This study accomplished technology improvement assessment of Gashydrate R&D project using ANP method which can deal with the sophisticated decisions involving a variety of interactions and dependencies. Criteria were selected by consultation and questionnaires with experts in four technology parts of gas hydrate project, and then the network was formed from relation with criteria and alternatives. As the result of analysis, the weight matrix was derived and the various relation in the network was able to be verified. The analysis was accomplished with four technology parts - geophysical exploration technology, geological and geochemical technology, analysis of deep-drill cores and stability technology, production technology - and the 'reliability' criterion ranked the highest of all parts. The rank of other criteria and the result of technology improvement assessment reflected the level of each technology. Thus, the result of this study will contribute to policy decision-making for developing and evaluating gas hydrate technology and other R&D projects.

Korean cartoons, seeking an exit from economic distress, naturally entered the era of webtoons as the Internet arose in early 2,000s. Webtoons, a new concept of cartoon, are drawn mostly by oneself, whereas cartoons before were drawn with the help of many apprentices. This research demonstrates that webtoon artists are required to use many programs and fully understand the Internet environment in order to draw webtoons. This tough conditions pose many problems for an artist who should draw well and quickly under the circumstances. We are now at a stage where a simple webtoon program is needed and will go over alternatives. I have researched characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of webtoon's core programs such as Photoshop, Comicstudio, Cytool, and Clipstudio, and what would be the optimal functions for webtoons. I offer new programs that are optimized for story cartoons that can be utilized with webtoons.

From the perspective of the artist who produces modern ornaments, I wanted to see the future of modern ornaments in the hyperconnected era. I would like to find a practical way of converging information communication technology, which is one of them, and applying nfc tag among them. For the practical approach, after looking at the actual examples of commercial ring products using nfc tag technology, I tried to find a practical method that can be applied to modern ornaments produced in the workshop. As a result, two realistic alternatives were drawn: the investment method, which is free to converge, but has limited technical utilization, and an assembly method that requires high convergence from the design planning stage. After then, to know investment methods, have been produced that may have problems with real applications. I made a real sample, not a concept, to explain the technical factors and precautions necessary for applying nfc technology.

This study analyzes the effects of caring for grandchildren on Korean grandparents' health, using the Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging from 2006 to 2012. We investigate how caregiving is provided and analyze the effects of caregiving on grandparents' physical health, mental health, and health-related behaviors. As elderly people's health is generally frail, it is unclear whether the provision of childcare affects their health negatively. We control for the endogeneity of caregiving by an individual fixed effect (FE) model and instrumental variable-fixed effect (FE-IV) models. Using these models, we determine the endogeneity of caregiving and show that the significant effects of caregiving on health disappear as we control for endogeneity in the FE and FE-IV models. Even after controlling for endogeneity, we find that caregiving increases the probability of feeling pain as well as the number of different types of pain. Furthermore, caregiving increases the probability of restrictions on daily activities because of pain. On the other hand, caregiving reduces the symptoms of depression. In relation to health-related behaviors, caregiving reduces the probability of physical exercise and regular meals. Our results imply that although caregiving has a positive effect on mental health, the increase in physical pain and in non-healthy behaviors may lead to a deterioration of the caregiver's long-term health, which in turn may increase the medical costs of the elderly. Potential policy alternatives are discussed in the paper.

Since the cut-down of the purchasing price of the feed in tariff(FIT) in 2008, the numbers of photovoltaic projects get decreased, contrary to investment expansion policy of government on renewable energy. The root cause of the decrease is the irrationality of the current purchasing price structure of FIT as well as the adversity of fund raising due to the global financial crisis. This study proposes the FIT calculating model (Cost & Benefit Risk Based Purchase Price Process : CBRP3) reflecting the fluctuation of cost and benefit risks. The first step is to establish the photovoltaic generation alternatives, and to calculate each distribution data of the investment and the power generation quantity. The FIT for each alternative is, then, assessed through simulations. Finally the proposed FIT scheme is compared to the present FIT scheme and future study subjects are derived.

This study corresponds to an exploratory survey that identifies and organizes important decision factors for establishing R&D strategic portfolio in the application of digitalized Korean human-dataset. In the case of countries that have performed the above, the digitalized human-dataset and its visualization application development research are regarded as strategic R&D projects selected and supervised in national level. To achieve the goal of this study, we organize a professional group that reviews articles, suggests research topics, considers alternatives and answers questionnaires. With this study, we draw and refine the detailed factors; these are reflected during a strategic planning phase that includes R&D vision setting, SWOT analysis and strategy development, research area and project selection. In addition to this contribution for supporting the strategic planning, the study also shows the detailed research area's definition/scope and their priorities in terms of importance and urgency. This addition will act as a guideline for investigating further research and as a framework for assessing the current status of research investment.

This paper focuses on the history of fisheries finance in Korea, especially the role of fisheries finance after the establishments of korean fisheries cooperative. We can say that our fisheries was influenced greatly by the fisheries finance. It may be preyed by the facts that our fisheries experienced a great growth right after the input of big fisheries finance. The products of fisheries has increased from 1962 to now And the structure of the fisheries has improved. But there were unequal development in the each sectors of fisheries. Though the deep sea fishery and farming has developed faster, coastal fishing that are absorbing nearly 90% of fisheries population has stagnated. Of course it was because of unequal financial assistance by Authority. So to improve fisheries evenly, it is very important to overcome various problems that have encountered including the new circumstances like the WTO. For this, lots of steps should be taken. They can be summarized as follows. 1) It may be inevitable to see a rising costs in the deep sea fishery because of the declaration of EEZ by almost every nation. 2) So coastal fishing should be getting more important. It is necessary to improve the structure of coastal fishing and we should be ready to prepare various alternatives far self-sustained growth in coastal fishing. 3) Especially fisheries finance should play more active role. 4) Self-sustainable growth means a fishery with full compatability. For full compatability it is necessary to give financial supports far making fishing ground and equipping anti-pollution system and labour saving apparatus etc. 5) Also to raise the ratio of self-support in fisheries products it is necessary to give financial support to traditional financial system. 6) Moreover it is necessary to guide utilization of finance supplied. For this the committee that is consists of professional people in that field is strongly asked. This committee should be entitled to decide and coordinate the selection of projects, allocation of finance, method of utilization and evaluation of projects etc.

The government announced a number of policy on service industries and pushing. over the past 10 years. Important role in the service industry is a very large degree job creation, as well as employment impacts have had a stable employment skills. In June 2015 the Bureau of Statistics released the youth unemployment rate (15~29 years) showed a 10.2%. The service industry is recognized as one of the alternatives that can overcome the deteriorating economic situation this way. Is there a difference between industry by type what performance management is applied when this service was variable with a GWP of Korean? Can GWP variables are variables which are more important to recognize the service industry? GWP variables having a certain impact on the activities of the member teamwork, job involvement has what effect on? And the impact on business performance relationship who only proven case studies whilst also want to empirical verification.

This study empirically investigates how the switching barriers influence the consumer's perceived intention to change his or her current favorite internet shopping mall. Drawing from switching cost theory, variables pertaining to trust, shopping mall service quality, product price, web page quality, switching barriers were examined to examine the consumer's behavioral intention to switch to another shopping mall. The interaction effect of consumer involvement was also included in the research model. The results of the study report that customer satisfaction and switching cost influence shopping switching intention, while the effect of attractiveness of the shopping mall was not significant in the statistical analysis. Furthermore, a moderating effect of consumer involvement was not found significant in the PLS analysis. The study demonstrates the shopping mall owners try to increase the customer's overall satisfaction and raise the switching barrier by providing mileage advantages, for instance.

Applicable life cycle phase in midlife baby boomers. These, as well as support one parent without the loss of stable employment and income-based children's education and their retirement should be ready at the same time to double, triple economic burdened. Recently in the preparation of these non-retirement and retirement is a major concern. This study we want to look at the characteristics of the baby boomer generation, retirement life planning education status of the country and abroad, retirement life planning program to revitalize the aging of the baby boomer generation life design education. Retirement life planning for raising awareness and design education in the baby boomer life, specifically, how to realize how microscopic analysis to explore the policy and practical alternatives.
