  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of agriculture on the career adaptation and career decision by measuring the job value and the subjective norm of agriculture. Conclusions based on the study results can be suggested as follows. First, career decision self-efficacy and subjective norm were significant variables in career adaptability of agriculture major college students. Therefore, the belief that one can plan and practice career goals and the affirmation of career plans and decisions in the vicinity are important factors in career adaptability. Second, Self-Realization and social recognition were significant variables in career decision self-efficacy of college students majoring in agriculture. In other words, it can be judged that social recognition such as honor and honor of others in a career choice has a positive effect on the career decision self-efficacy which is self-esteem in career selection. Lastly, An important variable for the subjective norms of agricultural college students was social recognition. This can be said that the positive perception of the surrounding people is very important as the value of social recognition is more important.

용인지역 고등학생의 식품표시제에 대한 인식도 (Recognition of Food Labeling of High School Students in Yongin Region)

  • This study investigated recognition of food labeling of high school students (males 94 and females 85) in Yongin region. Recognition of food labeling was very high at 81.6%. For checking food labeling at the time of purchasing, 53.6% of the respondents always checked and the main reason was healthier food choice (49.2%). Satisfaction of food labeling was very low at 18.4%. In spite of very low satisfaction, 70.9% of respondents recognized necessity for education of food labeling. In terms of education method, respondents preferred 'school lecture' the most with 48.6%, which are in the following order: TV/newspaper/journal/book (37.4%) > internet lecture (10.1%) > education from parents (3.9%). Moreover, 83.2% of respondents answered 'positive change (ex. checking food labeling)' after getting education. Consequently, high school students had low level of utilization of food labeling at the time of purchasing. However, they showed high level of perception and educational need of food labeling as well as possibility of positive change after receiving education. Therefore, appropriate school education for food labeling may be able to lead a healthy eating habit of high school students.

신도시 공동주택 거주자 대상의 녹색건축 인증제도 인식도 조사 및 분석 (A Study on the Recognition of Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) from the Survey of Multi-complex Residents in Newtown)

  • Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) has been used for environmental friendly building certification since 2002. The certification criteria initialed with multi-residential building and now it expands to 10 criteria for new and existing building types. The purpose of this study is to understand current recognition of G-SEED from the survey of multi-complex residences in newtown. From the general question, 75.2% of responders answered the period of living term between 1~3 years, 58.6% lived in $102.48{\sim}132.23m^2$ residential area and 65.2% owned their residences. The 43.2% of respondents recognized that their residences gained G-SEED certification by G-SEED emblem(31.6%). This is the significant meaning to understand public recognition of G-SEED and how to approach the strategy for raising the G-SEED recognition. The responders expected positive influence for economical value from G-SEED and also 75.3% of responders agreed with that G-SEED would be a decision make to buy and rent their residences. Second, residents responded that the consideration issue for green building is energy & prevention of environmental pollution(27.7%) which carries equal concern in G-SEED criteria category. The result of this survey verifies that the current level recognition of G-SEED of the responder's perspectives still is not well-known but it confirmed they have a positive expectation. Therefore, from this result, G-SEED needs to draw road map with detail plans for developing G-SEED with public participation.

The effects of Dessert Cafe Franchise's Experiential value on Lovemarks and Brand loyalty: Focusing on the Control Variables by Structural Equation Model

  • Purpose - this research is to examine the relationship between Franchise's experiential value, lovemarks, respectful recognition, and brand loyalty focusing on the control variables. Control variables such as age, occupation, education, monthly income, and kinds of restaurant are included to measure influence on these as well. Research, design, data, and methodology - 500 questionnaires were distributed from June 10th to July 10th, 2017. 225 respondents were totally included in this analysis using SPSS and AMOS program. In order to test hypothesis, factor analysis and reliability verification firstly were employed, and then covariance structure analysis was used. Results - Empirical results are as followed. First, it can be mentioned that the esthetics of dessert cafe is analyzed to have a positive effect on the perception of love and respectful perception. Second, playfulness has a positive effect on perception of love. Third, respect perception has a positive effect on brand loyalty. When variables such as age, occupation, education, monthly income, and restaurant type were used as control variables, only monthly income had a significant effect on respect recognition. This shows that the control variable has a significant effect on the causal relationship of the variables. Conclusions - In summary, it can be stated that it is necessary for marketers to establish marketing strategies in order to boost customers' experiential value such as esthetics of franchise and also to strengthen lovemarks for respectful recognition and brand loyalty.

IT 아웃소싱에 대한 전략적 인식과 위험이 아웃소싱의 정도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Strategic Recognition and Risks of IT Outsourcing on the Degree of Outsourcing)

  • Recently, IT outsourcing has become a very important management strategy which implements information systems in organizations. This paper investigates the risks and strategic recognition as a key factors affecting on the degree of IT outsourcing. Specifically the risks of IT outsourcing and its four components-risk of control, risk of economical, risk of technical, risk of relational - are examined to be a negative effect on the degree of outsourcing. And strategic recognition about outsourcing is examined how to affect en the risks and the degree of IT outsourcing. To empirically test these relationships, data ere gathered from senior IT managers in 86 corporations. Results of this study show that the degree of outsourcing is strongly influenced by risk of control, risk of economical, risk of relational. But risk of technical does not influence on the degree of outsourcing. And strategic recognition about outsourcing is found that is negative effect on the risks of IT outsourcing and positive effect on the degree of IT outsourcing. The results provide a good framework to minimize the risks for IT outsourcing success.

청소년의 배려와 나눔 실천을 위한 측정도구 개발 연구 (Measurement Tools for the Practice of Caring and Sharing by Adolescents)

  • This study develops a scale to measure the practice of consideration and sharing by adolescents. This data as an object of high school students in regards to items generated from the content validity test and preliminary study stage based on the consideration scale, literature review and expert for elementary school students on a 5-point Likert scale. The factor analysis of the collected data using SPSS 20.0 2 indicated the final fators. The three fanal factors designated by the measuring items are: 'practice of consideration and sharing', 'recognition of consideration and sharing', and 'self-recognition'. As a result of analyzing students' individual variables, this study found that family relationship satisfaction and school life satisfaction had positive relationship in self-recognition, recognition of consideration and sharing, practice of consideration and sharing, and total personality score. The measurement tools developed in this study, are expected to act as valid tools to develop a program that can increase the practice of consideration and sharing activities.

간호사의 사회봉사활동에 대한 인식과 태도 (A Study on Recognition and Attitudes toward the Social Service Activity of Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate recognition and attitudes about social service activity(SSA) of nurses. Method: This was a descriptive study. The data was collected from July 15 to 31, 2002 by using a self-report questionnaire consisting of general characteristics(15items), recognition(24items) and attitude(23items) about SSA. The questionnaire was sent to 711 nurses of 38 hospitals in the Gyounggi province area, and 664 questionnaires were returned. The answer rate was 93.4%. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 12.0 Win program. Result: Seventy-one percent of nurses had a SSA experience during university, but only 14.2% nurses participate in SSA now. The mean score of recognition of SSA was 3.58($\pm$0.45), and that of attitude was 3.70($\pm$0.42). The relationship between recognition and attitude had a positive correlation(r=.398, p=.000), the higher the score of recognition, the higher the score of attitude. Conclusion: From these results, to improve nurses' participation in SSA, research to investigate the barrier factors of SSA participation in spite of the high level of recognition and attitude is needed. Programs for nurses to participate in SSA and systemic management should be set up.

간호대학생의 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on the Attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment of Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 생명의료 윤리의식, 좋은 죽음 인식, 삶의 의미에 대한 태도가 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 P시에 있는 1개의 간호학과 재학생 293명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 01일부터 5월 11일까지 2주간 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0의 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도는 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.266, p<.001), 좋은 죽음 인식(r=.373, p<.001), 삶의 의미(r=.122, p=.037)와 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 삶의 의미는 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.294, p<.001), 좋은 죽음 인식(r=.230, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 좋은 죽음 인식은 생명의료 윤리의식(r=.306, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인은 생명의료 윤리의식(${\beta}=.16$, p=.004), 좋은 죽음 인식(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 이러한 요인들은 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도를 16.0% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 연명치료 중단에 대한 태도의 변화를 위해서는 생명의료 윤리의식과 좋은 죽음 인식에 대한 태도를 긍정적으로 높이기 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하고, 다양한 영향요인을 탐색하기 위한 반복적 연구가 요구된다고 생각된다.

의료기관 종사자의 라이프케어 감정노동과 진료비 삭감 인식도가 삭감률에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Emotional Labor and The Recognition Level of Medical Service Fee Reduction of Medical Institution Workers Influencing Reduction Rate)

  • 본 연구는 요양의료기관 종사자의 감정노동과 진료비 삭감 인식도가 삭감율에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 대한민국의 의료기관 종사자 414명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 삭감률 차이를 살펴본 결과 입원 삭감률과 외래 삭감률은 근무형태, 현 병원 근무경력과 허가 병상 수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 감정노동, 진료비 삭감 인식도와 삭감률의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 감정노동과 외래 삭감률은 정적 상관, 진료비 삭감 인식도과 입원 삭감률은 부적 상관, 진료비 삭감인식도과 외래 삭감률은 부적 상관에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정노동은 입원 삭감률에 유의한 정적 영향 미치며, 진료비삭감인식도는 입원 삭감률에 유의한 부적 영향 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정노동은 외래 삭감률에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 진료비 삭감인식도는 외래삭감률에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

소비자의 과체중·비만지각과 외식 시 영양정보 활용 차이 (Perception of Being Overweight and Obese and the Use of Information on Food Away from Home)

  • This study explores the effects of various factors on the use of nutrition information on food away from home (FAFH). Consumer groups were classified into groups according to their perception of being overweight and obese (correctly perceiving, underestimating and overestimating weight). For this, frequency analysis, a chi-square test, and an ANOVA were conducted to determine any differences between factors, and a logit analysis (SPSS 18.0) was conducted to identify those factors influencing the use of information. Information recognition, intentions to use information and the use on FAFH showed significant differences across the groups. In addition, health inspection, the perception of the intrinsic quality of restaurants, labeling, FAFH expenditure, and some individual characteristics showed significant differences between groups. The information recognition of FAFH had a significant positive effect on information use in all groups. In all groups, labeling had a significant positive effect on information use, and family health concerns had a significant positive effect on information use in the group correctly perceiving weight. The price of domestic food items, household head and household income had significant positive effects on information use in the group overestimating weight.
