Purpose: This study mainly aims to investigate the connection between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of bank employee. Another objective of this study is to check out the mediating impact of perceived organizational politics of bank personnel on the connection between their job happiness and citizenship behavior. Research design, data and methodology: Snowball sampling is utilized in this study, which is done among bank personnel at different public and private banks across north-eastern region of Bangladesh as well as information is accumulated through the use of a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. IBM SPSS v22, Andrew F. Hayes process macro v3.5 and SmartPLS 3 are used to complete descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study results explore that employees' political perception has a negative influence on organizational citizenship behavior where bank employees' job happiness has a positive impact on structural citizenship manners and negative impact on perceived organizational politics. Surprisingly, perceptions of organizational politics were found to have an insignificant mediating effect on the connection between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusions: The present study reveals that satisfied bank personnel shows positive and constructive actions toward their organization where their political perception has an insignificant mediation.

This study investigates the moderation effect that organizational trust had on the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and organizational commitment, intention to turnover, organizational citizenship behavior by analyzing the empirical data of 716 personnels collected from university hospital in Korea. We hypothesized that perceptions of organizational politics would tended to negatively related to a high level of organizational commitment and intention to turnover, organizational citizenship behaviors, and that organizational trust would moderate the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and outcomes. These results suggest that organizational politics of perceptions had negative impacts on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors, while perceptions of organizational politics had positive impact on intention to turnover. Furthermore, the level of organizational trust moderated the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and outcomes. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendation for future research and practice are provided.

본 연구는 조직구성원 개인의 정치지각에 초점을 맞추어 조직내 정치행위에 대한 구성원의 인식이 직무태도와 어떠한 관련성을 갖고 있는지를 실증분석함으로써 조직정치 현상에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 조직정치에 대한 선행연구들을 토대로 연구모델 및 가설을 도출하였으며, 전국 51개 육군 부대에 근무하는 초급간부 이상을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과 구성원들의 조직내 정치행위에 대한 지각은 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사에 대한 신뢰는 조직정치지각과 조직시민행동간의 관계에 있어서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 조직 내 타인이나 자신의 조직에 대한 웰빙(wellbeing: 건전성)을 고려하지 않고 자신의 이익을 위해 목표를 지향하는 개인의 행동인 조직정치행동에 대한 구성원들의 지각이 개인의 태도 및 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 조직정치지각과 결과와의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하였고, 직무스트레스의 관계에 있어 절차공정성의 조절효과를 조사하였다. 서구에서 생성된 조직정치지각이 중국 조직 환경에서 구성원에게 영향을 주는가를 입증하기 위하여 중국 사천성(四川省)의 중소기업 종업원 353명을 대상으로 조사와 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 조직정치지각이 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향, 조직시민행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조직정치지각과 이직의도 및 조직시민행동의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 확인하였고, 조직정치지각과 직무스트레스의 관계에 있어 절차공정성의 조절효과를 발견하였다. 그리고 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 글로벌 시장 HR정책에서 각 조직정치 지각 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

이 글에서는 '과학기술에 대한 시민의식 조사' 자료 분석을 통해 4대강 사업에 관한 시민의식의 변화, 특히 시민의 전문가 신뢰의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 '전문지식 정치'의 변화 양상을 이해해보고자 했다. 조사결과로 정부와 찬성 측 전문가의 신뢰도가 하락한 반면에, 반대 측 전문가, 환경단체의 신뢰도는 유지되거나 약간 상승하였다. 이것은 4대강 사업이 전문지식을 둘러싼 정치적 대결의 장이라는 사실을 보여준다. 정부의 4대강 사업 정책결정 과정은 그 타당성을 둘러싼 과학기술적 전문지식권력의 활용과 관련되어 있다는 점에서 전문지식 정치의 관점에서 살펴볼 수 있는 것이다. 한편 4대강 사업과 같이 전문가의 전문지식의 영향이 큰 과학기술적 생태적 쟁점과 관련하여, 시민들의 관심이 높고 또 이러한 사업이 일상생활에 영향을 미친다는 생각이 큰 것은 시민들의 권리의식이 높아진 결과라고 할 수 있다. 이와 함께 정책결정 과정에의 참여 필요성에 대한 생각이나 실제적인 참여 의향이 적지 않은 것은 과학기술 시민자격, 특히 '시민자격-책무 덕성'의 발달에 기인한다고 해석할 수 있다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational politics on employees' social network service addiction and how it influences their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study explores if leader-member exchange can moderate the relationship between organizational politics and social network service addiction. Research, design, data, and methodology - For this, this study collected data from 305 employees in Korean companies through a survey method and uses SPSS 18.0 for hierarchical regression analysis in the hypothesis test. Results - First, organizational politics increases immersion, compulsion and association among the sub-factors of social network service addiction. Second, each phenomena of social network service addiction such as salience, compulsion and association decrease each relevant factors of job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior. Third, compulsion and association among the sub-factors of social network service addiction play the mediating roles between organizational politics and each relevant factors of job satisfaction/organizational citizen behavior. Finally, some of sub-factors of leader-member exchange decrease the effect of each characteristics of organizational politics on immersion, compulsion and association among the sub-factors of social network service addiction. Conclusions - This study provides some of managerial implications to corporate executives who try to manage organizational attitude.

In United States black mothers have consistently been treated as national outsiders, as women whose children, although ostensibly entitled to full citizenship, are in practice rarely provided with equal protection within the nation′s borders or under its laws. From the time he began writing in the aftermath of the failures of national Reconstruction, the African American public intellectual and political activist W. E. B. Du Bois realized that a truly effective anti-racist politics would also have to contend with the particular ways in which U.S. racism targeted black mothers. In short, he understood that an effective anti-racism would necessarily have to be a form of anti-sexism. This article examines the myriad ways in which Du Bois attempted to reconstruct the relationship between race and reproduction in the interest of producing anti-racist, anti-nationalist, as well as internationalist thinking. In so doing it treats the various representations of black maternity and child birth that Du Bois created, and elaborates on the rhetorical and political function of these representations in combating the racialization of national belonging on the one hand, and in articulating universal black citizenship, or what this article theorizes as racial globality on the other. The article begins by considering Du Bois′s attempts to transcend ideas about the racialized reproductive body as a source of national belonging within the United States, particularly his efforts to contest the idea of the reconstructing nation as a white nation reproduced exclusively by white women. Through analysis of Du Bois′s depiction of the birth and death of his son in his monumental work The Souls of Black Folk (1903) it demonstrates his reluctance to build an anti-racist politics founded on the idea that belonging within the nation is something that can be bestowed by one′s mother. The article proceeds by turning to Du Bois less well-known romantic novel, Dark Princess (1928) in which, by contrast, he depicts the birth of a "golden chi1d" who belongs not only within the United States, but within the world. This child, the son of an African American man and an Indian Princess, is cast as a messenger and messiah of a utopian alliance between pan-Asia and pan-Africa. In exploring the relationship between these two reproductive portraits, the article moves from a discussion of Du Bois′s critique of the ideological construction of the U.S. as a white nation reproduced by white progenitors, to an examination the literary figuration of a b1aek mother out of whose womb a black diasporic anti-imperialist alliance springs. In contrast to previous scholarship, which has tended to focus on the critique of U.S. racial nationalism that Du Bois expressed in his early work, or on the internationalism that he later embraced, this article pays close attention to how Du Bois′s anti-nationalist and internationalist politics together subtended by subtle, but constitutive, sexual politics.

이 글은 <과학기술에 대한 시민의식조사>의 결과를 분석하여 한국사회에서 과학기술 시티즌십, 전문지식권력, 거버넌스의 전반적 경향성과 특징을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 과학기술 시티즌십의 현주소를 진단하고, 그 미래를 전망하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 설문조사 대상으로 선정된 13개의 이슈 중 11개를 생식기술, 원자력, 기후변화와 에너지, 식품위험, 정보통신 등 5개 세부 분야로 묶고, 각 분야의 경향성과 특징을 분석한 후, 해석과 함께 그 함의를 도출하고 있다. 그런 다음, 각 분야에서 이루어진 분석결과를 토대로 전반적 경향성을 모두 여섯 가지로 종합하고 있다. 결론에서는 앞선 분석과 해석을 바탕으로 과학기술 시티즌십의 미래를 전망하고 있다.

본 논문은 인도네시아 공화국 성립 이후부터 현재에 이르기까지의 국민윤리교육의 목표 및 정치문화 변동을 알아보기 위해 작성되었다. 수카르노와 수하르토 정권은 국가철학인 빤짜실라(Pancasila)를 교육의 철학적 기반으로 삼아 자유주의를 거부하고 공동체주의적 시민관을 강조하였다. 빤짜실라의 담론을 통한 국민윤리교육은 강도 높게 대중을 억압하기 위한 목적의 정치교육이라 할 수 있다. 이후 자유민주주의 시대에 본격적으로 민주국민윤리교육이 실시되기 시작하였는데, 이 교육에서는 대폭 확대된 시민의 권리, 활발한 대중의 정치 참여, 민주시민 및 세계 시민으로서의 역할과 의무에 대해 다루고 있다. 그러나 여전히 빤짜실라는 자유민주주의와 더불어 국민윤리교육을 지지하는 주요한 교육의 철학적 기반의 하나로 기능하고 있는데, 이것은 세계화와 지방분권화 추세 속에서 빤짜실라의 담론을 통하여 공동체주의를 함양하여 지나친 자유주의로 인해 발생할 수 있는 로칼 권력과 세계경제의 무책임하고 비민주적 행태를 조정하기 위한 목적으로 분석된다.
