실제 디스크 표면 데이터에 대한 접촉 슬라이더의 동적 안정성 해석 (Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Contact Slider Over Practical Disk Surface)

  • The flying height of contact slider is determined by vertical and pitching motions. This paper performed the computer simulation for flying height change of contact slider. It is changed by many parameters, contact stiffness. contact damping, all bearing stiffness ratio and so on. So computer simulation analysis is performed for knowing for what change of these parameters influences in flying height of contact slider. The practical recording zone surface is gotten by using SPM. In recording zone, flying height is simulated for each parameter. the settling time which the flying height of contact slider is lower than 10nm is analyzed over practical disk surface for changing each parameter. Through these results, the contact slider can be analyzed for more accuracy dynamic characteristics.

초등 실과 교과서 분석 연구 -6차 교육과정 중심- (Textbook Analysis on Practical Arts for Elementary School -focused on 6th curriculum-)

  • Purpose of this study is to analyze the validity of textbook content on practical arts for the 6th curriculum, to grasp the content problems and to propose the strategy of reformation to be satisfied with consumer better than supplier. The data collected from 196 elemantary school teachers who lived in Gyungsang-namdo and analized by SPSS/PC(sup)+ package program. The statistical methods used for analysis were frequency, descriptives, validity, t-test, oneway ANOVA. The major findings can be summarised as follows: 1. The textbooks on practical arts for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades showed unbalanced division for picture, figure, table unite and evaluation type of all units doesn’t show diversity. 2. The validity of textbook contents on practical arts was found to be the highest for 3rd grade textbook and the lowest for 6th grade one. Among the validity of the evaluation items,‘differentiation with other subject’and ‘usefulness of living’showed high scores, wheres ‘fitness of child level’marked lowest score. 3. There was no significant difference Among the validity contents of teachers based on socio-demographic variables.

변전설비 내진설계를 위한 유사공진법의 적용성 검증 (Validation of Practical Applicability of Pseudo-resonance Method for Seismic Design of Substation Equipment)

  • Lately, a guideline for seismic design of electric substation facilities has been newly prepared and issued. The guideline adopts a new simplified dynamic analysis technique called "pseudo-resonance method" from the design code of Japan. The method can effectively consider resonance effect of structural system during earthquake motion. However, reliability and practical applicability of the method have not been fully guaranteed under the different seismic and engineering situations in Korea. This paper presents a validation study of the pseudo-resonance method for practical seismic analysis. For this purpose, various parametric studies have been performed using recorded earthquake motions and idealized substation equipment models. The results showed that the pseudo-resonance method can be effectively used for the practical seismic design of substation facilities in Korea.

  • The failure of LCC analysis is recognized as a serious risk for companies in fast-paced business environment. LCC analysis has been mentioned and analyzed only in accounting perspectives, but recently engineering perspectives of LCC analysis based on the execution of appropriate procedures become more important than the accounting perspectives. Especially, the practical use of reliability engineering related methodologies is recognized as a key factor for the LCC analysis. For the practical use of reliability methods, LCC analysis for unexposed problems is a key issue, and utilizing FMEA and FTA techniques is needed to solve the unexposed problems. Reliability, maintainability, availability, and safety should be evaluated by the LCC analysis with the reliability methods, so we study methodologies for the LCC analysis. Present Worth can be calculated by multiplication of Annual Equivalent Cost and PWAF. Reliability engineering related methods are needed for the process of dividing Present Worth into PWAF, and the practical use of reliability methods can improve accuracy of LCC analysis.

  • 본 연구는 지역산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 육성정책의 핵심인 지역산업 R&D의 육성전략 및 성과에 대한 실증분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 R&D 투자 효율성을 증대하기 위한 연구이다. 우리나라 지역산업은 2000년대에 접어들어 국가균형발전정책과 더불어 본격적으로 전개되기 시작하여 산업통상자원부를 중심으로 한 다양한 지역산업 육성정책이 추진되었으며 현재는 비수도권 14개 시도의 산업경제를 선도하는 핵심 사업으로 자리매김하고 있다. 지역산업 육성정책 중 핵심 프로그램인 R&D지원의 경우 규모가 지속적으로 확대되고 있으며 산업경쟁력 확보를 목적으로 범 부처 청 및 광역지자체별로 자체적인 지원사업들에 대한 지원을 더욱 강화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역산업정책 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 핵심사업인 지역산업 R&D에 대한 국가 R&D정책, 부처 청 및 지역자체의 R&D정책, R&D전략, 사업 추진현황, 성과 등에 대해 특정지역(전북)의 실증분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 성과창출 확대를 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 제안된 개선방안을 통해 부처 청 단위의 국가 R&D, 지자체 R&D 등에서 산발적으로 지원되고 있는 R&D의 중복성 최소화 및 지원주체별 협력방안을 제시하여 지역산업 R&D투자의 전략성과 효율성을 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 지역의 산업육성 성과창출을 극대화하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

What Practical Knowledge Do Teachers Share on Blogs? An Analysis Using Text-mining

  • With the recent advancement of technology, there has been an increase in professional development activities, including teachers using blogs to share practical knowledge and reflect on teaching and learning. This study was conducted to identify the contents of practical knowledge shared through the K-12 teachers' blogs. To achieve the research objective, 70,571 blog posts were collected from 329 blogs of K-12 teachers in Korean and analyzed using text mining techniques. The results of the study are as follows. First, practical knowledge sharing activities using teacher blogs have increased. Teachers posted a lot of blogs during the semester. Second, primary school teachers share various curriculum activities, reflections on project classes, class management, opinions related to education, and personal. Third, secondary school teachers share summaries and reviews of curriculum, materials related to college entrance exams, various instructional materials, opinions related to education, and personal experiences on their blogs. This study suggested that blogs are widely used as a venue for sharing practical knowledge of teachers, and that blogs can be a useful way to develop professionalism.

  • Most design practices have not taken advantage of the advanced theories in the modern fracture mechanics and finite element analysis due to complexity of analysis as well as the large quantity of vaguely defined parameters in actual designs. This paper considers fatigue problems in bridge structures using effective analytical and design tools from the field of qualitative constraint reasoning. A set of software modules was developed for fatigue analysis ,and evaluation, which is easily applicable in engineering practices of bridge designers. The software modules integrate techniques in the field of knowledge representation and qualitative reasoning, into the conventional fatigue analysis. The techniques enable the use complex analysis formulations to tackle practical problems with uncertainties, and present the design outcome in two-dimensional design space. Appropriate engineering assumptions and judgments in carrying out these procedures, often the most difficult part for practicing engineers, can be partially produced by using qualitative reasoning to define the trends and ranges, interval constraint analysis to derive the controlling parameters, as well as design space to account for practical experience. This paper depicts a way of complex analysis to practical engineering designs with qualitative reasoning.

Practical estimation of the plastic collapse limit of curved pipes subjected to complex loading

  • In this paper a practical limit load estimating procedure is proposed for general pipe-elbow structures subjected to complex loading (in-plane and out-of-plane bending, internal pressure and axial force). The explicit calculating formulae are presented on the basis of theoretical analysis combined with numerical simulation. Von Mises' yield criterion is adopted in both analytical and numerical calculation. The finite element examination shows that the method provides a simple but satisfactory prediction of pipe structures in engineering plastic analysis.

초등학교 실과수업 기피요인에 대한 연구 (A study on the causes of the dislikes of elementary school students regarding Practical Arts classes)

  • 본 연구는 학생들을 대상으로 실과수업 기피요인을 알아봄으로써 학생들이 실과수업에 보다 적극적이고 즐겁게 참여하게 하기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 초등학생 273명의 개방형질문에 대한 응답과 초등학교 교사 5인을 대상으로 한 면담 자료를 수집하였으며 NVivo를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 학생 자료 분석에 초점을 맞추었고, 학생 자료 분석을 통해 얻게된 변수를 중심으로 교사 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 실과수업 기피요인 중 외적 요인에는 수업운영, 수업내용, 교수자료, 교사특성 등이 있었고 그 중 실습기구 부족이나 실과실 관련 문제와 같은 교수자료에 대한 언급이 제일 많았다. 내적 요인에는 기대에 대한 불만, 교과에 대한 부정적 인식, 학생 흥미 및 능력, 불안이 있었다. 둘째, 실과전담교사 유무에 따라 다른 기피요인을 살펴본 결과, 실과전담교사가 있는 학교의 초등학생들은 수업운영 및 내용, 교사특성에 대한 응답을 많이 하였으며, 실과전담교사가 없는 학교의 초등학생들은 실과실이 없기 때문이라는 답변을 많이 하였다. 학생들이 인식하는 기피요인 중에서 실습기구 및 시설 부족, 실습할 기회가 적어서, 불안 등은 교사 면담에서도 공통된 내용과 맥락적인 설명을 찾을 수 있었다.

IS 개발 환경에서 비즈니스 분석가의 내적 역량과 실무 역량이 사용자 참여에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study of the Impact of Underlying and Practical Competencies of Business Analysts on User Engagement in IS Developments Environment)

  • Purpose One of the success factors of information system projects is to reduce requirements uncertainty through user engagement. So, in many recent IS development environment, a business analyst or business analysts are positioned between users and developers to drive user engagement to reduce requirements uncertainty. But, there are few studies that research about the competencies of business analysts for training and staffing. So, this study analyzed which underlying and practical competencies that positively influence user engagement are required. Design/methodology/approach The level of underlying and practical competencies required for business analysts and the level of user enagement in the IS development environment are collected through the survey. And, the causal relationship between the construct concepts which are underlying competencies, practical competencies and the user participation is analzed through the PLS analysis. Findings The results of this study show that the practial competencies of business analysts that positively have a significant impact on user engaement were studied as requirements development skills. Additionally, the underlying competencies of business analysts which have a significant impact on requirements development skills were examined as business knowledge and interaction skills rather than technical knowledge and communication skills.
