Recently, there has been growing interest in public participation GIS (Geographic Information System) technology that enables spontaneous public response to increasingly frequent flood and drought events. Accordingly, social and economic demands are increasing on portal services that are designed to help cope with natural hazards such as earthquakes. By focusing on a specific hazard, urban flood, this study designed a prototype of a disaster response portal and its service system. The community map developed in this study is focused on prevention and mitigation of the urban flood damage by analyzing the vulnerable areas, and providing effective means to inspect the roads and sewer systems. By considering the compatibility with VGI (Volunteered Geographic Information) portals, the study created a system environment by employing universally used open-source software programs such as Apache Tomcat, GeoServer, GeoNetwork, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS.

전화를 통해 인터넷 정보를 들을 수 있는 보이스 포탈(Voice Portal) 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. Voice Portal 서비스란 알고자 하는 정보를 Speech Recognition System에 음성으로 명령하면 전화를 통해 음성으로 원하는 정보를 듣는 서비스이다. Authentication의 절차를 수행하는 SMS (Short Message Service) 서버 Module, PSTN과 Database 서버사이의 Interface를 제공하는 CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Module, CTI 서버와 WWW (World Wide Web) 사이의 Voice XML Module, 정보를 검색하기 위한 Searching Module들이 필요하다. 본 논문은 Speech Recognition technology를 기반으로 한 CTI Module 설계를 구현하였다. 또한 인정 방식으로 Random한 일회용 password를 기반으로 한 SMS Authentication을 택하므로 더욱 더 안정된 서비스 제공을 목적으로 하였다.

The study aimed to analyze the current situation of the electronic portal of the Northern Border University, in terms of content and components, the extent of quality of use, service assurance and integrity, linguistic coverage of objective content, in addition to assessing the efficiency of the Blackboard e-learning platform and measuring the degree of safety of the portal, in addition to measuring the extent of satisfaction, through a sample that included 135 faculty members, as the researcher was keen to apply the case study methodology with the use of the questionnaire as the main tool for measurement, and the study found that there is an average trend among faculty members in the degree of content for the components of the portal and electronic security While it rose to good use, and very good at using the Blackboard platform.

KISTI-ACOMS ver. 2.0은 2005년부터 4년간 340여 학회에 보급되었고 130여 학회가 사용 중이며 여전히 사용을 희망하는 학회가 많다. 그러나 여러 학회들의 희망과 업그레이드 요청에 비해 지난 3 년간 시스템의 실질적인 개선은 이루어지지 못하였고, 그 동안 국내외의 유사한 유료 온라인 투고/심사 관리 시스템을 도입하는 학회가 생겨나기 시작하는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고품질의 과학기술 학술 정보를 저비용으로 생산 및 수집함으로써 국가적인 학술 정보 생산 비용 절감 및 품질 향상을 꾀할 수 있는 새로운 종합 포털 서비스 체계를 제안한다. 이를 위해 KISTI의 여타 서비스들과 연계된 개인용 학술활동 종합 포털 시스템과 저자들의 활동에 의해 자동적으로 구축되는 공개 인용색인 데이터베이스, 피인용 지수에 의한 학술지 평가 체계로 구성되는 새로운 종합 포털 서비스 체계를 묶어 활용하는 방법을 제시한다.

그리드 서비스는 X.509 대칭키 기반의 GSI(Grid Security Infrastructure) 환경으로 통합 인증 하는 반면에 웹 환경에서는 계정 이름과 비밀번호를 사용한 인증 방식으로 통합 인증을 한다. 그리드 포털은 그리드 서비스를 포틀릿 콘텐츠로 통합하여, 웹 환경에서 그리드 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 말하는 데, GAMA, PURSE와 같은 기존의 연구를보면 전면에서는 계정 이름과 비밀번호를 사용해서 인증하고, 후면에서는 GSI 기반으로 그리드 서비스를 호출하는 방식으로 통합 인증을 해결하였다. 기존의 연구에서는 포틀릿 프레임워크 안에서의 통합 인증만 다루고 있으므로 포틀릿 프레임워크를 벗어난 다른 형태의 어플리케이션으로는 그리드 서비스에 통합 인증으로 접근할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 계정 이름과 비밀번호의 사용을 기본으로 하되, 인증된 정보와 그리드로 접근할 때 사용할 GSI 토큰을 포틀릿과 다른 웹 어플리케이션들 사이에 전달하는 방식의 통합 인증을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방안을 포틀릿 뿐만아니라 자바 웹 스타트, 애플릿 및 서블릿 등으로 구성된 MGrid에 통합 인증을 위하여 적용하였다.

The smart grid which is called the future power system should satisfy the customers who want various choices and realtime energy price. The two-way information exchange platform for energy customers provides the infrastructure to transform today's ESP(Energy Service Provider)-centered power system operation into customer-oriented operation. It enables ESPs to provide their customers with a variety of services by communicating with various appliances in customer's premises. In this paper, the portal-based platform model for the two-way information exchange and its implementation are described.

웹기반 기업정보시스템은 다양한 애플리케이션, 콘텐츠 그리고 자료유형이 혼재되어 있어 시스템사용자의 정보처리효율과 정보해독성의 저해요인이 된다. 이러한 환경에서 보다 사용자친근성과 접근의 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 기술이 포털이며 이를 통하여 기업의 모든 정보시스템 그리고 외부시스템간의 원활한 연결을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 본고에서는 기업포털(EP)을 정보처리포털(IPP), 의사결정지원포털(DPP) 그리고 지식경영포털(EKP)로 분류하고 이를 통하여 효율적인 시스템환경을 위한 구축방법을 제시하였다. 또한 구축에 따른 기술적인 문제보다는 개념적이고 절차적인 문제에 역점을 두고 분석하였다.

The Grid'[1] means the collaboration of computing and experimental resources in dispersed organizations by high-speed network. It has been paid much attention for an unlimited number of potential resources available and the easiness to build collaborative environments among multiple disciplines. However, the difficulty in establishing the environments and accessing and utilizing the resources has prevented application scientists from conducting Grid computing. Thus, the present study focuses on building PSE(Problem Solving Environment) which assists application researchers to easily access and utilize the Grid. The Cactus toolkit, originally developed by astrophysicists, is used as a base frame for Grid PSE. Some modules are newly developed and modified for CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis. Simultaneously, a web portal, Grid-One portal, is built for remote monitoring/control and job migration. Cactus frame through the web portal service has been applied to various CFD problems, demonstrating that the developed PSE is valuable for large-scaled applications on the Grid.

본 연구는 인터넷신문의 뉴스기사 본문 페이지 구성과 뉴스기사 본문 주변 공간의 콘텐츠 유형을 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 네이버 뉴스기사 본문 페이지의 포맷은 다음, 네이트, 야후의 뉴스기사 본문 페이지보다 더 복잡하게 구성되었다. 또한 네이버는 다른 세 포털에 비해 광고 수, 광고 유형, 오락 콘텐츠, 다양한 유형의 콘텐츠가 더 높게 게재되었다. 특히 연예인 관련 뉴스기사의 게재 비율이 다른 포털사이트에 비해 높았다. 뉴스기사 본문 페이지에 뉴스기사를 가장 많이 게재한 포털사이트는 다음이었으며, 광고를 가장 적게 게재한 포털사이트는 야후였다. 그러나 전체적으로 볼 때, 이들 세 포털사이트의 뉴스기사 페이지의 포맷과 콘텐츠는 매우 유사하게 구성되었다. 결론적으로 독자들의 광고회피와 뉴스기사의 다양성 측면에서의 뉴스기사 이용의 편리성은 포털사이트의 뉴스서비스가 언론사닷컴의 뉴스서비스 보다 더 높은 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

이 논문은 문화유산기관 아카이브 포탈의 대중화와 지속적인 이용을 위해 퀄리티 포탈에 필요한 요소들을 살펴보았다. 이용자에 대한 이해가 문화유산기관 아카이브 포탈의 성공에 결정적임에도 불구하고 많은 연구가 되어오지 않은 점을 감안하여, 타 포탈들의 퀄리티 분석에 적용된 이용자 중심 평가모델들을 정리하였다. Intrinsic bias를 피하기 위해 triangulation 방법론을 선택하였으며, 이에 서비스 품질(Service Quality), 데이타 품질(Data Quality), 그리고 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model: TAM)을 분석 정리하여 문화유산기관의 아카이브 포탈에 적합한 평가모델을 제시하였다. 제시된 평가모델을 검증하기 위한 99 항목 설문도 제안하였다. 후속 연구에서는 설문의 타당성과 평가모델의 적합성이 실증적으로 검증될 계획이다.
