The current national pension system tends to be sexually discriminatory in that it excludes elderly women. It is because the system is based on family incomes usually earned by men. Considering structural changes in a family - for example, a growing divorce rate, an increasing number of unmarried couples living together, and broken families - and socio-economic changes - such as an improved level of women's education and more female participation in economic activities, this paper will make some suggestions as follows: 1) to introduce basic pension system which guarantees incomes for the elderly with "one pension per person" policy; 2) to enlarge voluntary enrollment; 3) to implement pension credit system which pays women allowances for childbirth and upbringing; 4) to improve ways of allotting retirement pension of a husband; also to provide for an elderly woman both divided pension that derives from her husband's pension and an old-age pension of her own.

The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

Material is enabling technology that creates the product performance and the service of most industrial sectors and fields of technology. However, compared to the other fields such as IT, BT, and NT etc., relatively little attention has been paid to the research on strategy and innovation of materials technology. This bias should have resulted in the misfit of policy and less than enough investment in materials innovation. This paper discusses the characteristics, process, and future of the materials innovation. The process and status of materials technology in Korea are analyzed based on the discussions above. Finally, some suggestions for R＆D strategies of Korea are presented on the basis of the nature, trend and barriers of materials innovation.

Recently reliability Improvement and certification are considered as important issues by world-wide leading and highly qualified companies in advanced countries. In Korea, from a few years ago, the policy for reliability certification newly has been driven to improve product competitiveness in part and material industry. As yet the reliability certification is local and domestic, it is necessary to develop local certification system to global certification system. Reliability certification system is composed of accreditation body, testing laboratory and reliability assurance. In this paper, we review the reliability certification system and its application in Korea and the current research trends in advanced countries. Finally we propose some suggestions for the eliability certification system to be an international standard.

This research is to establish a theme-type organic edu-farm model and provide ways to practically apply it so as to vitalize urban-rural exchange through the emerging concept of green tourism. This research also traces the practical development of organic edu-farm programs. Organic edu-farm(OEF) should be some of the ideas to develop organic agriculture resources according to the local features, and learn by direct and actual experience a life of organic farm. A few policy suggestions to put OEF model in practical use are proposed. What the state needs to do through direct involvement are to put efforts at demand expansion on organic farm products, to clean and beautify the green rural environmental settings, to build more urban-rural exchange facilities. What is more important, however, is financial support, to create the network and to develop program contents for each OEF operation unit. The OEF model proposed in this research will be applied as a relevant reference in planning and realizing sustainable green tourism at the village level.

Consumer information influences purchasing behavior; however, less is known about the relationship in the credit market. Credit markets offer consumers a complex array of different products when choosing mortgages. The current study examines whether borrowers search for the very best terms when making major decisions about borrowing money or obtaining credit as well as explores the relation between consumer information seeking and the cost of credit. This study demonstrates the existence of price dispersion between those who made an extensive information seeking and those who did not. When controlling for the proxies of creditworthiness and demographics of the respondents, it is found that those who made a great deal of information seeking tend to have lower mortgage rates than those who made almost no information seeking. This study offers financial educators and policy makers suggestions on how to help consumers make better financial decisions.

This study examined the existing issues and current status of how to best approach the establishment of railroad asset of the corporation in the long run. It also explored some preventative measures for further problems. Based on the law of state property and related railroad statutes, the research referred to basic plans for railroad management of Korea Rail Network Authority, the outcome of file research, handbook of asset management, guidelines and policy of Ministry of Finance and Economy for state property management, recommendations of the Board of Audit and Inspection and fact-finding research of state property (miscellaneous properties). The findings are making a few suggestions on the service of the Korea Rail Network Authority and Korail.

In this study it is aimed to find out the relationship between the effective factors on learning motivation of the digital textbook. To carry on such exploration the learning motivation theory of Keller has been taken as the theoretical background. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 310 students who took the digital textbook class in the computer-mediated environment. It is compared and verified whether the factors causing learning motivation of the ARCS model embedded in the offline class influence on learner's motivation and achievement. With the outcomes, it has been tried to find out some practical suggestions for the achievement of the digital textbook. The results of the data show that the learning motivation of the digital textbook is significantly influence on the learning achievement.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the trends of Policies and law related to web accessibility in developed countries such as U.S, U.K, Australia, Japan and EU and then propose polices to improve web accessibility in Korea. The results of the paper are as follows ; First, the awareness promotion programs, i.e seminars, campaigns, contests, etc., should be provided. Second, Korean standards and guidelines which have specific information should be made to improve web accessibility. Third, Web accessibility specialist should be trained. Finally, Law and regulation related to web accessibility should be amended as the Section 508.

Many social commerce companies are being established and the market for social commerce is also developing quickly. In this study, the utilization, satisfaction, repurchase and recommendation intentions of social commerce consumption were studied, followed by an analysis of different factors that influence repurchase and recommendation intentions. The results of this study are as follows: first, the satisfaction of social commerce products was in the mid-range, with results being consistent across the range of social commerce companies. Secondly, there was a correlation between satisfaction associated with social commerce and repurchase and recommendation intention. Thirdly, there was a correlation between the level of satisfaction and demographic characteristics. Based on the research findings, suggestions are presented for improving consumer policy and education.
