한국근해 병어류의 자원생물학적 연구 6. 덕대의 자원해석과 관리 (Studies on the Fishery Biology of Pomfrets, Pampus spp. in the Korean Waters 6. Stock Assessment of Korean pomfret, Pampus echinogaster)

  • 우리나라 근해에서 어획되는 병어류의 어획물에 혼재된 "병어"와 "덕대"의 혼획비를 조사하고, 그중에서 양적으로 월등히 많은 것으로 확인된 덕대를 대상으로 실측 조사된 체급별 체장조성과 어체조사자료를 기초로 하여 자원해석을 실시하고 자원관리방안을 검토하였다. 병어류의 어획물중에서 덕대의 혼획비율은 중양비로써 $60\~70\%$를 차지하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 어획물의 체장조성은 FL 15 cm를 중심으로 한 단일 mode로 구성되고 체장조성의 연변동은 거의 없었으며, 연령조성은 1세어가 $41\~46\%$를 차지하며 다음으로 많은 조성비를 차지하는 것은 0세어로 나타났다. 현재의 자원특성치는 다음과 같이 추정되었다. 자연사망계수(M) : 0.6 어획사망계수(F) : 0.924($1986\~1988$년 값의 평균) 어장가입년령($t_r$) : 0.19 어획개시년령($t_c$) : 0.49 0세어의 어장가입률(Q) : 0.29 가입당어획이론에 의하여 이루어진 자원진단결과 어획개시연령과 어획사망의 두 가지 기준에서 볼 때 덕대의 현재 자원상태는 적정수준이하에 있으며, 어획강도의 조절에 의한 어획량증가효과는 거의 없으므로 최선의 관리방법은 어획강도의 조절보다 어획개시년령을 현재의 0.49로 부터 1.5세 부근까지 높이는 것으로 판단되었다.

생선회용 어육의 냉장 및 Partial Freezing 저장중 선도의 변화 (Freshness Changes during Iced and Partial Freezing Storage of Sashimi)

  • This study was carried out to make a comparison between iced and partial freezing of bastard, yellow tail, poragy, pomfret that were generally used for Sashimi and the results that measured k-value, VB-N, TMA-N were measured and the results are as follows : 1. Regardless of the kinds of fish, freshness is better preserved in partial freezing than in iced storage. 2. In Bastard, Yellow tail When iced its freshness estimation index its K-value rose above 20% after 4 days of storage. When stored partially frozen, its K-value reached 20% after 8 days. 3. Porgy when iced, its K-value reach 20% after 6 days of storage. But when stored partially frozen, its K-value could be prolonged until 9 days with same degree. Porge was preserved for the longest time among the four fishes. 4. Pomfret When iced during 4 days and stored partially frozen during 6 days, their K-value reached about 20% Pomfret was preserved for the shortest time among the four fishes. 5. According to the kinds of fish, the results that measured VB-N, TMA-N, total bacteria have some differences, but the method of partial freezing was superior to iced storage.

고추냉이 분말을 첨가한 병어 어묵의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Fish Cake Made with Silver Pomfret (Pampus argenteus) with Added Wasabi Powder)

  • This study was preformed to make high quality fish cake made with silver pomfret, which is one of the savory, soft and delicious fishes by adding wasabi powder (WP). WP as natural additives was added to the ratio of 0.6%, 1.2%, 1.8%, 2.4%, 3%, a color values, texture, folding test, sensory evaluation, peroxide value, TBA value, and viable cell count were analyzed. L and a value were decreased significantly by the increase of the ratio of WP. However, b value was increased. In the folding test to show the flexibility of fish cake, it was measured AA in the all samples. As the result of measuring texture, hardness was increased significantly by the addition of WP, cohesiveness was the highest in 1.8 WP and 0.6 WP, Springiness showed no significant difference among samples. However gumminess and chewiness of fish cake adding wasabi powder were significantly higher comparing with control group. In sensory evaluation, 1.8 WP had the best score in overall acceptability. Fish cakes had lower peroxide value, TBA value and viable cell count after frying compared to the one without WP. These results indicate that fish cake could be prepared by adding the WP for high quality and functionality. Consequently, wasabi can be applied as a food preservative or additive in fish cake.

고압 처리 후 가공한 반건조 병어의 품질특성과 저장성 (Quality Characteristics and Storage Stability of Semi-Dried Silver Pomfret (Pampus argenteus) Processed with Treatment of High Hydrostatic Pressure)

  • We investigated the quality characteristics and resulting sensory evaluation of semi-dried silver pomfret treated with high hydrostatic pressure (HHP) processing and brining for 14 days at 4 and $10^{\circ}C$ to evaluate the effects of treatment with HHP processing. HHP treatment and brining could cause compaction of fibers and the space between muscle. The G' values of all samples were higher than the G" values and the tan ${\delta}$ values of the tissue ranged from 0.222 to 0.251 with no further changes observed during storage. HHP treatment and brining significantly increased the total color difference, and the HHP and brine-treated group scored significantly higher than the others in terms of sensory evaluation. HHP treatment combined with brining could have a significant effect on the quality characteristics of the semi-dried products and their storage stability, and it is suggested from the results that they may have the potential to satisfy the requirements to produce commercially marketable food grade products.

  • 본 연구는 시각장애인들을 위한 대인관게 도움을 위하여, 상대방의 성별과 나이를 안내하여 주는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 다시점 얼굴 인식 방법을 채택하여, 인식장애 개선과 환경요인변화에 대처하여 성별과 나이구분, 사람 수를 카운트 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 모바일을 사용하여, 시스템에서 측정한 상대방에 관한 정보를 미리 확인할 수 있어 원활한 대인관계를 갖을 수 있도록 하였다. 제안 시스템은 안드로이드 스마트폰과 연동하여 실험되어졌으며, C++, Open CV 및 Kinect SDK를 기반으로 구현하였다.

망지를 이용한 트롤 탈출장치 개발 (Development of a Trawl Escapement Net using net material)

  • Sea experiment for this study was carried out to develop a Trawl Escapement Net(TEN) using net material to improve the survival rate of undersized fishes that escaped from trawls in the Korean southern sea in May and November, 2005. Three kinds of Trawl Escapement Net(TEN) were examined to increase the escapement rate for fishes escaped from the TEN, and total catches in the codend and cover-net were investigated. The main catch species in the experimental fishing trials using a V shape TEN(A type) in May were Korean pomfret(Pampus echinogaster), slimy(Leiognathus nuchalis), gizzard shad(Konosirus punctatus), white croaker(Pennahia argentata) and smelt(Sillago sihama). In the experimental fishing trials using a V shape TEN with a protector for undersized fishes(B type) and a panel shape TEN with a protector(C type) in November, the main catch species were horse mackerel(Trachurus japonicus), sea pike (Sphyraena japonica), large-head hairtail(Trichiurus lepturus), kammal thryssa(Thryssa kammalensis), white croaker(Pennahia argentata), butterfish(Psenopsis anomala) and red gurnard(Lepidotrigla microptera). Most of large-sized fish species like Korean pomfret and Spanish mackerel could not escape through the TEN in the B type and C type. Catches of horse mackerel were highest in the experimental fishing of November and escapement rates for most fish species including horse mackerel were higher in the C type compared with B type.

원격의료 대상의 연령 및 성별에 따른 양방향매체사용 수용의도에 관한 분석 (Analysis about U-health user acceptance intentions to use interactive service device according to gender and age differences)

  • 병원이 가깝지 못해서 혹은 사정이 넉넉하지 못해서, 혹은 병원에 갈 상황이 되지 못해서 병원에 가지 못하는 많은 사람들을 위해서는 보다, 환자의 입장에서 편리한 방법으로 진료를 하거나, 혹은 자가 치료, 자가 진단을 할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 그와 같은 원격의료를 하기 위해서는 의료가 실시 되는 기기의 수용의도가 중요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 원격의료를 위한 사용자(환자) 수용의도를 높이기 위해 요인관계를 분석하기 위하여 실시하였다. 총 299명에 설문에 참여하였으며, 15세~20세: 58명, 30대:86명, 40대:96명, 50대:59명이 참석하였으며 기술수용모델을 적용하였다. 연구는 원격의료에 사용되어지는 것이 가능한 양방향서비스기기 -IPTV, PC, 스마트폰(패드포함)-을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 연령 및 성별에 따라 사용의도가 크게 차이가 남을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 매체자체에 대한 사용의도가 원격의료 수용의도에 큰 영향을 줌을 확인할 수 있었다.

New Record of the Bigtooth Pomfret Brama orcini (Pisces: Bramidae) from Korea

  • A single specimen of Brama orcini (267.0 mm standard length, SL), belonging to the family Bramidae, was collected by purse seine from Jeju Strait, Korea, in December 2013. The specimen is characterized by having 16 gill rakers, 54 lateral line scales, and 36 vertebrae. B. orcini is distinguished from the most similar species, Brama japonica, by the number of lateral line scales (52-54 in B. orcini vs. 65-75 in B. japonica). We propose a new Korean name "Keun-bi-neul-sae-da-rae" for B. orcini.

  • Two specimens of Taractes rubescens (family Bramidea) were collected from Busan and Pohang, Korea, between 2015 and 2016. Taractes rubescens was very similar to Taractes asper, but the two species are clearly distinguishable by the number of anal fin rays (21-23 in T. rubescens vs. 25-27 in T. asper) and the presence of a lateral caudal keel (present in T. rubescens vs. absent in T. asper). The mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit I sequences of the specimens described in this paper perfectly matched those of T. rubescens, but differed from those of T. asper (genetic distance: 6.9%). We use the Korean common name proposed by Kim and Ryu (2017) for T. rubescens, "Geom-eun-sae-da-rae".

  • 1987년 $1\~2$월에 걸쳐 동지나해에서 대형기저쌍끌이어업에 의해 어획된 덕대를 대상으로 연령, 성장에 관하여 조사하였다. 연령사정은 추체로 하였으며, 추체경에 대한 연역지수에 의한 윤문의 형성은 $9\~10$월에 걸쳐 연1회 형성되었다. 추체경(R)에 대한 체장(FL)과의 관계는 암컷 : $FL=8.8262R^{0.7709}$ 수컷 ; $FL=8.9676R^{0.7976}$ 전체 ; $FL=8.7883R^{0.7681}$과 같다. 체장(FL)에 대한 체중(BW)과의 관계는 암컷 : $BW=0.0093FL^{3.3795}$ 수컷 ; $BW=0.0081FL^{3.4153}$ 전체 : $BW=0.0084FL^{3.4125}$와 같다. 연령(t)에 대한 체장($L_t$)의 버틀란피 성장식은 암컷 : $$L_t=29.17(1-e xp(-0.3213(t+0.7601)))$$ 수컷 ; $$L_t= 28.21(1-e xp(-0.3L69(t+0.8284)))$$ 전체 : $$L_t=29.00(1-e xp(-0.3228(t+0.7361)))$$와 같다. 연령(t)에 대한 체중($W_t$)의 버틀란피 성장식은 암컷; $$W_t=829.4(1-e xp(-0.3213(t+0.7601)))^{3.3795}$$ 수컷; $$W_t=747.6(1-e xp(-0.3169(t+0.8284)))^{3.4154}$$ 전체 : $$W_t=816.8(1-e xp(-0.3228(t+ 0.7361)))^{3.4125}$$와 같다. 월별 연령별 평균체장($L_t$)에 대한 주기변동 버틀란피 성장식은 암컷 : $$L_t=29.2(1-e xp(-0.3458(t+0.8182)+(0.3458/2\pi) sin2\pi(t+0.027)))$$ 수컷 : $$L_t=28.2(1-e xp(-0.2789(t+1.5193)+(0.2789/2\pi) sin2\pi(t-0.1062)))$$와 같다.
