrial use. As for household electricity price, Indonesia is placed the second among all the countries compared. The energy subsidy and price structure are examined in detail because it could be a source of hindrance to renewable energy promotion. The examination of renewable energy potency in this study could provide insights about recent development of renewable energy in Indonesia. As an outcome of policy examination, the price comparison analysis suggests Indonesia to reduce or even remove the energy subsidies in the long run. These findings can be utilized to formulate effective policies for renewable energy promotion.

서울시 주택 예상투자이익 추정과 영향요인에 대한 시론적 분석 - 2010-2018년 주택 실거래가를 중심으로 - (Estimation and Determinants on Residential Investment Profits in Seoul: A Focus on Housing Transaction Price from 2010 to 2018)

  • 이 연구는 투자이론에서 활용되고 있는 토빈의 Q 개념을 적용하여 투자이익을 측정하고 이를 통해 서울 주택시장을 이해하고자 한다. 구체적으로 서울시 아파트와 연립·다세대주택을 대상으로 2010년부터 2018년까지 투자이익을 추정하고 공간계량모형을 이용하여 투자이익에 영향을 주는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 투자이익은 실거래가격에서 대체비용(토지비용+건축비용)을 빼는 방식과 실거래가격 대비 대체비용의 비율로 각각 추정하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 투자이익은 2018년으로 갈수록 더 커졌고 강남·서초구 및 한강 주변에서 투자이익이 높게 나타났으나 투자이익의 시공간적 변화양상은 아파트의 경우 뚜렷한 반면에 연립·다세대주택은 산발적·국지적으로 나타났다. 공간계량모형 분석결과는 주택유형과 상관없이 고밀·신축개발이 많은 지역에서 투자이익이 높았다. 이 연구의 접근방법과 결과는 향후 주택 공급 정책, 투자이익 환수, 지역 경쟁력 측정, 가격 거품 측정 등에 대한 논의를 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

KANO모델을 활용한 커피전문점의 품질분류와 고객만족개선지수 (Coffee Shops' Quality Classification and Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index by KANO Model)

  • 본 연구는 Kano모델을 활용하여 커피전문점의 다양한 품질요인들의 속성을 소비자의 관점에서 분류하였다. 또한, 각 품질요인들이 고객만족 또는 고객불만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석하기 위해 만족계수와 불만족계수를 산출하였다. 아울러, Kano모델의 한계점을 보완하고 품질요소들에 대한 커피전문점의 품질개선 여지를 파악하기 위해 잠재적 고객만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 제시하였다. 분석결과, 매력적 품질요소에는 저렴한 가격, 실내인테리어의 고급스러움, 테이블과 의자의 편안함, 무선인터넷 사용의 편리성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 일원적 품질요소로는 매장의 청결 및 위생, 가격 대비 품질인 것으로 나타났다. 잠재적 고객만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 산출하기 위해 카페베네와 스타벅스의 만족도를 분석한 결과, 저렴한 가격, 가격 대비 품질 등에서 고객만족 개선 여지가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 커피전문점 경영에 있어서 고객만족과 향후 경쟁력 확보를 위해 우선적으로 관심을 두고 개선해야 할 품질요소가 무엇인지에 대한 시사점을 제공해 준다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • Purpose - Every company studies how to attract and retain new customers to increase competitiveness and profitability. Companies establish strategies to attract customers, secure competitive advantage and generate revenue. Businesses are looking for newer and better ways to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. One of the requirements for service differentiation is to make it a prerequisite for an engaging customer experience. Customer experience can be attained through service experience. Satisfaction determine whether to reuse the food service franchise. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer experience on the satisfaction and revisit intention of food service franchise. In this study, customer experience consists of three attributes such as service environment, food quality, and price fairness. Also, this study is to identify the importance of three service experience attributes of customer satisfaction and revisit intention using ANN (artificial neural network) analysis. Research design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted on customers who have visited franchise restaurants in one month in order to examine how service environment, food quality, and price fairness have been influenced customer satisfaction and revisit intention through online survey company (SM culture & contents). A total of 300 representative surveys were collected. Of those collected surveys, 26 were not used due to missing information, resulting in 274 as the final sample size. The sample size was more than 10 times more than the number of variables used in the structural model analysis. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Service environment and price fairness have a significant effect on satisfaction. However, food quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, it was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, according to the results of ANN analysis, satisfaction as a dependent variable was found to be the most important in male price fairness and service environment in female. Also, when the revisit intention is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price fairness are important. Also, when the intention to revisit is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price processes are important. Conclusions - First, a restaurant franchise enterprise needs to manage customer service experience. Customers should strive to eat and enjoy at a dining franchise store. Second, it is necessary to design a food service franchise shop as a customer-oriented service environment. Franchise companies need to improve the environment so that customers can use the store conveniently. Third, the restaurant franchise menu price needs to be cheaper than the alternative menu. The restaurant franchise menu needs to be constructed with a popular menu that can be used continuously by the customer, so that it can be set at a reasonable price.

  • This study shed light on the status of Korean Kimchi industry in overseas markets and presented methods for promoting Kimchi industry of Gwangju Jeonnam metropolitan city and stimulating the export of Kimchi produced in Gwangju Jeonnam, a city that has come to the fore as the center of Kimchi industry, which aimed to explore the ways of ratcheting up competitiveness of Kimchi industry in the global market as Kimchi has become more likely to be globalized amid the recent "Korea Trend" boom and the growing consumption of fermented food. Therefore, methods for promoting Kimchi industry and stimulating the export of Kimchi should be explored to ensure the promotion of Kimchi industry and the stimulation of the export of Kimchi, ultimately restoring the status of Korea as the home of Kimchi, in consideration of the great spillover effect on the regional economy, through a series of measures such as the clusterization of Kimchi industry, expansion of cultural experience projects related to Kimchi for the globalization and the increased consumption of Kimchi, government support to increase Kimchi companies in size and achieve the modernization of Kimchi companies, introduction of Kimchi KS audit system and quality certification system, development of new product targeting global market and making Kimchi a high-end product, expansion of export, support of export market diversification, assurance of safety and price competitiveness of Kimchi, differentiated production and marketing strategy by means of technological research, and others.

Exploring Determinants of Performance Indicator and Customer Satisfaction of Accommodation Sharing

  • The study aims to investigate determinants of performance indicator and perceptions of existing and potential customers in accommodation sharing. This study uses data of Airbnb in Busan and Jeju from January 1 to December 31 in 2018, provided by AirDNA. The total number of listed accommodation sharing were 5,109 accommodations in Busan and 11,502 accommodations in Jeju. More than 90 property types of registered accommodation are subcategorized and re-classified in this study. Study 1 examined current usage and effects of factors on performance indicator in tourism destinations by applying Airbnb data. Study 2 investigated effects of perceived factors on satisfaction, intention to use, loyalty, and tourism competitiveness by applying online survey data. This study applies statistical analyses such as factor and regression analyses, ANOVA, t-test, and MANOVA. Results of Study 1 showed that usage and effects of accommodation sharing differ from regulation that is related to sharing types. Effects also differ based on travel destinations. Results of Study 2 showed how customers perceive accommodation sharing differ from pure meaning of sharing. The results of Study 1 and 2 found significant effects of price and service factors on performance indicator and customer satisfaction. The findings of Study 2 showed significant effects on loyalty and tourism competitiveness.

중소벤처기업의 기술가치평가를 위한 할인율 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of Discount Rate for the Technology Valuation of Small-Sized Venture Firm)

  • The reliability of technology valuation depends on, among other things, the reliability of the discount rate estimate. The weighted average cost of capital, generally accepted as discount rate, consists of cost of equity and cost of debt. The model used to estimate the cost of equity for publicly traded firms can not be used directly for small-sized venture firms. In addition, the estimation of cost of debt become very difficult, given the limited and volatile price history, because these small-sized venture firms do not have associated credit ratings. Since two kinds of cost of capital for the small-sized venture firms can not be estimated directly from market data, this study suggests statistical frame works for estimating unknown two kinds of cost of capital. The estimates of underlying cost of capital will help determine the size of appropriate discount rate with logical and scientific way when the technology valuation for small-sized venture firms is made. This study also suggests the necessity of the risk premium for the technology competitiveness to improve the estimation of the appropriate discount rate for small-sized venture firms.

  • 동대문 패션상권은 전국의 소매상을 위한 도매의 기능과 함께 현대화된 대형 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 소매의 기능까지 도맡고 있다. 또한 동대문 패션상권은 동대문 1km 반경 내에서 원부자재와 봉제공장, 패션상가 등 관련 산업이 집적되어있어 패션상품의 기획과 생산, 판매 및 유통이 완결되는 매우 독특한 구조를 가지고 있다. 그러나 동대문 패션상권은 보유하고 있는 경쟁력에 비해 급변하는 시장환경의 변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못해 위기를 맞고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 정부에서는 여러 가지 노력을 기울였으나 그 효과가 지속적이지 못하고 일회성에 그치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 정책들을 살펴보고 그 정책들이 간과하고 있는 동대문 패션상권의 활성화에 대한 정책을 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 도출, 제안했다.

맥주보리 품질평가 현황과 전망 (Current Status and Prospect of Quality Evaluation in Malting Barley)

  • With lower quality and three to four times higher price than those of imported malting barley, the competitiveness of domestic malting barley is decreasing. Although the causes can be found in that the domestic environments are much unfavorable to cultivate the malting barley compared with those of USA or Canada, it is mainly reasoned from poorer developments in variety of high quality malting barley as well as in cultivation technology. For assuring the competitiveness of domestic malting barley, therefore, not only the development of high quality malting barley suitable to the climatic environment of this country but also the political supports of the government are required. Also, in addition to the breeding of the good quality malting barley haying higher germinative energy, and heavier and larger kernels of good plumpness as well as lower protein content, the modification of quality inspection standards from the system relying only on the visual characteristics such as kernel size distribution rate, shrimped kernel rate, foreign materials and so on, to such system as those of developed countries haying quality criteria such as protein content for inspection is absolutely required for the quality improvement of domestic malting barley.
