This paper tries to analyze whether the internet shopping mall can be reorganized by introducing factors of service quality specifically with reference to the internet showing mall. In addition, this study focuses on developing the method to measure the service quality more effectively. For this purpose, this study applies the Taguchi Method using quality loss function (QLF) which can be used to measure quality quantitatively. The proposed method provides the measurement of the internet shopping mall's service quality and offers to the practitioner a measurement tools suitable for service industry.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of Community Health Nurse Practitionses using the Community Health Post Information System(CHPIS). The information system that have been introduced in 1994 and used by 400 Community Health Posts(CHPs) since 1997, which is about $20\%$ of the total CHPs nationwide. Twenty-five CHPs from two provinces participated in the analysis. Seventy-two percent of the CHPs among the participating CHPs started using the system since 1996. The degree of utilization of the information system was classified into three groups (i. e., high. medium, and low). The results revealed that only $48\%$ utilized the system with high level. The areas of analysis of the information system included characteristics of community residents, environmental attributes, and job analysis of Community Health Nurse Practitioners(CHNPs). The study results indicated that primary health care and drug demand and supply system showed the highest level of satisfaction in utilizing the information system by CHNPs.

  • The publication International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit (ISBP) is the product by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500, ICC’s universally used rules on documentary credits. The ISBP does not amend the UCP. It explains, in explicit detail, how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. It fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. By using the ISBP, document checkers can bring their practices in line with those followed by their colleagues worldwide. The result should be a significant reduction in the number of documents refused for discrepancies on first presentation.

  • The increasing importance of end-user computing(EUC) is reflected in the proliferation of academic and practitioner literature on the subject. However, much of this literature assumes widely differing dimensions of EUC, which tends to make many researchers suggest different success factors for managing EUC. Moreover, the variables regarding EUC management have been considerably restricted in previous research. In order to overcome these problems, this study focuses on identifying EUC dimensions theoretically and deriving generic variables representing the mode of EUC management by factor analysis first. Then, based on these EUC dimensions and generic variables for EUC management, effective ways of managing EUC are hypothesized and tested empirically through a mail survey of end-users in 83 Korean business organizations. The results suggest that effective management of EUC should be different depending upon which dimension more importance is attached to in implementing EUC.

  • In myocardial perfusion scintigraphy, the results of this evalution now confront the practitioner of nuclear medicing with methodologic options. Most nuclear cardiologic studies are performed using thallium-201, Tc-99m sestamibi and Tc-99m tetrofosmin. Some part of these studies use some form of pharmacologic stress test. While tailoring each test to the individual is ideal, this may be impractical for a busy department. Accordingly, established protocols to be used for patients with similar clinical presentations will be helpful. The following review presents methodology of various imaging protocols mainly according to the guidelines of nuclear cardiology procedures in American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

  • The researcher categorized the acupuncture methods mentioned in DongUiBoGam according to the form, and examined how to select and use the acupuncture points explained in the Acupuncture/Moxibustion prescription. By comparing the original text to the Acupuncture/Moxibustion prescriptions, it was established that the various acupuncture points in these Acupuncture/Moxibustion prescriptions all had individual meaning. Also, it showed that DongUiBoGam didn't indicate a particular acupuncture point but allowed a possibility for selection according to the patient's condition and the skill of the practitioner.

  • This article proposes a practical approach, which is based on the concept of the expected squared relative error, that can consider both the prediction quality and the practitioner's subjectivity in simultaneously optimizing multiple responses. Through a case study, multiresponse optimization using the expected squared relative error approach is illustrated, and the SAS program to implement the proposed method is provided.

  • Evidence based medicine involves using both the individual clinician's expertise and the current best available external clinical evidence from systematic research in deciding on the appropriate care for individual patients. The current approach to evidence based practice in healthcare adds a third component which is patient values. Evidence based practice is thus a triad, in which the practitioner's expertise, research evidence and the patient's values are all given consideration. The balance to be struck between them depends on the individual case. The literature indicates that complementary medicine practitioners are moving away from traditional knowledge and towards the use of evidence based practice in their clinical discussions. In the context of the daily practice of complementary medicine practitioners and their continuing development of their knowledge base of evidence based practice, this short review discusses the good and bad of a review journal article.
