본 연구는 문화이벤트 태도에 따른 문화이벤트 참여자의 만족도 및 충성도를 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 최근 다양한 문화이벤트가 이루어지고 있고 이는 문화이벤트 참여자에 대한 다양한 긍정적인 역할을 수행하고 있다고 알려지고 있다. 그러나 문화이벤트 참가자가 어떠한 생각과 태도를 보이는 가에 대한 실증적인 연구가 부족하여 좀 더 체계적이고 효과적인 문화이벤트 구성과 기획을 위한 활용자료가 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 즉 융합적 연구활동을 통해 참가자의 다양한 욕구와 요구에 맞는 문화이벤트 프로그램 구성과 컨텐츠 개발이 필요하다고 할 수 있으며 어떠한 요소가 문화이벤트 참가자의 만족도와 충성도에 영향을 주는 가에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 문화이벤트 관여도에 대한 조절효과를 분석할 필요가 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구의 범위 및 방법으로 서울지역 문화이벤트 참여자를 대상으로 실증 분석하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구결과 문화이벤트의 태도에서 자기성찰과 지식습득, 자부심과 성취감, 스트레스 해소 및 도전 등이 문화이벤트 참여만족도 및 충성도에 영향을 미치며 문화이벤트 관여도의 조절효과를 설명할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 문화이벤트 기획과 운영, 프로그램 구성과 컨텐츠 개발에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the comparative between depression and stress related to life events among women in the menopausal stage. Menopausal stages were divided into two groups: Pre and post-menopausal stages. The degree of depression and stress related to life events between pre and post menopausal women were compared to each other. Women, aged between 41 and 59 years, answered self-reported questionnaires which included Zung's depression scale and life events scale modified by Lee (1984). Findings were as follows; 1) The mean score of premenopausal women who experienced depression was 39.66, and for post-menopausal women the score was 41.45. There was no significant differences in depression levels between pre and post menopausal group.s (t=-1.55, p=.122). 2) Menopausal women experienced low levels of stress related to life events. There were no significant differences between pre and post menopausal groups(t=.527, p>.05). Both pre and post menopausal groups were highly concerned about education issues of their children and disharmony between couples. 3) There was a significant relationship between depression and stress related to life events among post-menopausal groups (r=.22, p<.01). Based on the findings of this study, the menopausal depression was associated with stress related to life events, especially among post-menopausal women. Feelings of lost fertility and feminine attributies result in menopausal depression, which is significantly correlated with women's negative perception of their life events. Therefore, nursing intervention needs to develop to help reduce the levels of depression and overcome their negative perception of the menopausal experience. Nurses should develop nursing strategies to help menopausal women to have positive perceptions and enhance quality of life by assisting their adaptability to physiological and psychological changes related to menopause.

Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) seroclearance is a rare event in chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection which acquires the disease early in life. A case study have examined with asymptomatic chronic hepatitis B carrier who exhibits HBsAg seroclearance in anti-HBe positive. We comprehensively studied the biochemical, virological and clinical aspects of a patient with HBsAg seroclearance. Liver biochemistry, serological markers, serum HBV DNA levels, and development of clinical complications were monitored. Mutation of hepatitis B virus is suspected serum HBsAg detected by the HBsAg assay systems of VITROS (OrthoClinical Diagnostics, USA), AxSYM (Abbott Laboratories, USA), Elecsys (Roche Diagnostics, Germany) and ADVIA Centaur (Bayer Diagnostics, USA). These four immunoassays showed negative results. Also, the patient had undetectable serum HBV DNA. Therefore, no mutation within the "a" determinant of HBsAg, which might escape detection from HBsAg immunoassay were found. Natural seroclearance was confirmed.

The purpose of this study was to develop wholistic Family Functioning Scale for Korean family bases on FFS of Tavitian et al. The data for this study was got from the sample survey of 370 mothers who had children of education period living in Seoul and kyunggi-do. The major findings were summarized as follows: 1) Through item discrimination method 34 items of the total items showed a high index ranged from .29. to .77 of discrimination coefficient 2) Factor analytic procedures selected 29 items among 34 items and extracted 4 factors(Positive Fmaily Emotion Family Communication Participation in Family Event and Sharing Family Worries) These factors accounted for 93.03% of the total variance. 3) A multiple regression analysis conducted to reduce the number of items yielded 26 items for the Family Functioning Scale 4) Internal consistency reliability for this scale showed high internal consistency(Cronbach's a= .86)

Purpose: Structural equation model was analysed to explore the determinants of health behaviors of university nursing students in Korea. Study subjects: Four hundreds seventy eight university nursing students were selected by random cluster sampling from five universities located in the middle area of Korea. Data collection: The data were collected by questionnaires about demographic characteristics, stressful life events, perceived social support, perceived health status and health behaviors. Results: 1. Living with(out) family did not show direct effect on health behaviors. 2. Stressful life events and social support showed indirect effect on health behaviors via perceived health status; higher score of stressful life events predicted negative health behaviors. 3. The higher score of perceived health status predicted positive health behaviors. Recommendation: To improve the health behavior of nursing student, the program for positive perceived health status is necessary, which includes the social support and stressful life event control program. Each nursing school should be encouraged to develop the program for increasing positive perceived health status. It would be more effective to develop health program separately according to the demographic or social characteristics of the students. And following studies could be suggested to identify and promote the validity and reliability of perceived health status and health behaviors measurements.

We have developed an efficient and precise method for genome manipulations in Bacillus subtilis that allows rapid alteration of a gene sequence or multiple gene sequences without altering the chromosome in any other way. In our approach, the Escherichia coli toxin gene mazF, which was used as a counter-selectable marker, was placed under the control of a xylose-inducible expression system and associated with an antibiotic resistance gene to create a "mazF-cassette". A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-generated fragment, consisting of two homology regions joined to the mazF-cassette, was integrated into the chromosome at the target locus by homologous recombination, using positive selection for antibiotic resistance. Then, the excision of the mazF-cassette from the chromosome by a single-crossover event between two short directly repeated (DR) sequences, included in the design of the PCR products, was achieved by counter-selection of mazF. We used this method efficiently and precisely to deliver a point mutation, to inactivate a specific gene, to delete a large genomic region, and to generate the in-frame deletion with minimal polar effects in the same background.

We look at the rocket life stages of NaverZ's metaverse platform scaling and investigate the ignition and scale-up stage of its metaverse platform brand, Zepeto based on the Rocket Model (RM). The results are derived as follows: Firstly, NaverZ shows the event strategy by collaborating with K-pops, the piggybacking strategy by utilizing other SNSs, and the VIP strategy by investing in game and entertainment content genres in the 'attract' function. In the second 'match' function, based on the matching rule of Zepeto, the users can generate their own characters and "World" with Zepeto Studio. However, for strengthening the matching quality, NaverZ is investing in the artificial intelligence (AI) based companies consistently. In the 'connect' function, NaverZ's maximization of the positive interaction is possible by inducing feed activities in Zepeto & other SNSs and by uploading attractive content for viral effects in the ignition. For facilitating this, NaverZ expands the scale to other continents like Southeast Asia and Middle East with the localization strategy inclusive investment. Lastly, in the 'transact' function, based on three monetization experiments like Coin & ZEM, user generated content (UGC) fee, and advertising revenue in the ignition, NaverZ starts to invest in NFT platforms and abroad blockchain companies.

현대는 이미지의 시대라 불리고 있다. 이는 우리사회의 비중이 유형적인 상품중심의 산업사회로부터 무형적인 문화중심의 사회로 옮겨가고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 우리주변에서 형성되는 공간이나 물건, 사건(이벤트)등에는 어떤 이미지의, 어떤 컨셉의, 어떤 심리적 요인을 작용시키는 가 하는 점이 매우 중요해 지고 있다. 이러한 점에서 일찍부터 선진외국에서는 국가의 대표이미지를 적극적으로 활용하여 자국의 물건이나 장소 이벤트 등에 적용함으로써 국가의 긍정적 이미지를 부각시키고 이를 통해 자국민의 긍지를 높이는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 국가를 상징하는 기본이미지(국호, 국가, 국기, 국화)를 디자인 원리를 통해 일정수준 이상의 형태와 구성으로 표현 가능하도록 접근한 것이다. 각각의 개별이미지의 기본표현을 기준으로 다양한 응용모티브의 제공과 이를 활용한 상품의 사례 등을 제시하고 있으며, 이미지전개의 과정을 소개함으로써 향후 더 많은 변형과 발전의 계기를 제공하려 하였다. 이는 국가의 이미지를 국민이 자유롭게, 적극적으로 사용토록 함으로써 국가에 대한 자부심을 키우고, 국민 생활 속에서 친숙한 이미지로 자리잡을 수 있게 함으로써, 누구나 필요할 때 우리자신을 홍보할 수 있는 기본자료로 제공하려 한 것이다. 또한 외국인에게는 우리국가에 대한 정보를 제공하고 호감을 느끼게 함으로써 긍정적인 국가이미지를 형성하는데 기여코자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic characteristics of the finalists in the women's 100 m event to provide important information to coaches and athletes. Three different biomechanics techniques were applied for analyzing sprinter motion: LAVEG, a panning technique, and 12 video cameras for 3 dimensional analysis of the 40 m - 70 m portion of the race. Carmelita Jeter(USA) performed the maximum speed of 10.54 m/s at the distance of 58.2 m. There was a tendency to show a better performance time with a high number of steps (p=.13) and shorter stride length (p=.14) among the 8 sprints. Furthermore, the stride frequency and the performance time were negatively correlated as a higher stride frequency had a positive impact on the performance time (p=.02). Based on 3 dimensional analysis, the 4 top ranked sprinters used the different strategies to maintain a high COM (Center of Mass) velocity during the mid portion of the race (40 m - 70 m). Carmelita Jeter(USA) showed more flexed knee and hip motion at heel contact (HC) to maintain a high COM velocity while S.A. Fraser-Pryce (JAM) showed more extended knee and hip motion at HC. On the other hands, Veronica Campbell-Brown (JAM) and Kelly-Ann Baptiste (TRI) showed a tendency to have high knee lifts during the swing phase to maintain the high COM velocity during the race. These biomechanical analyses of the women's 100 m final event in the 2011 WC, Daegu, will provide important scientific information to coaches and athletes for understanding the sprinting mechanism of today's top-class sprinters.

The purpose of this study was to understand how consumers perceive the costs of using certain types of sales-promotions and to suggest ways in which sales-promotions should be developed to contribute to the consumers' welfare and the development of Marketing Strategy. The sufficiency of the consumers' desire was essential to new and creative sales-promotion strategy. This study investigated the perceived costs of using timely opportunity costs, extra expenses, substitution costs, uncomfortable feeling, regrets and economical and psychological satisfactions on certain types of sales-promotions such as off line, coupon, packed items, collection and on line, and event. In the study results on the perceived costs of using certain types of sales-promotions, off line sales-promotions were perceived more than substitution costs, extra expenses, regrets and on line sales-promotions were perceived more than timely opportunity costs. These results were caused by immediately using off line sales-promotions and becoming a member of on line sales-promotions. In the research result on the perceived costs of using certain types of sales-promotions and economical satisfactions, off line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with substitution costs of coupon and extra expenses, regrets of packed items and collection about economical satisfactions. On line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with extra expenses and regrets about economical satisfactions. The research results on the perceived costs of using certain types of sales-promotions and psychological satisfactions, off line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with timely opportunity costs of coupon and collection about psychological satisfactions. On line sales-promotions exhibited positive relations with substitution costs about psychological satisfactions. These results were caused by the feeling of leisure time as the consumer played games or hobbies. This study proposes an approach in the context of sales-promotion with some suggestions and thoughts.
