USB IF를 이용한 GUI환경의 제어기 개발 (GUI Environmental Controller Design with USB IF)

  • 본 논문에서는 USB 인터페이스를 이용한 GU 환경의 제어기를 구현해 보였다. 특히, 프론트 판넬에 취부된 외부 USB 포트의 성능 검사는 비쥬얼 C++ 검사 프로그램을 사용하여 자동적으로 실행되도록 하였다. 성능검사 프로그램은 실험 결과를 가청적 또는 가시적으로 표시함으로서 작업자의 조작을 최소화하고, 생산성을 최대화할 수 있도록 하였다. GUI 환경의 제어기는 검사 프로그램을 사용하여 표준방식 키보드, 트랙볼. 엔코더, 아날로그 퍼텐시오미터, 2개의 디스플레이장치 및 터치스크린을 제어 할 수 있다.

유압을 이용한 도립진자의 LQ제어 (LQ Control of Inverted Pendulum Using Hydraulic)

  • An inverted pendulum mounted on a cart and actuated by a hydraulic servo cylinder was designed and built. Position information of the cart was acquired via a potentiometer and a angle of the pendulum was sensed by an incremental encoder. These were collected by a DAQ board and processed through the Real-Time Windows Target software(included in simulink). A simulink graphical program was implemented as a controller of the hydraulic system that governed the motion of the cart in order to maintain vertical balance of the inverted pendulum. The purpose of this study is to develop an electro-hydraulic inverted pendulum system for a modeling and controling the intrinsic unstable system. The simulation results were compared with the experimental and verified.

  • In this paper, the electronic differential system for electric vehicle using neural network is proposed and its performance is evaluated. The input features of NN are obtained by processing the encoder and potentiometer during driving. The 3 layered NN with back propagation algorithm has been used. Evaluation experiments show that the proposed controller is effective in controlling of unknown nonlinear plants.

고속전자밸브를 사용한 전기유압서보시스템의 위치제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on Position Control of an Electro-Hydraulic Servo System Using High Speed On-Off Valves)

  • This paper presents position control of an electro-hydraulic servo system whoch is operated by four 2-2way high speed on-off valves with either PWM PID control method or sliding mode control method, The advantages of using high speed on-off valves instead of electo-hydraulic servo valves or electro-hydraulic proportional valves are low price robustness for oil contamination and direct control without a D/A converter. The system consists of load cylinder inertia car potentiometer and external load cylinder. The experiments were carried out under several conditions and the results were compared. As a result the sliding mode method has shown good control performance and the robust and stable positioning of the elector-hydraulic servo system can be achieved accurately.

  • In this paper, we developed a Master Hand which has 20 potentiometer for getting grasping data of human hands, a Slave Hand which has 20 DOF and five fingers with servo-motors, and a controller for the 7 DOF Arm with Multi-fingered hands. And, we programmed a 3D simulation S/W which controls a Robot System with Multi-fingered hands. A developed Robot System showed good performance in the grasping of an object with known position and shape.

효소 전극을 이용한 유산균 측정 바이오센서 개발 (Development of an Enzyme Electrode Biosensor for Lactic Acid Bacteria)

  • This study was carried out to develop enzyme biosensor for lactic acid bacteria. Lactic acids produced by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) was measured and good correlation $R^2=0.98$ between LAB count and lactic acids concentration was found. Hydrogen ion produced by L-lactate dehydrogenase (L-LDH) was measured by a potentiometer. Glutamic-pyruvic transminase (GPT) was used for eliminating inhibitor in the reaction. Polyacrylamide gel was used for immobilizing matrix of the sensor. The biosensor was tested and showed good feasibility with $R^2=0.99$ on validation.

  • Sensors are used to measure the states in need for control in a closed-loop system. Accuracy, reliability, stability of sensors are closely related to the controller performance. In case of sensor faults, they are detected by examining the sensor output values and the major values of the system. And then the types of the faults are recognized by the analysis of symptoms of faults. In this paper, a self-validating sensor is applied to the control of an aerodynamic plant system with the sensor fault problems in the potentiometer module for exact positioning to show the applicability. We propose a digital controller can provide a satisfactory loop performance even when the sensor faults occur.

  • This study was conducted to develop the on-line monitoring system for plant growth responses. The system consisted of two parts. One system was the measuring system and the other was its controlling system. The established measuring systems were the ultrasonic wave sensor driver for height of plant, the potentiometer for diameter of plant stem, and the weighing system with strain gage application for plant weight. Also, computer program for measurement and controlling was developed, and the whole system was tested by the fabricated plant, and the actual plant growth responses were monitored by the system. When monitoring the actual plant growth responses, even the small amount of plant growth resposes could be measured by the system within tolerable error ranges.

  • A dynamometer was designed and constructed to measure three directional forces and moments of pull type implement with eliminating the interference between the forces. The dynamometer consists of a linear motion bearing, self-aligning bearings, universal joints, and cantilevers where strain gages were attached. A data acuquisition system was developed to collect data and to analyze them. The data acuquisition system consists of the dynamometer, a potentiometer to measure the implement depth, strain amplifiers, a A/D converter, and an IBM-AT compatible microcomputer. Program, written in C language, was developed to read data from tranducers with given interval, to calculate forces and moments, to display them on screen, and to store them on disk. The calibration results showed that cantilevers had good linearity and there was no interference among directional forces. When applied loads were reduced with constant rate, hysteresis was appeared on the dynamometer. It might to be reduced by using ball bearings instead of self-aligning bearings.

  • DC motor를 제어하기 위하여, 두개의 feedback sensor 즉, potenfiometer와 tachometer를 사용하고 있다. 최적 제어치를 얻기위한 제어 방법으로써 선형계로써는 kalman regular type, 비 선형계로써는 on-off relay-type와 상태 제환을 적용하였다. 역시, 추적각의 측정 방법으로서는. 측정치를 이웅한 위치와 속도 미분치를 이용한 위치와 속도, 그리고 관측기를 이용한 위치, 속도와 오제곱 분산치를 추정하여 추적각의 제어치를 비교 분석하였다.
