This study was conducted to develop a robust navigator which could be in positioning for precision farming through developing a plural GPS receiver with 4 sets of GPS antenna. In order to improve positioning accuracy by integrating GPS signals received simultaneously, the algorithm for processing plural GPS signal effectively was designed. Performance of the algorithm was tested using a simulation program and a fixed point on WGS 84 coordinates. Results of this study are aummarized as followings. 1. 4 sets of lower grade GPS receiver and signals were integrated by kalman filter algorithm and geometric algorithm to increase positioning accuracy of the data. 2. Prototype was composed of 4 sets of GPS receiver and INS components. All Star which manufactured by CMC, gyro compass made by KVH, ground speed sensor and integration S/W based on RTOS(Real Time Operating System)were used. 3. Integration algorithm was simulated by developed program which could generate random position error less then 10 m and tested with the prototype at a fixed position. 4. When navigation data was integrated by geometrical correction and kalman filter algorithm, estimated positioning erros were less then 0.6 m and 1.0 m respectively in simulation and fixed position tests.

This research aims to develop the multiple channel electrochemical DNA chip that has the above characteristic and be able to solve the problems. At first, we fabricated a high integration type DNA chip array by lithography technology. It is able to detect a plural genes electrochemically after immobilization of a plural probe DNA and hybridization of non-labeling target DNA on the electrodes simultaneously. It suggested that this DNA chip could recognize the sequence specific genes. It suggested that multichannel electrochemical DNA microarray is useful to develop a portable device for clinical gene diagnostic system.

This paper involves a study of developing the production scheduling system in a general job shop type mechanical factory. We consider realistic situations in the job-shop environments, such as alternative machines for operation, the new kinds of processes, the machining center with the plural pallet, the operational situation of each machine during the scheduling period, occurings of urgent orders and machine breakdowns. We also propose the methodology of re-schedule. It is very fast and acceptable for real time production control system. These all functions are implemented on IBM PC and program source is written in PASCAL language.

This paper aims to understand the points which the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives System has proposed, and to find some improvement. This Fisheries Cooperatives previously had a single board system operating two small board rooms which became independent within the two sectors of credit and .provision in addition to the existing board of directors. This is a very unique board of directors system which is not found in cooperatives in our country nor in the business world. This change of the board of directors of the Fisheries Cooperatives is ascribed to the reorganization of the system into a completely independent division system, which operates business separately based on each sector as opposed to the previous multiple cooperatives system. However, a plural board of directors system does contribute to the improvement of managerial efficiency by strengthening the self-control of each independent business section, but deepens conflicts between its internal organizations, and brings about a reverse function which might deteriorate both the controlling power of a systematic organization and the coordinating power between sectors. This paper made an analysis of acceptors' attitudes toward the board of directors of the fisheries cooperatives system by regulating all the staff directly related to the operation of the board of directors of the fisheries cooperatives system as a group of acceptors and by selecting one hundred and fifty persons among the staff as a sample. The inquiry into acceptors' attitudes was made using questionaries, and the data for this investigation was processed and analyzed using a statistical method. The contents of this paper are composed of I. an introduction, II. the findings of the questionary investigation, III. the overall opinion for the improvement of the board of directors system, and IV. a summary and conclusion.

We discuss a neural network solver for the inverse optimization problem. The problem is that find functional relations between input and output data, which are include defects. Finding the relations, predictions of the defect parts are also required. The part of finding the defects in the input data is an inverse problem .
