The purpose of this research is to propose the conceptual model of Scenario-based Project Planning Expert System which has not been used in domestic LNG plant industry. This research examines data on the plant project planning expert system of domestic and oversea, analyzes the components of project planning expert systems and benchmark excellent cases. The conceptual model of LNG plant project planning expert system is established through the procedure as has been noted above. The results of this research are as follows: First, this research draws out such components of LNG plant project planning expert system as feasibility, cost control, contract management and risk management. Second, this research proposes the conceptual model of LNG plant project planning expert system which core module is consist of feasibility evaluation, life cycle cost evaluation and decision making. Finally, each module of LNG plant project planning expert system would be integrated into the Scenario-based Project Planning Expert System.

The power expansion planning is large and capital intensive capacity planning. In the past, the expansion planning was established with the proper supply reliability in order to minimize social cost. However, the planning not used cost minimizing objective function in the power markets with many market participants. This paper proposed the power expansion planning model using multi-criteria decision rule. This model used multi objective function considering not only cost minimizing but also GENCO's intension. This paper compared proposed model with WASP model in order to verify the result of proposed model.

The purpose of this study is to develop a 3 dimensional spatial planning model (3DSPLAM) for facilities allocation and visual evaluation in improvement planning of rural village. For the model development, this study developed both planning layers and a modelling process for spatial planning of rural villages. The 3DSPLAM generates road networks and village facilities location automatically from built area plan map and digital elevation model generated by geographic information system. The model also simulates 3-dimensional villagescape for visual presentation of the planned results. The 3DSPLAM could be conveniently used for automatic allocation of roads, easy partition of land lots and reasonable locating of facilities. The planned results could be also presented in the stereoscopic models with varied viewing positions and angles.

Recently, in the competitive environments, every company recognizes the importance of supply network planning models. However, there are so many problems in correctly applying mathematical model to the real world. Because mathematical modeling packages charge planning managers with understanding the models and responsibility for generating plans, fast and accurate model cannot be generated with ease. In this paper, we design the model management system that helps planning managers flexibly create and modify mathematical models and manage model versions. We implement the system with model base concept.

In this paper strategic planning is applied for effective management to improve hospital income. Though community hospital has been set up for improving the health status of community, it must be trying to increase income for continuing with referral hospital in the community. The most useful tool of management to do this purpose is thought of strategic planning. Therefore this paper developed strategic planning a typical community hospital, which for it presenting the strategic planning process and developing the simulation model for evaluation of strategic alternatives. In the result it is represented that admission rate is the most sensitive to hospital operating income among the important variables in the model. And simulation by changing the parameter could estimate the yearly hospital income in the response of alternatives. This strategic planning simulation model has had constraints as number of date but also significance such as evaluating the alternatives by quantitative model and at first applying the hospital in our country.

This article discusses a capacity planning method in QoS-guaranteed IP networks such as BcN (Broadband convergence Network). Since IP based networks have been developed to transport best-effort data traffic, the introduction of multi-service component in BcN requires fundamental modifications in capacity planning and network dimensioning. In this article, we present the key issues of the capacity planning in multi-service IP networks. To provide a foundation for network dimensioning procedure, we describe a systematic approach for classification and modeling of BcN traffic based on the QoS requirements of BcN services. We propose a capacity planning framework considering data traffic and real-time streaming traffic separately. The multi-service Erlang model, an extension of the conventional Erlang B loss model, is introduced to determine required link capacity for the call based real-time streaming traffic. The application of multi-service Erlang model can provide significant improvement in network planning due to sharing of network bandwidth among the different services.

This study presents a mathematical programming model to develop production planning in the manufacturing processes for photovoltaic silicon ingots and wafers. The model is formulated as a linear programming model that maximizes total growth margin, which is composed of production cost, inventory cost, shortage cost, and sales profit while considering the constraints associated with the production environments of photovoltaic materials. In order to demonstrate the utility of the model for production planning, we run operations for a planning horizon of a year for a case study. When the primary results of this mathematical programming are compared with the historical records, the model could have resulted in the considerable increase of the total growth margin by effectively reducing inventory cost if a decision maker had employed the model as a decision support system with perfect information for sales demand.

As factory automation is required, using the vision system is also essential. Especially, the pateh planning of parts with J-lead on PCB plays a import role of whole automation. Path planning is required because J-lead is scatteed compaed to L-lead on PCB. Therefore, in this paper, we propose path planning of part inspection with J-lead to use Hopfield Model(TSP : Traveling Salesman Problem). Then optical system suited to J-lead inspection is designed and the algorithm of J-lead solder joint and part inspection is proposed.

This study presents work-family multiple-role planning by female university students as a new approach to worklife balance. Accordingly, this study examines university years as a key time frame during which students establish their career paths. This study integrates the social cognitive career theory and the planned behavior theory to design and evaluate a model that explains the work-family multiple-role planning process; in addition, it develops an optimal model to predict the intentions of female university students in work-family multiple-role planning. This study has conducted a structural survey with 500 female university students. After inspecting the data, the responses of 435 participants were used in the data analysis (SEM) with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The findings include the following. First, suitability of predictive model presents a satisfying fit. The major factors in this study's model (parental support, subjective norms, attitudes toward multiple-role planning, career decision self-efficacy, and outcome expectations) are verified as direct and indirect predictors of the work-family multiple-role planning intent of female university students. Second, the strongest predictive factor for the work-family multiple-role planning intent is the social environment factor (subjective norms), indicating that the influence of social pressure on intent is relatively large. The predictive model formulated under this study's integrated theoretical framework supplements existing research that focused on attitudes toward multiple-role planning as well as provides a more profound theoretical foundation on which work-family multiple-role planning behaviors can be better understood.

최근의 국내 건설시장은 시장 규모의 축소로 인해 과잉경쟁이 이루어지고 있으며 이에 기업들은 적극적인 수주산업인 기획제안형 주택사업 분야에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 기획제안형 사업에서 가장 중요한 단계는 사업성 여부를 판단하는 초기 기획단계로서 현재 각 기업들마다 기획업무 모델을 갖고 있으나 표준적인 모델이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 기업의 기획업무 절차와 문제점파악에 의한 개선 방안을 바탕으로 개발형 주택사업 의 성공적 수행을 위한 전략적 기획업무 모델을 제안하려 한다
