심리적 임파워먼트와 조직지원이 종합병원 직원들의 혁신적 업무행동에 미치는 영향 (Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Supports, and Innovative Work Behavior of General Hospital Employees)

  • In the model tested here, individual innovative work behavior is considered as the outcome of two antecedent factors-empowerment and organizational supports. The relationships between those variables and innovative work behavior are analyzed form the data collected through a questionnaire survey of 389 employees in five general hospitals. Results of multiple regression analyses show that three dimensions of empowerment-meaning, competence, and impact, and supports from organizational culture have significant effects on innovative work behavior whereas the effects of choice dimension of empowerment and managerial supports are not significant. These results emphasize the importance of empowerment and innovation oriented organizational culture for individual members' innovative work behavior. Theoretical and practical Implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

  • Injury has now replaced disease as the biggest single cause of death in children after their first birthday. Each month one child dies from preventable, unintentional injury and the medical cost of these injury is increasing remarkably. It is necessary to develop injury prevention system to manage, evaluate and analysis the information about accident. This resource manual developed as a result of literature review of child care safety project which is based on the Kidsafe Tasmanian Division in Australia and the other resources. The purposes of this study is to; 1. Develop model to enable services to focus on injury prevention 2. Develop standardized child care injury report form 3. Develop home safety checklist 4. Development of injury prevention policies The suggestions to develop injury prevention policies : 1. detail analysis of injury occurrence 2. investigation of known intervention and their effectiveness 3. analysis of policy environment 4. development of policy on implementation of intervention 5. develop protocol and materials to develop an injury prevention focus 6. increase knowledge and awareness among staff and parents of where injuries were occurring and develop.

바이오칩 연구동향과 대응방안 (A Trend of Studies on Biochip Technologies and Policy Options for Korea)

  • Biochip, that is a fusion of BT/IT/NT, is the fundamental technology of bio-engineering in Post-genome Era. It is not only the tool to analyze the huge bio-informations but also the technology necessary for screening of new medicine and medical examination. Except some technological fields, biochip area has a good chance of occupying advantageous position in the world technology community by early aggressive investment, because a new access to this technology is possible without a past imitation process. This study is to analyze the trend of development of domestic and foreign biochip technology and its current market status. Finally it presents some suggestions for the government policy considering the possibility of its development in Korea.

종합병원 간호사들의 노동보상과 직업몰입에 관한 연구 (Work Rewards and Occupational Commitment of Hospital Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the determinants of occupational commitment of hospital nurses. For this study, a causal model of occupational commitment of hospital nurses was constructed based on the exchange theory. The sample of this study consisted of 329 nurses from S general hospitals located in Seoul and south-eastern area of Korea. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression. It was found that four task reward variables(variety, significance, workload and resource inadequacy), one social reward variable(supervisory support) and two organizational reward variables(promotional chances and pay) had significant net effect on hospital nurses' occupational commitment. The implications of these findings were discussed and the suggestions for future research wert advanced.

  • Healthcare optimization is mandatory to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic healthcare industry. Healthcare optimization aims to increase service quality, patient safety, and system efficiency. This paper reviews various healthcare optimization cases of developed countries, synopsizes the current status of domestic healthcare industry, points out several reasons why healthcare optimization is not active in Korea, and suggests some vitalization ways.

Empirical Analysis of Starting Salaries of College Graduates based on Their University-Industry Cooperation Activities

  • Fifteen years have passed since the enactment of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, which promoted industry cooperation activities for universities. Therefore, the study analyzes the relationship between the university's industrial cooperation activities and the college graduates' starting salaries and provides policy suggestions on improving the direction of university-industry cooperation. The study used nine-year panel data from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey (GOMS) to conduct an empirical analysis and found that starting salaries of college graduates were not significantly higher if the university only participated in basic industry cooperation activities. On the other hand, when the quality of university-industry cooperation activities was higher, such as job search support, the starting salary of college graduates was higher. The findings suggest that university-industry cooperation activities must focus on qualitative performances rather than quantitative approaches.

The Relationship Between Life-Learning Competency and Self-Directed Learning Ability, Problem-Solving Ability, and Academic Achievement of University Students in the Context of Higher Education

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether respondents showed gender differences in life- learning competency, self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability, and academic achievement and to identify relationships among variables of university students in the context of higher education. To address those goal, the data set was analyzed that nationally collected from Korea Youth Competency Measurement and International Comparative Research III by National Youth Policy Institute in South Korea. 680 samples were used in the study that were 343 males and 337 females of university students. As results, statistically significant difference was showed in the participants' gender. Male university students were higher score than female university students in All variables. Also, learning agility in life-learning competency was strongly related to self-directed learning ability and problem-solving. Thinking skills in life-learning competency was strongly related to academic achievement in university students in higher education. In terms of learning strategy in the context of higher education, some suggestions have been made for university students.

  • 정부에서 지원하는 소상공인 정책의 변화 필요성을 정책자금, 창업 및 경영 교육, 컨설팅 및 기타 서비스의 측면으로 살펴보고, 현재 소상공인의 실정에 맞는 정책의 변화 체계를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정부의 지원정책이 소상공인의 기업 경영에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 특성을 고려하여 소상공인 정책에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 현실에 맞는 소상공인 정책의 변화 필요성의 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 소상공인시장진흥공단에서 시행되는 소상공인 정책의 운영 현황을 먼저 살펴본 후, 창업 한 소상공인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 현실에 맞는 소상공인 정책 변화의 필요성을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 소상공인 정책 패러다임의 변화를 위한 기준을 제시했다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 소상공인 정책 중 창업 교육 및 정책과 관련하여 연구 범위를 확대하여 소상공인 창업 활성화 방안에 대한 지속적인 연구가 진행되어야 한다.

산업클러스터, 창조경제를 위한 정책수단으로의 가능성 (Industrial Cluster: Still a Valid Policy Tool for the Creative Economy in Korea?)

  • 이 논문은 지난 10여 년간 우리나라가 채택한 산업클러스터 정책의 평가에 기초하여, 이 정책이 창조경제 실현을 목표로 하는 시대에서도 유효한 정책이 될 수 있을 것인지를 검토하고 향후 정책방향을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 그동안의 산업클러스터 정책은 산 학 연 네트워킹의 개선과 혁신기반의 강화로 생산성 증가에 기여했지만, 정부 주도의 인위적 클러스터 만들기 정책으로 인해 개방적이고 유연한 클러스터의 발전이 이루어지지 못한 문제가 있었다. 산업클러스터는 창의성에 의한 혁신 유발과 가치창출이라는 창조경제의 선순환에 기여할 것으로 보았다. 그 효과를 극대화하기 위한 향후 정책방향으로서 지리적 집중과 상호 연계라는 클러스터의 본질에 충실할 것, 창조성이 보장되는 클러스터를 만들 것, 국지적-세계적 전략을 결합한 다중 스케일의 산업클러스터를 지향할 것, 지역정책과 산업정책 부문 간의 정합성을 확보할 것 등이 제안된다.

영아 무상보육 정책 분석 (A Study on the Policy for Free Child Care for 0-2 Year old Children)

  • 본 연구는 정부의 영아 무상보육 정책과 관련된 논란과 쟁점을 정리 분석하고 향후 우리나라 0~2세 영아보육 정책이 나아가야 할 발전방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해서 그동안 정부에 의해 발표된 영아 보육정책과 영아보육 통계 그리고 2012년 영아 무상보육과 관련된 일간지의 기사 등의 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 출산휴가와 육아휴직제도의 안정적인 실시, 맞벌이 부부에 대한 보육료 지원의 형펑성 확보, 양육보조금의 현실화, 부모의 어린이집 선택권 확대, 소규모 가정보육제도의 도입, 그리고 영아발달에 대한 지식과 육아정보의 제공 등을 영아보육정책의 발전방안으로 제안하였다. 본 연구의 제안은 영유아의 요구와 필요를 최우선적으로 고려하고 부모의 요구에 부합하는 실효성 있는 영아보육정책을 개발 실행하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
