  • TV program favorability does not necessarily lead to actions related to programs such as producing videos, emotions, webtoons, and goods, participating in concerts, and fan meetings. Therefore, there might be a mediating variable between program favorability and related behaviors. This study presents relationships as a mediating variable. This study assumed that if the program favorability is high, a positive relationship can be formed with the program, the characters on the show, the groups appearing in the program, the viewers who watch it together, and viewing affordance. Those formed relations can have positive effects on the program related activities. In the conducted online survey, we found that high favorability has positive effects on intimate relationships with the program, viewing affordance, characters, and other viewers, and these relationships have positive effects on program-related offline and online activities. However, the relationship with the character group has a negative effect on program-related behavior. This may be the result of viewers feeling alienated from highly intimate relationships formed among characters appearing in the show.

  • This study investigated the relationships among factors in the caregiving process for caregivers with older parents. A model was presented to help identify some of the dynamics in he family caregiving process Fifty-nine caregivers participated in the study. They were adult chldren who were currently providing care to at least one older parent. Using LVPLS program support for the proposed structural equation model was found through the identification of paths among the variables, The findings indicated that the experience of life events was negatively associated with perceptions and positively with active coping A positive relationship was found between perceptions and active coping. Past relationships had positive effects on perceptions and relationships with parents. Active coping was negatively associated with the relationship with parents. whereas perceptions were not a good predictor for the relationship with parents. The results of the family caregiving process model demonstrated that past relationships and perceptions of caregiving were related to current caregiving experiences with older parents.

The model for this study consists of four groups of concepts - 1) goal of quality, as 2) measures of supplier relationships, supplier assistance and buyer supplier communication, 3) the level of automation and technology, as 4) measures of performance, reliability quality and performance quality. By statistical analysis, the results are as follows. First, the goal of quality positively influences the level of automation, technology, supplier assistance and supplier communication. Second, the level of technology has a positive effect on supplier assistance and supplier communication on the level of automation. Third, the level of automation and technology positively influence the reliability quality. Fourth, supplier assistance and buyer-supplier communication has a positive effect on the reliability and performance quality. These results reveal three paths of supplier relationships in systems for the enhancement of quality.

  • This paper proposes a model for assessing enterprise network maturity. We define maturity in terms of the institutional and member support for the network(organizational maturity) and its technical sophistication(technological maturity), and examine their relationships. We build several hypotheses about the relationships between the maturity types and between the maturity of the network and various organizational factors including industry, size, and performance of the enterprise. We test the hypotheses using data collected from a questionnaire survey with Korean firms. The results show that there is a positive correlation between organizational and technological maturity. It is also found that investment in the network infrastructure has a positive influence on the organizational efficiency. However, it is found that industry type does not affect network utilization, but size does, suggesting that large firms utilize network infrastructure more than small ones do. We also identify various relationships among performance, satisfaction level and the maturity of the enterprise networks. Finally, we provide an overview on the current technological state of the Korean enterprise networks.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between each type of attitudes toward money and the attributes of choosing family restaurants. A self-administrated questionnaire was completed by 387 students, and data were analysed by frequency, factor, reliability and canonical correlation. Seven factors were obtained from factor analysis of attitudes toward money; Factor 1 "power", Factor 2 "obsession", Factor 3 "retention", Factor 4 "achievement", Factor 5 "anxiety", Factor 6 "distrust", and Factor7 "evaluation". The attributes of family restaurant choice were extracted into six factors: Factor 1 "quality of food", Factor 2 "restaurant event", Factor 3 "interior environment", Factor 4 "value of food", Factor 5 "convenience for approach", and Factor 6 "employees' service". Canonical correlation analysis showed three significant functions. Canonical function 1 showed that the attitudes of considering the power of money, its retention and achievement were indicated to have significantly positive relationships with the quality of food in the attributes of choosing family restaurants. Canonical function 2 showed that significantly negative relationships between distrust and restaurant events and convenience for approach. Canonical function 3 also showed that significantly positive relationships between obsession and anxiety and the interior of restaurants and employees' service, and significantly negative relationships between evaluation and the interior of restaurants and employees' service.

  • The present study investigated fashion Instagram marketing, applying the concept of gamification. It set out to examine the following specific issues: 1) perceptions of flow, pleasures, dimensions of game dynamics (challenge, competition, achievement, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers), and consumer responses based on frequency and involvement in exercise; 2) the effects of game dynamics dimensions on flow and pleasure; and 3) the effects of flow and pleasure on consumer responses. An online survey was used to gather data and the study analyzed a total of 200 responses. The results of the study were as follows. Perception differences were found only in relation to exercise involvement. Competition, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and customers positively predicted flow. Among the dimensions of game dynamics, challenge, competition, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers positively influenced pleasure. In addition, the study also found that pleasure and flow had positive effects on intention to participate and brand loyalty. Meanwhile, only pleasure predicted word-of-mouth. These findings suggest that fashion brands implementing Instagram as a marketing channel should seek to stimulate pleasure and fun to provoke positive consumer responses. Furthermore, the findings of the study provide practical and useful insights for fashion brands implementing Instagram marketing.
