As smartphones have become widely used, topics of smartphone become a hot research subject in IT technologies. Many applications have been developed for the smartphone and the application market has become more and more increasing. However here are few studies or application developments on Korea's traditional games. In this paper we developed Korea's traditional board game Gonu. People who are young or old can play the game. We expect that many applications which related with Korean culture are developed on the smartphone environment.

This study aims to illustrate the value of teaching English drama in the course of teaching primary English and suggests a model for primary English drama in an English camp for Children. Drama is the world of assumption where language is used just like in real life. It has a positive effect on foreign language learning by encouraging the operation of certain psychological factors which facilitate oral communication. Dramatic techniques such as storytelling, role play, chant, song and games can be used in the EFL classroom to help bring about such results. Meanwhile, making a primary English drama in an English camp for Children would be practical mode to attain the essential purpose of EFL teaching particularly to get over the drawbacks of Korean students' communicative competence under the school's inflexible EFL education curriculum. In this paper, I will present the effectiveness of English drama and the skills for using it with ESL students and suggest some notes that can be used to reinforce the goals set out from the position of the teacher, student and teaching material. It is confirmed that the trained leader, students' affirmative attitude and systematic teaching materials are needed to maximize the effects of drama activities. In addition to that, there will be showed a model of instruction targeted to the primary students learning English in an English camp for Children.

The leakage accident from a storage tank in an oil refinery plant occurred in April 2014 and the total loss is KRW 18 billion. This accident has prompted many companies to develop their own mitigation system to minimize the loss of the leakage accident. The aim of this study is to design the temporary storage facility system for dealing with leakage accidents. The basic concept of this system is that the leakage fluid of a hazardous material flows into a temporary storage tank and this is transferred to a spare tank by a pump as avoiding the overflow of a temporary storage tank. In order to design this system, the leakage velocity and quantity according to time series should be evaluated. In addition, a proper pump capacity should be determined to avoid repeating the pump switching on and off frequently. In this study, the benzene tank is selected to verify the efficacy of this system. This study can play a critical role to provide a guideline for designing a new system.

Premature cracking of the epoxy coatings applied on ship's ballast tanks(BT) can lead to damage of ship's hulls. To avoid this, it's important to have clear understanding of the underlying mechanism and primary factors of the coating crack. In this study, the efforts were made to clarify the integrated effects of main factors, i.e., initial coating shrinkage, thermally induced strain, steel-structural strain and the intrinsic coating flexibility at the initial and after aging, to the early cracking phenomena of epoxy coating in the ship's ballast tank. The coating crack is caused by combination of thermal stress, structural stress, and internal stresses which is closely related to chemical structures of the coatings. On the other hand, thermal stresses and dimensional stabilities would rarely play a major role in coating crack for ballast tank coatings with rather large flexibility. Crack resistance of the coatings at early stages can be estimated roughly by measuring internal stress, FT-IR and $T_g$ value of the coatings. A new screening test method was also proposed in this study, which can be possibly related to the long-term resistance of epoxy-based paints to cracking.

In the 1990s, university environment is changing rapidly(especially, difficulty of student registration which are originated student's decrease and various deregulation) and university get ready for the new ways of management culture. This new ways are management innovation strategies. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of effective innovation(to search application possibility of management innovation strategy), solving the problems occurred by the enlargement and change in the environments of universities. From early in the 1990s, korean corporations perform actively many management innovation strategy including benchmarking, restructuring, downsizing, zero-based budgeting, BPR, learn organization and total quality management. But korean most universities performed hardware management innovation strategies such as corporate portfolio restructuring(including outsourcing, M&A, MBO etc.) and organization restructuring. Therefore korean universities have got to concerns about more software management innovation strategy such as total quality management and learn organization. Also we have seen another problems such as that universities try to merely duplicate certain management innovation strategies which are used by another university. rather than to make various effort to adequate their own organizations. In conclusion, korean universities are to play an important roles in the development of knowledge society. The management innovation and individual competence development in the university are required to overcome crisis of university.

This paper addresses the implementation of FTTH system based on G-PON technology. This system supports the duplication function that can switchover both TDM and data routes within 10msec. This system consists of OLT and ONU/ONT. G-PON OLT supports the maximum 32 2.5Gbps interfaces, and then has the flexibility and the scalability for supplying digital communication and broadcasting convergence service in the near future. OLT system consists switch module, subscriber module, processor module, and G-PON link module, and has the operating system based on Linux. ONU is installed in customer premise to supply TPS (Triple Play Service). Also ONT has the dedicated interface for IP-TV to improve the transmission characteristics of IP-TV signal.

Purpose: There are many forest and outdoor programs being offered but systematic reviews of effects are lacking. This study was done to identify content, format, and strategies of forest therapy programs for elementary school students. Methods: Literature search using keywords in English and Korean was performed using 6 electronic databases in December 2016. Search participants were elementary school students and interventions conducted in the forest. Seventeen forest therapy studies were selected for evaluation. Risk of Bias Assessment tool for non-randomized study was used for quality assessment. Results: All studies were quasi-experimental designs. Forest therapy programs included various activities in forests such as experience of five senses, meditation in the forest, walking in the forest, ecological play, observation of animals and insects. All studies used psychosocial health variables and forest healing programs had positive effects on sociality, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, aggression, anger, and school adjustment. Limitations of these studies were vague reporting of the study, lack of ethical review and rigorous research designs. Conclusion: Forest therapy for elementary school child can be an effective way to improve psychosocial health. Future studies with rigorous study designs are needed to assess long-term effects of forest therapy on physical and psychosocial health.

Software metrics as a way to evaluate software play a significant role in reducing software development costs and improving quality. However, the emergence of various software metrics creates the problem that the user must select the correct metric. Various strategies have been studied to solve this problem. However, existing studies still have difficulties in selecting metrics by requiring high user interventions. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method that helps to select the right metric and the metric tools by using their various characteristics as selection criteria, instead of using weighted expressions to minimize user intervention.

Purpose - The industrial structure upgrading can play an important role in promoting the carbon emission efficiency. Thus, this paper attempts to study the impact of industrial structure upgrading on carbon emission efficiency in order to reduce carbon emissions. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper selects panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities (autonomous regions) in China from 2001 to 2016, and divides them into three regions. The Moore index is used to measure the industrial structure upgrading, the non-radial SBM model based on undesired output is used to measure the slack variable to calculate the total factor carbon emission efficiency. Finally the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the carbon emission efficiency are analyzed. Results - It is found that the Moore index and the carbon emission efficiency in the eastern region is the highest in the three regions. Conclusions - The influence of various influencing factors on carbon emission efficiency is different between regions. The Moore index has a positive effect on the carbon emission efficiency in the eastern region, and has a negative influence coefficient on the central region. The effect on the western region is not obvious.

Bacterial grain rot by Burkholderia gluae cause severe damage in seedling and grain of rice after heading season. This seed-borne pathogen play a role as first infection agent that could be cause disease following cropping season. Until now the direct isolation of the bacteria has some trouble by interference of other bacteria existed inside seed. This study established convenient identification method as simple isolation with KB medium from seed showing symptom and using PCR identification. By this isolation method, B. glumae was isolated from 40 to 50％ in brown rice and inner hull, however, there were saprophytic bacteria and fungi outer hull. In PCR identification with Ogf4 and Ogr3 primer to these 25 isolates, the amplified products were presented in all of the collections but not in 10 saprophytic germs. The isolation rate was constant to 3 months stored seeds. This result provide a rapid and convenient isolation and identification of B. glumae.
