Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the level of sense of coherence (SOC) and stress of clinical practice and to identify the relationship of variables among nursing students. Methods: The data were collected from 205 nursing students using self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS program. Results: Stress of clinical practice negatively correlated with SOC. The significant predictors of stress of clinical practice were satisfaction on major and meaningfulness, manageability in SOC. The regression model explained 21.5% of stress of clinical practice. Conclusion: More efforts to improve satisfaction of their major and SOC, especially in meaningfulness and manageability, might decrease the stress of clinical practice.

Although education on information technology ethics is increasingly being reinforced in elementary and middle schools, immoral and illegal behaviors online are not showing any sign of decrease. Because cognition- based education fails to lead students' practice on what they learned. Therefore, this study proposes a teaching- learning model integrating cognitive, affective and conative dimensions which had been developed on the elementary students' practice of information technology ethics. We verified the effect of achievement and practice through application this model to the school. To raise reliability we analysed the result of learning such as observation, analysis video data, homepage etc., and interview.

Recently, there are increasing cases of managing software labs by assigning virtual PCs in the cloud instead of physical PCs to each student. In this paper, we design and implement a Linux-based software practice platform that allows students to efficiently build their environments in the cloud. In our platform, instructors can create and control virtual machine templates for all students at once, and students practice on their own machines as administrators. Instructors can also troubleshoot each machine and restore its state. Meanwhile, the biggest obstacle to implementing this approach is the difficulty of predicting the costs of cloud services instantly. To cope with this situation, we propose a model that can estimate the cost of cloud resources used. By using daemons in each user's virtual machine, we instantly estimate resource usage and costs. Although our model has very low overhead, the predicted results are very close to the actual resource usage measured by cloud service providers. To further validate our model, we used the proposed platform in a Linux practice lecture for a semester and confirmed that the proposed model is very accurate.

Biomedical engineering is a discipline that diagnoses and treats human diseases using engineering techniques based on medical and biological understanding. Proper biomedical engineering education requires education on medical terminology, human anatomy, and human physiology, but students have a preconceived notion that these basic medical subjects are subjects to be memorized. In order to eliminate these students' preconceptions, various educational methods must be developed so that students can easily access basic medical subjects. In this paper, we present a method to increase learning effectiveness by introducing observation practice of a human anatomical model to the medical terminology subject. The half-body model of the human body is a form in which various organs are assembled and can be observed by disassembling them one by one. This observation exercise consisted of questions about the organs of the head, neck, chest, and abdomen, with students working in groups to find answers. After the practice, students evaluated that this practice motivated them to learn and made it easier to understand the lecture.
The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of clinical practice experience, including web-based simulation practice, in the context of the corona pandemic era. As for the research method, data were collected through a focus group interview on the experience of web-based simulation practice and subsequent clinical practice and analyzed by content analysis method. The contents of the two interview groups were analyzed, and the results were divided into 2 components, 7 topic groups, and 18 topics. The first component, the clinical practice, was divided into four topic groups: 'The anxious start of practice in a pandemic situation', 'Direct experience through various cases', 'Training opportunities to prepare as a future nurse', and 'The burden of performance and limited experience'. The second component, the web-based simulation practice, was divided into three topic groups: 'Unfinished nursing practice', 'Indirect experience of clinical nursing in virtual space', and 'Requirement of an integrated practice model'. Clinical practice is a very important part of the nursing education curriculum. However, the nursing that students can perform in the field is very limited. Therefore, to supplement the shortcomings of observation-oriented clinical practice and to increase the quality of practical education, it is necessary to consider a hybrid education model including web-based simulation practice.
Background: While attention has been paid to physical risks in the work environment and the promotion of individual employee health, mental health protection and promotion have received much less focus. Psychosocial risk management has not yet been fully incorporated in such efforts. This paper presents good practices in promoting mental health in the workplace in line with World Health Organization (WHO) guidance by identifying barriers, opportunities, and the way forward in this area. Methods: Semistructured interviews were conducted with 17 experts who were selected on the basis of their knowledge and expertise in relation to good practice identified tools. Interviewees were asked to evaluate the approaches on the basis of the WHO model for healthy workplaces. Results: The examples of good practice for Workplace Mental Health Promotion (WMHP) are in line with the principles and the five keys of the WHO model. They support the third objective of the WHO comprehensive mental health action plan 2013-2020 for multisectoral implementation of WMHP strategies. Examples of good practice include the engagement of all stakeholders and representatives, science-driven practice, dissemination of good practice, continual improvement, and evaluation. Actions to inform policies/legislation, promote education on psychosocial risks, and provide better evidence were suggested for higher WMHP success. Conclusion: The study identified commonalities in good practice approaches in different countries and stressed the importance of a strong policy and enforcement framework as well as organizational responsibility for WMHP. For progress to be achieved in this area, a holistic and multidisciplinary approach was unanimously suggested as a way to successful implementation.
In this study, a practical model for health information management education using the EMR education system at universities for nurturing health care information managers was studied. Currently, there is no practical training course for health care information management in the standards for evaluation and certification of health care information management education introduced to strengthen the job competency of health care information managers. Accordingly, the program was constructed so that the practice program suggested as an educational environment in the Health and Medical Information Management Education Evaluation and Certification Manual can be practiced in the EMR education system. In addition, a practical model that can be performed according to the on-site practice guidelines for health and medical information management for each program was studied. Using the health care information management education EMR system, master data management, patient registration, doctor prescription, medical cost calculation, health insurance claim management, form management, discharge registration, cancer registration, unrecorded management, health care data management, health care statistics, A practice model was studied so that practice on information protection/security management can be performed. It will be possible to play a role as a health care information management expert by raising the quality level of health care information management education through systematic and standardized health care information management practice courses at universities. Accordingly, it is necessary to cultivate health care information management experts who develop and manage medical services based on medical data analysis through practical training of health care information managers.
The purpose of this study was to assess the correlation between attitude of Patient Safety Management(PSM) and practice of PSM and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, also identified how these factors attitude and practice of PSM influence on clinical practice satisfaction, eventually aimed to develop education programs to strengthen practice of PSM in nursing students. A descriptive design was used in the study. The multiple regression was used for the study to prove the factors how the attitude and practice of PSM were affected to the clinical practice satisfaction. The study subjects were 226 nursing students. The results show that attitude of PSM mean was 3.71, practice of PSM mean 3.97, the clinical practice satisfaction mean 3.31. Among the general characteristics, clinical practice satisfaction showed significant differences in satisfaction of major(F=5.10, p=.001), the existence of role model(t=2.64, p=.009). Significant positive correlation was found between attitude of PSM, practice of PSM and the clinical practice satisfaction. Practice of PSM(${\beta}=.39$) was shown as the most important factor to affect on the Satisfaction on clinical practice, also the explanation power of value for this study was found 41.1%. Consequently, this study indicates to develop the education program to strengthen practice of PSM. Also process the additional study for the nursing students in other areas.

Purpose: Given that the critical nature of the microvascular anastomosis to what is often a long and difficult reconstructive operation, trainees need to have a high level of microsurgical competence before being allowed to perform microsurgery on patients. Some artificial substitutes and dead or live animal models have been used to improve manual dexterity under the operating microscope. Yet, most surgeons are not equipped with such models, so search for easy available and appropriate microsurgical practice model have been an issue. Umbilical artery, placental vessels and gastroepiploic arteries have been previously suggested as a microsurgical training model, which involves other surgical departments. The purpose of this article is to introduce that saphenous vein specimen obtained from varicose vein surgery is useful and has many advantages as training model for the practice of microvascular anastomosis. Methods: The conventional technique using perforation/inversion method with a metallic stripper is widely performed for varicose vein patients. The stripper is inserted through disconnected safeno-femoral junction and retrieved at the knee or the medial side of ankle. The length of saphenous vein specimens removed is about that of one's leg and inversed from inside out. Obtained saphenous vein specimens are re-inversed and cleansed with normal saline, to be readily available for microsurgical practice. Preserved in a squeezed wet saline gauze and refrigerated, frozen or glycerated specimens were investigated into their comparative quality for microsurgical practice. Results: Varicose vein surgery remains one of the common operations performed in the field of plastic surgery. Convenient informed consent regarding the vessel donation can be easily signed. The diameter of the obtained saphenous vein is as variable as 1.5 to 6 mm, which is already stripped, and is in sufficient length corresponding to that of patient's leg. Vessels specimens were available for microsurgical practice within 1 week period when preserved with squeezed wet saline gauze, and the preservation period could be extended monthly by freezing it. Conclusion: Saphenous vein obtained from varicose vein patients provide with variable size of vessel lumen with sufficient length. The practice can be cost effective and does not require microsurgical laboratory. Additionally there is no need of involving other surgical departments in acquiring vessel specimens. Furthermore, simple preservation method of refrigerating for a week or freezing with squeezed wet saline gauze for a month period, allow the saphenous vein obtained after varicose vein surgery as an excellent model for the microsurgical practice.

This study examined the fitness of a path model on the relationship among critical thinking, career identity, nursing professional self-concept, satisfaction of clinical practice, and clinical practice competency for nursing students. The subjects consisted of 581 nursing students and data was collected through self-report questionnaires. The data was analyzed by the SPSS and AMOS programs. Critical thinking, career identity, nursing professional self-concept, and satisfaction of clinical practice showed a direct effect on clinical practice competency for nursing students. Critical thinking and career identity showed an indirect effect on clinical practice competency for nursing students. Critical thinking and career identity showed a direct effect on nursing professional self-concept and satisfaction of clinical practice for nursing students. We consider the cause which affects the clinical practice competency of student nurses and study on the reasonable and effective curriculum and teaching and learning program.
