인터넷 카페와 홈페이지의 어문저작물 불법 전송 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Current State of Illegal Distribution of Literary Works on Internet Cafes and Homepages)

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 카페와 홈페이지의 어문저작물 불법 전송 실태를 조사${\cdot}$분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 저작권자의 권리를 보호할 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 구체적인 연구 내용은 각 사이트별로 어문저작물 불법 복제 및 불법 전송이 이루어질 수 있는 개연성을 지닌 카페나 홈페이지의 메뉴들을 조사하였고, 전체 자료수, 어문저작물 자료수, 최고조회수, 평균조회수를 파악한 후, 어문저작물의 유형을 시, 소설, 기타 등으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과, 정부나 저작권 관련 기관이 이를 법제화하여 통제를 하는 경우에 국내 어문저작물에 대한 순기능적인 인식의 확산을 저해할 요소가 있다. 하지만, 카페 및 홈페이지 운영자와 여기에 올리는 이용자 모두가 저작권에 대한 인식이 거의 없는 상황이므로 법제화 이전에 국민 계도 차원에서 단계별 교육 및 대국민 홍보를 강화할 필요성이 있다. 즉, 각각의 포털서비스 사업자가 사이트별 카페 및 홈페이지 운영자 및 이용자에 대한 저작권 관련 교육 및 시스템적 지원을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

네이버 데이터랩 검색어 트렌드 서비스를 이용한 온라인 포털에서의 한약재 검색 트렌드와 의미에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Trend and Meaning of Searching for Herbal Medicines in Online Portal Using Naver DataLab Search Trend Service)

  • Objectives : From January 2020, when the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Korea, the use of health information using the Internet is expected to increase. It is expected that there will be a significant change in the general public's interest in Korean herbal medicines for health care. Therefore, in this study, we tried to confirm the change in the search trend of Korean herbal medicines after the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods : Using the "Naver DataLab (http://datalab.naver.com)" service of a Korean portal site Naver, search volume was investigated with 606 Korean herbal medicines as keywords. The search period was from January 2020, right after the onset of COVID-19, to June 2021. The search results were sorted by the peak search volume and the total search volume. Results : 'Cheonsangap (천산갑, 穿山甲, Manitis Squama)' was the most searched Korean herbal medicine in the peak search volume and total search volume with least bias. Conclusions : The problem of supply and demand of Korean herbal medicines of high public interest was identified. Broadcasting and media exposure were the factors that had a big impact on the search volume for Korean herbal medicines. As it was confirmed that the search volume for Korean herbal medicines increased rapidly due to media exposure, it is necessary to provide correct information about Korean herbal medicines, improve public awareness, and manage stable supply and demand based on continuous search trend monitoring.

Evaluating the Effects of Dose Rate on Dynamic Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy Quality Assurance

  • Purpose: To investigate the effects of dose rate on intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) quality assurance (QA). Methods: We performed gamma tests using portal dose image prediction and log files of a multileaf collimator. Thirty treatment plans were randomly selected for the IMRT QA plan, and three verification plans for each treatment plan were generated with different dose rates (200, 400, and 600 monitor units [MU]/min). These verification plans were delivered to an electronic portal imager attached to a Varian medical linear accelerator, which recorded and compared with the planned dose. Root-mean-square (RMS) error values of the log files were also compared. Results: With an increase in dose rate, the 2%/2-mm gamma passing rate decreased from 90.9% to 85.5%, indicating that a higher dose rate was associated with lower radiation delivery accuracy. Accordingly, the average RMS error value increased from 0.0170 to 0.0381 cm as dose rate increased. In contrast, the radiation delivery time reduced from 3.83 to 1.49 minutes as the dose rate increased from 200 to 600 MU/min. Conclusions: Our results indicated that radiation delivery accuracy was lower at higher dose rates; however, the accuracy was still clinically acceptable at dose rates of up to 600 MU/min.

4차 산업혁명 시대의 비대면 국민연금서비스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Non-Facing Services of National Pension in the era of the 4th industrial revolution)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 부합하는 국민연금서비스는 어떠해야 하는가라는 문제의식으로 출발한다. 이를 위해 국내와 해외의 공공 및 민간 기관의 비대면 서비스 현황을 검토하고, 이를 바탕으로 중장기적으로 국민연금공단의 비대면 서비스를 활성화하기 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 먼저 국민연금공단의 비대면 서비스 현황과 본인인증 방식을 검토하였다. 다음으로 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 호주의 공적연금기관 및 민간기관의 비대면 공적연금서비스 현황 및 본인인증 방식을 검토하였다. 분석 결과에 기초한 시사점으로 4차 산업혁명의 국민연금서비스에 미치는 영향분석과 미래전략 도출, 업무별 비대면 신고 신청 방법의 채널 확대, 비대면 본인인증방식으로서 핀테크 도입, 연금서비스를 포함한 생활서비스를 통합적으로 관리할 인터넷통합포털 구축을 통한 서비스 채널 단일화를 제시하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 국민연금 비대면서비스의 장기적 과제로 정부민원 통합포털의 초연결성 확보, 인공지능로봇의 도입을 통한 지능화 및 자동화를 고려할 수 있다.

전자정부서비스에 대한 개인정보제공의 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Provision of Personal Information in Electronic Government Services)

  • Frequent outbreak of intrusion of private information is occurring recently not only at portal sites but also in electronic information service of public agencies. Due to these intrusions, it is observed that the citizens tend to avoid providing their private information even to the service for public agencies. Therefore, the object of this research can be explained as demonstrating the influence of the intention of provision for private information to foster the selectronic information ervice of the public agencies. In order to achieve this, this research intends to demonstrate how the experience of the intrusion of the private information affects the concern about the privacy and how the information factor from the public electronic information service has influence on the reliability toward the public. The results showed that the experience of intrusion of privacy, awareness of the danger of privacy, and the sense protection of the information from the manager at public agencies have direct influence on the concern of privacy. Meanwhile, it has been verified that the awareness of information protection of a manager, the systemicity of information protection, and the surveillance and punishment of information protection have influence on the reliability of public agencies.

인터넷 환경조경매체의 서비스 품질 및 만족도 연구 - 전문포털사이트 라펜트를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Service Quality and Satisfaction of Internet Environment Landscape Architecture Media - Focus on Korean Professional Potal Site, Lafent -)

  • The first objective of this study is to verify diverse responses of users of internet landscape architecture media to service quality. Second, the degree of value and evaluation of service users is understood. Third, the general relation between users' importance/achievement response and overall satisfaction is analyzed. Thus, the general relation between users' response and satisfaction is analyzed. It aims to contribute to the suggestion of basic data for the development of internet media in the landscape architecture area The results of this study are like following. First, there were significant differences in expect and performance responses depending on 'age' among demographic variables, and 'academic background' and 'work' among socioeconomic variables. Second, the influence of service quality on satisfaction was verified as significantly positive(+). Especially, the influence of appearance showing low importance and achievement was the most noticeably shown, so that it was analyzed as the most efficient progress. Third, the determinant of satisfaction was shown differently depending on 'age' among demographic variables and 'work' among socioeconomic variables.

  • 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 유비쿼터스 테크놀로지 도입으로 인해 제품개발, 주거, 상업시설 등에서 시작하여 최근 유비쿼터스 환경 구축의 일환으로 u-City 구현에 중점을 두고 많은 연구 진행되고 있다. 그 중 가로환경 디자인은 공공 시설로서 유비쿼터스 환경 구축의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러나, 오늘날 가로 공간은 그 수가 양적으로 팽창되었을 뿐 각각의 특색에 맞게 조성되고 있지는 못하며, 물리적 환경개선에 중점을 두어 단순한 가로정비 수준에 머물고 있다. 이로 인해 지역주민과 이용자 중심의 참여에는 부족한 면이 많았다. 이에 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 테크놀로지를 도입하여 보다 실용적이고 현실 참여적인 공간으로 디자인함으로써 새로운 u-Street 디자인을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 이와 같은 공공장소에서의 서비스가 이용자들과 어떠한 인터렉티브 커뮤니케이션을 가질 수 있을지에 대해 살펴보고 이를 디자인에 반영하여 공간이 인간과의 상호작용을 원활히 하고 감성적인 공간 디자인이 될 수 있도록 u-Service 를 개발하는 데 중점을 두고자 한다. 본 연구는 부산 광복로를 사례로 진행되었으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 측면에서 기대효과를 예측할 수 있다. 첫째, u-City 의 기반 시설로서의 u-Street는 수평적이고 친환경적인 가로 경험을 통해 사람이 직접 여러 서비스와 인터렉션할 수 있다. 둘째, 본 연구에 제안된 u-Service 는 이전 광복로의 침체되고 비활동적인 공간을 활동적이고 생동감있는 공간으로 재활성화시키는데 중요한 매개체로서의 역할을 하게 될 것이다. 셋째, 주민과 이용자들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하여 지속적인 공간을 만들어 내는 데 크게 기여할 것이다.

온라인 비즈니스의 고객가치와 재구매 의도의 관계에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Customer Value and Repurchase Intentions of Online Business)

  • Customer value is the source for competitive advantage of online businesses such as Internet shopping malls and portal service. It is important to analyze the relationship between customer value and repurchase in order to provide a guideline of successful online business. The purpose of this paper is to get answers for the following questions. First, what are key components of customer value in online business? Second, What difference exists in the importance or expectance of customer value and its current service level of online business? Finally, what influence relationships exist in customer value and repurchase intentions? Data were collected from 615 respondents who experienced purchase on the Internet shopping malls. This paper developed and empirically tested a model representing the relationships between customer value factors and repurchase intentions as well as difference between the importance of customer value and its service level. The findings here suggested that the service level of customer value was significantly lower than its importance, and customer value factors positively affected the repurchase intentions. Specifically, economy and trust/responsiveness value factors directly affected the repurchase intentions while other factors such as convenience, speed, personalization, community, and emotion value indirectly affected it through trust/responsiveness.

  • Peer-to-Peer content delivery technology recently begins to be used not only for file sharing applications such as eDonkey but also for every kind of content services. KBS, a broadcasting company in Korea, is aggressively driving to apply Peer-to-Peer technology to KBS's commercial internet video service but we found that there are two big huddles. First, end users may refuse to share their own resources for KBS's cost reduction using Peer-to-Peer content delivery technology. Second, it may cause that the number of free-riders increases and the efficiency of the overall system would fall. From commercial service provider's perspective, we have to avoid that end users have unfavorable impressions on the service and the usefulness of Peer-to-Peer technology decreases. In order to overcome these problems, we studied how to offer incentive to end users and how much incentive would be reasonable, and then applied the result to real service for verification.

국내 위암 정보에 관한 웹사이트 평가 (Evaluation of Gastric Cancer Information Web Sites in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of service and appropriateness of information provided in gastric cancer web sites. Method: The study investigated the status of the web sites retrieved when the keyword "gastric cancer" was searched on seven(7) different Internet portal sites. Among the retrieved information sites, 51 domestic websites, available on June and July 2008, were selected. They were evaluated based on two criteria, quality of service (7 items) and appropriateness of the information (11 items) on a 4-point scale($0{\sim}3$). The analysis of data was done using SPSS 12.0 PC+ program for descriptive statistics and ANOVA tests. Results: Findings revealed that the quality of service provided by the web sites had an average of $1.61{\pm}.55$. The score of information appropriateness was $.79{\pm}.64$. Among the studied websites, only 4(7.8%) scored higher than 22, placing them in the top 30%. Conclusion: This study suggests that most sites do not provide diverse types of gastric cancer-related information and that reliability is important in developing web-based programs related to gastric cancer in order to effectively promote and disseminate health information to the general public.
