Traditional values refer to one's attitudes or perspectives developed by negotiating with oneself, others, society, world, nature and universe, which include thoughts on what is right, desirable, and what is dos and don'ts. The purpose of this study was to investigate values which Korean people traditionally emphasized, and their changes by epochal situation focused on the Choson Era. Also, this study intended to assist in finding values and meaning which should be passed down and manifested in contemporary society based on the study results. In this context, I select some positive values in the background of the Joseon dynasty. As traditional values or ethics in Korea destroyed and distorted going through the period of Japanese colonialism, all the existing social culture and traditional culture were denied, which resulted in vanishing common value which led community for several hundred years. The loss of common value caused community destruction and collapse, and made Korean people seek to survival, success and advancement in life as suffering from severe conflict of values. Experience of hollow state of mind caused by historical and cultural severance left distorted and degenerated values to Korea people, which made them pursue false values without realizing true meaning of traditional values. The true meaning of traditional values should be universal no matter how society changes, and could be milestone to contemporary people wandering aimlessly. Realizing and reconsidering the meaning of traditional values to found comtemporary values of Korean people by reflecting on history can produce significant results beyond age-old debate about East or West, and tradition or modernity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the positive impact that social value coaching has on employees, specifically highlighting the role of regulatory focus. Based on a coaching model, we developed a social value coaching program and applied it to the employees. We investigated whether the experimental group that participated in the social value coaching program would report higher levels of meaning of work, hedonic job satisfaction, eudaimonic job satisfaction, and job crafting compared to the control group, as well as whether regulatory focus would function as a moderator. We only analyzed the moderating role of prevention focus as promotion focus did not show any moderating effects. The results suggest that the experimental group that participated in the social value coaching program reported significant increases in all of the outcome variables compared to the control group. Additionally, for meaning of work, hedonic job satisfaction, and eudaimonic job satisfaction, the effects of the coaching program was stronger for those with a higher level of prevention focus than those with a lower level of it. Based on these results, we discussed the implications and limitations of this research, as well as suggestions for future research.

In this study, the SCAMPER method which is a creative thinking method is applied in the food and beverage class of a specialized high school NCS study module to enhance creative thinking and investigate the influence on learning motivation of students. For verification, 10 sessions of 50 minutes classes were performed on 1, 2 grade students in H high school located in Gyeonggi-do Yangju City from August to November 2015 subject to 54 subjects in the experiment group and 54 subject in the control group. To look into the influence of the NCS food and beverage practice class using the SCAMPER method on learning motivation, pre post survey investigation was conducted on the students for measurements through surveys to deduct conclusions. As a result, it was verified that the NCS food and beverage practice class using the SCAMPER method had positive influence on the learning motivation of specialized high school students and positive change was also found in the awareness of SCAMPER method using classes and creative activities in the students. In this study, the influence of the NCS food and beverage practice class using the SCAMPER method on learning motivation subject to specialized high school students is investigated to have meaning as data to expand the research range of NCS food and beverage practice education.

This Study is to verify that Consulting firm's brand plays a mediating role in consulting expertise, experience utilizing, and word of mouth intention. The results of study show that firstly, Consulting expertise and experience utilizing have a positive effect on word of mouth intention, and secondly Consulting firm's brand have also a positive effect on the mediating role in the relationship between consulting expertise & experience utilizing, and of mouth intention. This study have a significant meaning to ascertain that word of mouth intention should enhance the value of consulting firm's brand with first priority, and importance of consulting expertise and experience utilizing should be recognized, and the values of consulting expertise and experience utilizing be enhanced by consulting firm's brand.

This study aims to find out the significance in the experiences of voluntary participation in small groups by mothers of young children. As a result of the interviews conducted by targeting five mothers, the total was divided into three categories and six sub-factors. First, mothers voluntarily participated in small groups. Free from the role of mother and wife, they focused on their real selves, and had experiences of emotional support by forming close relationships with people. Second, mothers did not just participate in small groups as a hobby, but tried to be role models that help the growth of their children. They also tried to be the catalyst that helps create positive changes in their children and husbands. Third, mothers had social experiences, participated in economic activities as members of society or exerted their capabilities through active exchange with other people. Finally, this research hopes to provide the community with parent education-related implications that can have a positive impact on mothers themselves, their families and society.

This treatise, after review recent data on Oriental Medical toxicity, gets a conclusion on toxic concept of Oriental Medicine. 1. In the oriental medicine, the concept of toxic character contains propensity which disposition is inclined, and general meaning covered with the effect of a medicine, a side effect, formation of a medicine Besides, the concept diversely is used in the cause of a disease, names, symptoms, how to treat, medicines, prevention name, etc. 2. Every herbal drugs has toxic character. Levels of toxicity are nonexistence(無毒), existence(有毒), a little(小毒), always(常毒), serious(大毒), fatal toxic(劇毒), whose concepts in the Oriental Medicine are divided relative and absolute at the same time. 3. The examples of the fatal events by poisoning up to now are more than 400 cases(in China). 4. The factors of toxicity are the amount used unsuitably, the combination, directions, and interactions between western and oriental medicine, etc. The reduction of toxicity and how to detoxicate is several methods. The toxic science in Oriental Medicine based on the formation of oriental medicine present principles which use herbal drugs safely and availablely, utilizing th dispositions and efficiencies. It has positive, learning spirits which prevent abuse of oriental medicine, and which exactly diagnose and use the herbal drugs in the treatment with absolute toxic medicine. However, I think that scientific, positive experimental research is necessary to setup dose-response relation, be in relative quantity of toxic character, operate on the reactive mechanism exactly.

The possibility of establishing the committee was increased because of the pledge of the President Moon Jaein for the national education committee. Thus, the purpose of this study was to discuss about its necessity and the meaning of legislation. The study method was to analyze existing studies (concept establishment, overseas cases, and legal research), media materials, and internet materials. It also suggested positive and negative functions in establishing the national education committee. Its positive functions are; first, stability of policy, second, political neutrality, third, seeking the nature of education, and fourth, improvement of possibility. Negative functions are; first, establishing the committee could be poison, second, argument in position and role, third, issue of agreement, and fourth, populism policy oriented.

This paper explored the impact of dynamic geometry software such as CabriII, GSP on student's understanding deductive justification, on the assumption that proof in school mathematics should be used in the broader, psychological sense of justification rather than in the narrow sense of deductive, formal proof. The following results have been drawn: Dynamic geometry provided positive impact on interacting between empirical justification and deductive justification, especially on understanding the necessity of deductive justification. And teacher in the computer environment played crucial role in reducing on difficulties in connecting empirical justification to deductive justification. At the beginning of the research, however, it was not the case. However, once students got intocul-de-sac in empirical justification and understood the need of deductive justification, they tried to justify deductively. Compared with current paper-and-pencil environment that many students fail to learn the basic knowledge on proof, dynamic geometry software will give more positive ffect for learning. Dynamic geometry software may promote interaction between empirical justification and edeductive justification and give a feedback to students about results of their own actions. At present, there is some very helpful computer software. However the presence of good dynamic geometry software can not be the solution in itself. Since learning on proof is a function of various factors such as curriculum organization, evaluation method, the role of teacher and student. Most of all, the meaning of proof need to be reconceptualized in the future research.

Purpose: The ultimate purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of direct service experience on brand equity components and continuance intention by focusing on cultural marketing at airport, as a huge market place. Design/methodology: This study examines how the cultural contact experience of an airport's cultural marketing activities affect the brand equity components, as well as how these factors affect the continuance intention. A questionnaire survey is conducted for airport users and a total of 313 copies of the questionnaire are analyzed using a structural equation. Results: The results demonstrate that cultural contact service has a positive effect on brand awareness, brand meaning, and perceived value, and all factors of brand equity components have a positive effect on continuance intention. In addition, MTE also has a significant effect on continuance intention. Conclusions/implications: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the cultural contact and brand attachment of tourists experiencing airport cultural marketing services on the composition factors of airport brand equity. The results of this study can be used not only as basic data to help establish a cultural marketing strategy at an airport, but also as to aid establishing and implementing a long-term marketing strategy for the sustainable growth of an airport.

The recent increase in the percentage of services industries has dominated in the entire industry. Emotional feeling of service workers is consequently indispensable in service industries in order to facilitate the progression of the service delivery process. In most circumstances, the emotional labor of service in service industries has been increasingly recognized. Although many studies related to emotional labor have been conducted, a precedent study will be needed to find positive factors such as customer orientation and business performance of restaurant employees accompanying emotional labor. This study attempted to practical meaning to food service companies by inquiring into such as positive effects of employee's emotional labor on the customer orientation and business performance. For this purpose, this study established hypotheses and deduced results using literature research and empirical analyses, and found implications to the service companies. The results of this study showed that the higher the emotional labor of the restaurant employees gets, the lower customer-orientation becomes, and the higher the customer-orientation of restaurant employees gets, the higher the performance of the company becomes.
