라인스캔 카메라를 이용한 콘크리트 라이닝 자동점검진단 장비 활용성 평가 (Availability evaluation of automatic inspection equipment using line scan camera for concrete lining)

  • 교통통제 후 인력점검 방식으로 시행되고 있는 콘크리트 라이닝 점검방식은 교통통제에 의한 정체유발 및 이로 인한 사회적 손실비용이 발생되며, 교통사고 및 점검자 안전 사고 위험 등 다양한 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 해외에서는 객관적이고 정량적 조사가 가능한 자동점검 장비 및 영상분석을 통한 콘크리트 라이닝 점검을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인력점검 방식으로 시행되고 있는 콘크리트 라이닝 점검 및 진단방식의 문제점 해결 및 개선방안 검토를 위하여, 2019년 정밀안전진단을 시행한 ◯◯터널 상·하행선에 대하여 국내에 도입된 터널 자동점검진단 장비를 이용한 점검 시행 후 정밀안전진단 조사 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 터널 자동점검진단 장비를 이용한 점검은 정밀안전진단 보다 정확하게 균열 등 콘크리트 라이닝에 발생한 결함을 조사할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • An elevator system, which is essential equipment for vertical movement of an object, as a property of building, has been driven by various expenditures and purposes. Since developing electrical control technology, control system are highly developed. The elevator system has expanded widely, but a data accuracy acquisition technique and safety predict technique for securing system safety is still at a basic level. So, objective verification for elevator confidence condition requires an absolute accuracy measurement technique. Therefore, this study is executed in order to acquire a method of depending on sense of a manager with simple numeric measurement data, and to construct a logical, analytical foresight system for more efficient elevator management system. As an artificial intelligence for diagnosis, the fuzzy inference algorithm is used for foreseeing the system in this thesis, because the fuzzy algorithm is the most useful method for resolving subjective ideas and a vague judgment of humans. The fuzzy inference algorithm is developed for each sensor signal(i.e. vibration, velocity, current).

  • 건축물의 정밀안전점검 및 정밀안전진단시에는 안전등급 판정을 위해 상태평가를 실시하여야 한다. 2004년부터 정량적인 상태평가를 위해 퍼지이론을 이용한 평가방법을 도입하였고, 퍼지이론을 이용한 철근콘크리트 부재의 평가항목 간의 관계와 중요도를 도출하였다. 일반적으로 퍼지이론은 상관관계가 명확하지 않고, 모호한 표현을 처리할 때 사용되는 방법으로, 개발 당시에는 점검 및 진단 결과자료들이 부족한 상황에서 대안으로 퍼지이론을 적용하여 개발한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 실제 점검 및 진단 결과자료를 이용하여 퍼지이론을 바탕으로 도출된 평가항목 간의 관계와 중요도에 대한 검증이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정밀안전점검 19건과 정밀안전진단 9건의 결과와 성능점수 함수식을 이용하여 평가항목간의 상관관계를 도출하였으며, 이를 이용하여 부재의 합리적인 내구성 점수 산정식을 제시하였다.

  • The maintenance of tunnels is often neglected since tunnels has tendency to become stable with time. The determination of safety of tunnels is a complicated problem. So the role of experienced engineer in the maintenance is very important and development of an expert system which can perform as these engineers has been needed. In this study, an expert system which can determine the safety of tunnels is developed. The developed knowledge base contains the maintenance procedure which is used in KlSTEC(Korea Infrastructure Safety & Technology Corporation). Field test, laboratory test and nondestructive test methods are considered in this knowledge base. Criteria for each item and integrated diagnosis criteria are implemented in the expert system based on literatures and reports. The expert system includes basic inspection. detail inspection and precision inspection. For precision inspection. it has the capacity to exchange the result from numerical analysis by a commercial program FLAC. To verify the expert system. the proposed procedure was compared with an existing tunnel diagnosis report.

  • Automobile is in charge of most transportation system in modern urban city. However, in fact, cause of problem of road state, environment, and the other reasons, urban transit system is using as Mass Transit nowadays. Nevertheless Urban transit system is considering many kind of safety fact of that system which is increasing continuously nowadays, it occurs various train accident. This paper describes 3D Dimensional Measurement(EDM testing) and tensile testing results of carbody structure for crashed EMU(Electric Multiple Units). Tensile tests were performed on two different types of specimens in order to evaluate the strength changes before and after damages, obtained from plastic deformed area and nondeformed region of the crashed EMU. And Structural analysis of EMU was performed for the criteria of safety assessment. Structural analysis using commercial I-DEAS software provided important information on the stress distribution and load transfer mechanisms as well as the amount of damages during rolling stock crash. The testing results have been used to provide the critical information for the criteria of safety diagnosis.

  • 건축시설물 중 제1종 시설물과 제2종 시설물은 유지관리를 위해 정기적으로 정밀안전점검과 정밀안전진단을 실시한다. 건축물의 점검 및 진단을 실시하는 경우 상태평가, 기울기 및 침하, 안전성평가를 종합하여 건축물의 등급이 결정된다. 그리고 평가등급은 점검 및 진단의 주기를 결정한다. 평가 등급이 좋지 않다면 점검 및 진단 주기는 짧아지고, 이로 인한 유지관리 비용은 증가하게 된다. 따라서 건축물을 평가하는 방법은 명확하여야 한다. 상태평가는 부재단위 평가, 층단위 평가, 종합 평가로 이루어진다. 이 중 부재단위 평가는 현장조사와 시험 결과를 통해 등급을 판정한다. 본 연구에서는 상태평가의 첫 번째 단계인 부재단위 평가에 대해 평가방법과 평가기준을 분석하여 개선점을 도출하였으며, 이를 개선하여 현재 부재의 상태점수를 반영할 수 있는 함수식을 제시하였다.

퍼지추론을 이용한 지식기반 전기화재 원인진단시스템 (A Knowledge-based Electrical Fire Cause Diagnosis System using Fuzzy Reasoning)

  • This paper presents a knowledge-based electrical fire cause diagnosis system using the fuzzy reasoning. The cause diagnosis of electrical fires may be approached either by studying electric facilities or by investigating cause using precision instruments at the fire site. However, cause diagnosis methods for electrical fires haven't been systematized yet. The system focused on database(DB) construction and cause diagnosis can diagnose the causes of electrical fires easily and efficiently. The cause diagnosis system for the electrical fire was implemented with entity-relational DB systems using Access 2000, one of DB development tools. Visual Basic is used as a DB building tool. The inference to confirm fire causes is conducted on the knowledge-based by combined approach of a case-based and a rule-based reasoning. A case-based cause diagnosis is designed to match the newly occurred fire case with the past fire cases stored in a DB by a kind of pattern recognition. The rule-based cause diagnosis includes intelligent objects having fuzzy attributes and rules, and is used for handling knowledge about cause reasoning. A rule-based using a fuzzy reasoning has been adopted. To infer the results from fire signs, a fuzzy operation of Yager sum was adopted. The reasoning is conducted on the rule-based reasoning that a rule-based DB system built with many rules derived from the existing diagnosis methods and the expertise in fire investigation. The cause diagnosis system proposes the causes obtained from the diagnosis process and showed possibility of electrical fire causes.

  • Until now, strain gage technique and accelerometer for the diagnosis safety of constructions are used widely. However, the limits of these methods are revealed. But Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI) that uses Pulse Laser is noncontact, whole-field, real-time measuring method also dull to disturbance and can achieve test result in a very short time. It has various strong point in spot application, swift establishment, and dynamic conduct analysis for the entire field of Laser illuminate. This author analyzed vibration characteristic of using the Pulse ESPI System, the diagnosis safety of bridges, to simplify the analysis of the dynamic conduct of a large construction.

건설업 안전보건진단제도의 실효적 관리방안 연구 (A Study on the Effective Management of the Safety and Health Diagnosis System in Construction Industry)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 안전보건진단제도에 대한 문제점을 도출하기 위해 산업안전보건법에서 정한 조문의 계층별 설문모형을 설계하고 이를 3집단의 전문가 그룹으로 분류하여 건설현장에서의 안전보건제도 실효성 도출을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 법적 현황 분석 및 해외 관련 제도 분석과 AHP 계층분석 설문 모형을 설정하여 분석결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과: 설문항목 분석 결과 인적활용도와 사전 계획의 치밀성이 포함된 항목에 높은 중요도를 보였으며, 특히 중견건설업체의 경우에는 안전보건진단 이후 개선 활동의 적극성에 가장 높은 중요도를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 건설업 안전보건제도 개선을 위한 문제점을 인식하고, 전문가들의 개선대책을 정책적·제도적 개선방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

필댐 하류사면 자생식물의 습생지수 결정 (Determination of Hydrophyte Index of Native Plant on the Downstream Slope of Earth Fill Dam)

  • The purpose of study was to determine the hygrophyte index of each plant(HIP) considering the moisture environment condition (MEC) of the native plants on the downstream slope of the fill dam and evaluate its applicability which to develop a method to search for leaks and saturated zones of the fill dam for status evaluation of precision safety diagnosis. The HIP was weighted average and consisted of 19 ranks. The weighted average was calculated according to the following three procedures: First, the linear assumption was made according to the actual habitat environmental conditions, the second one was weighted to 10% of the optimal habitat condition, and finally the average value of the distribution range values. The Hygrophyte index of vegetation at each plot (HIV) was obtained from the Sinheung reservoir (Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do) using the results of vegetation survey of the Sinheung reservoir with precision safety diagnosis and suggested the use of the hygrophyte index of the cultivated vegetation. The average HIP range of plant species that emerged in 50 survey sites on the downstream slope of the Sinheung reservoir is 2.99 to 3.56. The coefficient of variation showed a large difference depending on the appearance of the leakage indicator plant(LIP) species. The range of HIV is 2.80 to 4.26, the mean value is 3.37, standard deviation is 0.37 and the coefficient of variation is 9.7%. As a result, the value of the coefficient of variation showed a large difference depending on the appearance of the plant species.
