This research considers growth of digital music industry and the consequential changes in the environment of music consumption, and how environment of purchasing digital music has influenced music's length and forms. Meaningful data such as average length of music, average time taken to chorus, appearance of intro, interlude, outro, and precedence of chorus has been collected from K-Pop of 2000 to 2011 through this research. Result has shown music sample streaming service in internet music industry has brought changes in music's length and formation, which leaded to birth of hook songs. Through this case of consumer's environmental influence on music, research predicts music industry will look forward to achieving techniques to deliver music more effectively by adopting the content's download-based internet environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the planning principles and historical meaning of Eupchi constructed during the Joseon Dynasty. I investigated the general character of Eupchi based on analyses of published materials from the Joseon Dynasty. The Joseon Dynasty, which started in 1392, set up Eupchi in a position to effectively govern the whole country. Eupchi was differentiated from the surrounding villages, and became the center of administration and education. Eupchi was established based on techniques taken from the capital. Following precedence in the capital, Eupchi was transformed with spaces for Confucian ceremonies. The cityscape of Eupchi was also differentiated from the surrounding villages. Such transformation of Eupchi represents the progress of urbanization. The developments found in Eupchi spread around Korea, and mark an important stage in the historical evolution of Korean urbanization. The Joseon Dynsasty used similar techniques from the capital to establish Eupchi. However, I found some differences between Eupchi and the capital. The Joseon Dynasty recognized that walls could protect not only the capital city bnt also the country from foreign enemies. Protective walls were required for a capital, but not for Eupchi. In addition, Eupchi did not have commercial institutions supported by the Dynasty. This further demonstrates that different planning principles were used at Eupchi.

The purpose of this study is to know the concept of Eco-industrial Park and How to use the thermal effluents from power plants. Thermal effluents, which use sea water for cooling, from power plants have been discharged with about $6{\sim}7^{\circ}C$ higher temperature than near sea area. Therefore, it could effect on the marine ecosystem as a external pressure factor that increase the artificial thermal load in near sea area. The applications of thermal effluents had been surveyed through the several internal and external cases for utilizing heat sources and reducing the thermal load. As the precedence research for applying, the amount of heat sources of thermal effluents was evaluated. When the thermal effluents was fully applied in heat sources and available heat, assume that use heating season by 12 hours a day of demanded available heat, it was possible to calculate total 198 Tcal of energy saving.

The introduce and accurate understanding of the concept of tangent line is very important in Mathematics education and its applications. In this study, we investigated the introduction method in the textbook for tangent line and its concepts. And we studied the effective teaching methods for the accurate understanding using Lakatos learning theory, GSP and related precedence studies. Finally we suggest the teaching plan for the equation of for the tangent line in the high school and apply to the High school students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze relationship between printed book and e-book formats based on niche theory. Readers with experience reading printed book and e-book were recruited as the research participants. In this study, competition between printed book and e-book formats was measured at gratification niche. five gratifications were derived from an analysis of precedence about printed book and e-book; information acquisition, social interaction & decision making, emotion & habit, portability & storage capacity, and accessibility. The results show that e-book formats have competitive superiority of portability & storage capacity and accessibility. This study suggests that it is possible to replace printed book and e-book formats.

A Patent Pool tends to be activated to establish the harmonization in recently standardization activities related to information and telecommunications with patent rights. Recent main examples of patent pool related to telecommunications standardization are concentrated in this paper. We seem to examine the practical meanings of patent pool from review the examples of utilizing patent pool. Those examples are analyzed and presented in this paper as typical construction cases of patent pool by characteristic of formation : The MPEG-2 patent pool which has become a pioneering precedence being managed by establishing MPEG LA as professional and administrative entity having organizied scalef; DVD patent pool which is a type of dividied case of a patent pool; the patent pool of IEEE1394 which was formed by surronding technology market effect outside the entrepreneur; finally the UMTS case in mobile telecommunications area.

The international government committee is progressing their agreements about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK), gene resource(GR), folklore(FL) in WIPO. It is in the course of selection with precedence of TK, GR, FL in WIPO, focused on discussions about listing of TK documents, standardization of DB construction, sharing and profit distribution of GR. We made some plans to deal with agreements in WIPO. These plans consist of 5 subjects which are investigation about intellectual property related laws and systems, study of examination and finding, construction of DB information, development of value evaluation system, development of industrialization system with TK, GR, We suggest preceding details about 5 subjects respectively. It is the character of this plan that patent information DB system of TK, GR is the axis. It is the most important thing in these plans to succeed that we have to have connections with expert groups in order parts and government officials, taking whole supports of government because our traditional medical related study basis is weak.

This paper describes a new technique known as specification-based regression testing that is used for the revalidation of concurrent programs after changes are made to specifications. This type of regression testing requires sequencing constraint that specify precedence relations on the synchronization events. In order to extract sequencing constraint automatically, we use Message Sequence Charts(MSCs) that are considered partial and nondeterministic specifications. We show how to identify which sequencing constraint is affected by the modifications made to a specification rather than creating new sequencing constraint from scratch to reduce the cost of regression testing. We also describe how to determine that each affected sequencing constraint is satisfied by a program being tested.

The Controller Area Network (CAN) is being widely used for real-time control application and small-scale distributed computer controller systems. When the stuff bits are generated by bit-stuffing mechanism in the CAN network, it causes jitter including variations in response time and delay In order to eliminate this jitter, stuff bits must be controlled to minimize the response time and to reduce the variation of data transmission time. This paper proposes the method to reduce the stuff bits by restriction of available identifier and bit mask using exclusive OR operation. This da manipulation method are pretty useful to the real-time control strategy with respect to performance. However, the CAN may exhibit unfair behavior under heavy traffic conditions. When there are both high and low priority messages ready for transmission, the proposed precedence priority filtering method allows one low priority message to be exchanged between any two adjacent higher priority messages. In this way, the length of each transmission delays is upper bounded. These procedures are implemented as local controllers for the ISHURO(Inha Semvung Humanoid Robot).

With the significant advances in mobile computing technology, there is an increasing demand for various mobile applications to process trans-actions in a real-time. When remote data access is considered in a mobile environment, data access delay becomes one of the most serious problems in meeting the deadline of real-time transaction. The mobile real-time transaction should be assured not only correctness of result of trans-action but also completion time of transaction. In this paper, we propose an optimistic concurrency control method to solve conflict among mobile real-time transactions. It minimizes influence on the cascade abort and delay of transactions that occur by disconnection and hand over in a mobile environment.
