This paper, we present the evaluation of outage probability on the SNR under the overlapped carrier allocation scheme in the reverse link with imperfect power control of a cellular CDMA system, which is base on using Gaussian approximation. In numerical results, the band limited pulse generated by square-root of raised consin pulse shaping filters (SRRC) of the transmitted signal is investigated and compared in conventional FD/CDMA and OC-CDMA of the outage probability. It will be also show that the outage probability can be improved by overlapping of carriers. We use error statistics to model the intra-cell interference and evaluate the impact of different mobiles velocity and number of resolvable paths on the system performance.

Internet has become an important part of teenagers' life and has changed the life style of teenagers. Internet can be an useful tool for educating teenagers and also can be misused as a cyberspace for social problems. Recognizing that teenagers spend most of their free time enjoying internet and they form their own new life culture, it is needed to develop practical strategies for maximizing the positive effect of internet on the teenagers' culture. The purpose of this research is to suggest a desirable way for forming teenagers' healthy internet-based culture. The research was conducted by the survey of teenagers in the city of Pyongtaek on their use of internet and their problems The survey shows that most of teenagers are using internet in order to release the stress and most of them are hooked on it. It also indicates that cyber police and volunteer groups should be formed to help the desirable teenagers' internet-based culture.

$\ulcorner$Ministry Of Maritime Affairs And Fisheries$\lrcorner$was established on 8 August 1996 by emerging ex-$\ulcorner$Maritime and Port Administration$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Fisheries Administration$\lrcorner$and some other marine-related organs such as $\ulcorner$Maritime Police Agency$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Marine Accident Inquiry Agency$\lrcorner$, etc., for the purpose of enhancing development of national marine polices in various aspect and promoting marine safety and environmental protection activities. Therefore, the unification of marine casualty statistics is required for the need of appreciating present condition and problem. This paper shows the Client/Server computing system which could replace the existing Main Frame system set up by Maritime and Port Administration and Marine Accident Inquiry Agency. It also gives the way to connect every casualty related organ for data exchange of casualty information and INTERNET for opening casualty information to the public. So, applicable techniques and basic policy direction is dealt with.

Marine casualties originated from fishing vessels occupied about 71.2% of the whole marine casualties in Korea from 2008 to 2014, which has not changed much for a long time. Therefore, a pragmatic counterplan to decrease in casualties in fishing vessel is indispensable for reduction of marine casualties in Korea. Since the casualties occurred by fishing vessels may incline to a specific type of casualties according to the difference in the operating type; in this paper, 11 fishing types which occurred casualties frequently in numbers and occupied ratio were selected. Since the most frequent occurring casualties in fishing vessels were from collisions and fire explosion in statistics from KMST (2008~2014), the study focused on them. The collision is given a great deal of weight in all the casualties mostly due to the negligence of duty regardless of the job types. Gill netter, trap fishing boat, jig boat, multiple fishing boat and stow netter have their own specific causes of casualties in collision according to the operating types. The cause of fire explosion was mainly due to poor inspection and maintenance the electric cord. For this reason, it may be necessary for an operator to make strict precaution on the other vessels under way systematically, keep the regulation for preventing collisions, and for an engineer on watch to make a check the electricity periodically to reduce the fire explosion.

I searched the recent murder cases for other criminal methods of homicides the monthly statistics of the local police agencies of the whole country, I found that there are many criminal cases where knives were used. Based on this finding, I decided to conduct my survey about kitchen knives. The statistics indicated more than five hundread male and female adults were reported to have committed murders. Of the 500 people, 21 used a kitchen knife to commit murder. This study showed that when people have a conflict, the kitchen knife is as a tool that can be easily changed into a weapon. If the points of the knife is round, more homicides could be avoided. If regulations were established, as we have with dagger when producing, selling or purchasing, I would assume that the number of the crimes with knives will be remarkably diminished. It is our responsibility to create a bill concerning regulatory standards in understanding the dangers of kitchen knives. We must immediately participate in active publicity campaigns.

By the statistics of traffic safety public corporation as of Feb. 2009 year, in domestic 16,861,965 cars were registered and in this Gwangju is registered by 476,149 cars. Except Ulsan, compare to other metropolitan city, vehicles numbers are fewer. Then, as of 2009. 4. 9. by the announcement of National land and marine ministry, the operation distance of passenger cars of Gwangju metropolitan city is 40.9 km per 1 day and the most highest in the whole country. On the one hand, by the materials of traffic safety public corporation, from 2007. 1. 1 to 2007. 12. 31 for a year, traffic accidents of Korea were 211,662. By this, 6,166 people were death, 335,906 people were wounded. This mean about 17 people death and 920 people wounded per day. In Gwangju metropolitan city, last year 8,231 traffic accidents took place and 138 people were death and 13,533 people were wounded. This while government did various traffic policy to reduce traffic accidents and some degree were progressive. But still the actual circumstances is that disgrace of traffic undevelopment country can't take off. Moreover, the concern for the traffic safety of feeling of general people is very deficient. In this research, with the help of Gwangju province police station. analysed traffic accidents reality of 2009 year March and this is going to look around spring season traffic accidents prevention activities and spring season means from March to June.

This study set out to identify crime vulnerable areas with the GIS spatial analysis technique for the prediction of crimes. Crime vulnerable areas were extracted from the statistics of crimes with the GIS hotspot analysis technique and the inverse distance weighted(IDW) method applied to different crimes according to places and use districts. The scope of surveillance and weight were calculated for each of CPTED surveillance elements including CCTV, streetlamp, patrol division, and police substation. Maps of crime vulnerable areas were overlapped one after another to make a CPTED-based one expressed in four grades(safety, attention, warning, and risk).

Most nations including Korean government make a great endeavor to realize low-carbon and green-growth world. We also work hard to expand bicycle facilities and bicycle road in order to increase bicycle transportation rate. Nowadays number of cyclists is increasing but fortunately, bicycle accidents also increase rapidly. Most data of bicycle accidents published by National Police Agency annually are represented as frequencies in two dimensional contingency tables. In this work, risk rates and characteristics of bicycle accidents are analyzed by using concepts of the probability and conditional probability. Especially with numbers of estimated cyclists and registered cars, risk rates of various kinds of bicycle accidents are obtained. Under the assumption of the conditional independence, probability of bicycle accident occurred at realistic situations could be estimated. Furthermore we discuss to reduce bicycle accidents with these results obtained in this work.

According to the National Security Service of the National Police Agency, intrusion into empty houses increased form 2013 to 2016. Consequentially this statistics seemed that house intrusion, burglary is increasing. Also according to the statistics of Public Prosecutors'Office, a total 203,573 theft crimes occurered in 2016, of which 18.9% were theft after intruding. By reson of this is most frequent case of intrusion and theft, we have been studing the RodSecurityRobot model to enhance security in many factories to manage. In order to care for security to the high place, we have propsed a road guard robot model which controls the ground in cooperation with the robot that manages the ground by using the drones. The robot and the drone move together to autonomy to avoid objects. And they check time interval. they also goes to the charger to charge when there is no battery.

Purpose: This study conducted to identify factors affecting on the job stress among employees of community integrated health promotion programs. Methods: A total of 175 employees of community integrated health promotion programs in public health centers were asked to complete a pack of self-report questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Employees' emotional labor was a bit higher than moderate. Employees' job stress was higher than that of general employees in public health centers but similar to police officers. Job stress had a positive relationship with emotional labor and a negative relationship with self-efficacy. Factors affecting on the job stress were emotional labor, self efficacy and working period for integrated health promotion. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, employees of community integrated health promotion programs in public health centers need to develop effective interventions to help them effectively decrease job stress. This, in turn, will decrease emotional labor and increase self efficacy.
