In recent years, as the development of construction technology and population increase, buildings are becoming more complex and high-rise. These large scale buildings are difficult to secure fire and evacuation safety when fire occurs. So it is necessary to prepare specific measures. According to this situation, in 2011, Republic of Korea officially launched Performance-based Design in "Fire-fighting system Installation business Act". But even 6 years passed since the enforcement, there are still faces manifold problems in the course of implementation. In order to examine the necessary improvements, in this study, I conducted interviews and questionnaires with experts, investigated the improvement items under current laws. And draw up a measures for that items. The subjects of the survey were fire-fighting officer, professional engineer fire fighting, fire protection planner and professor in Daegu. As a result of twice surveys, a total of 19 items are derived. And then compared and analyzed the criteria of overseas countries, and suggested improvement directions for final items. In addition, conducted a third questionnaire survey on the proposed improvement direction to verify the appropriateness of the alternative. The results of this study will be used as basic data to deal with the general problems of performance-based design in future, and further study on each item will be needed.

At present, the secondary school teacher employment examination(SSTEE) is the only gateway to become a national and public secondary teacher in Korea, and after the revision from the 2014 academic year, all the questions of the exam have been converted to supply-type test items, requiring more definitive, accurate, and solid answers. Compared to the selection-type test items that measure recognition memory, the supply-type questions, testing recall memory, require constant memorization and retrieval practices to furnish answers; however, there is not enough learning tools available to support the practices. At this juncture, this study invented a mobile app, called ONE PASS, for the SSTEE. By unpacking the functional mechanisms of the brain, the basis of cognitive processing, this ONE PASS app offers a set of tools that feature brain-based learning principles, such as a personalized study planner, motivation measurement scales, mind mapping, brainstorming, and sample questions from previous tests. This study is expected to contribute to the research on the development of learning contents for applications, and at the same time, it hopes to be of some help for candidates in their exam preparation process.

Training, unlike education in holistic perspective, not only affects individual's potential of work competencies such as knowledge and technology, but also affects the job performance in organizational perspective. The effectiveness of training for civil servants who participated in mock jury trial learning of Suwon-si was verified using CIPP model. Participants valued the significance of the process of training rather than the conclusion that draws a certain solution, and based on the comparison and analysis of pre·post evaluations, the educational effect of mock trial training and its utilization at work in the future was higher than before the training, proving its effectiveness. In terms of the implications of training programs in addition to the program planner's evaluation, participant constitution in consideration of sex or employment period is needed for learning interaction among various learners, and information acquisition training on various local issues and conflict situations, as well as the combination of deliberation learning, are needed. in addition, it may be supplemented through customized conflict management raining related to pending projects for the effectiveness of training.

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between wedding companies and wedding planners and understand the influence of relationship factors on the relationship performance and relationship continuation intention of wedding companies. We conducted an online survey from June to July 2017, and collected 201 responses which were used during analysis. Statistical analysis, including technical statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, was undertaken using SPSS 23. This study shows that among the relationship factors affecting the wedding planner and the wedding company, the computational tie-up has a significant impact on both the financial and non-financial performance of the wedding company, while emotional tie-ups have a significant impact on the non-financial performance of the wedding company, but not on financial performance. As for the effects of relationship commitment to wedding planners on wedding shops' relationship continuation intention, each factor for relationship commitment significantly affected wedding shops' relationship continuation intention. Regarding the effects of wedding shops' relational performance on relationship continuation intention, each factor of performance significantly affected relationship continuation intention. Therefore, wedding companies should make continuous efforts to maintain this relationship and recognize the need for robust relationships with wedding planners as a sure and important competitive tool for attracting customer and generating revenue.

Due to the recent changes in the education market and Corona, Consumers have moved to the tutoring and online learning markets, and the large-scale education service franchise business is reorganized into a small-scale franchise, a business model that maximizes the profit structure from a position where sales are important. Recently, a new learning balance model that can provide individualized services from teacher-centered to student-centered, motivate students is required. In this paper, we propose a new mathematical franchise model (K-MODEL) that can improve a company's profit structure while satisfying the recent education trends and consumer needs from the point of view of the franchise. K-MODEL expects franchisor and franchisees to have a stable profit structure by developing differentiated content and services, learning and operating processes, and various programs to improve learning achievement.

During pandemic period, college students lost lots of such academic opportunities as extra-curriculum social activities, contact classes, and friendly socializing in university campus area, etc. Previous many studies have shown that physical environment has certain relevance on the well-being of human-beings. Recent public statistics on mental health had shown an increase in psychological distress and a decrease in college students and people's well-being during the lockdown in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there were little evidence on what the college students in dormitory suffered from COVID-19 incident in relation with their physical environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between environmental factors and psychological well-being of dormitory students in university campus. In order to explore the impact of physical environment on students' psychological well-being, survey instrumentation consisted of 25 indices were employed to measure the level of awareness to each index. A Chi-square analysis on individual characteristics of 200 students found that number of students living in single dwelling unit was statistically significant to maintain their psychological well-being, except for number of students living in each dwelling unit (χ² =128.92, p= .004). Pearson correlation analysis also found that there exists statistically significant relationship between psychological well-being of students and environmental factors. Further, stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most prime predictor for psychological well-being of students residing in dorm was "use of furniture" (β= .281), implying careful design, lay-out and easy-access to interior furniture by facility planner. The study also demonstrated that as the level of positive perception of physical environmental features rose, overall psychological well-being of students also responded positively at specified rate. Finally, the findings reinforce a solid evidence that carefully well-coordinated physical environments play an important role in maintaining emotional stability of college students in dorm even in pandemic period.

In order to effectively promote a smart city, various urban information must be opened and linked, and the information system that each member can share is required. In addition, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system in which citizens and citizen's organizations can participate. In this study, the components and conceptual model of a smart city platform were proposed to create a smart city that enables citizen participation. Its components include sensors for collecting data from the real world, information storage and management, information sharing and standard system, citizens' personal information protection and management system, utilization and service, etc. For the conceptual model, roles of smart city members were defined, so that citizen-centered participation and services could be made. It also includes data collection, information linkage and sharing, and service configuration system. Citizens can perform various roles such as data collector and provider, service planner or requestor, service beneficiary, etc. Ultimately, free communication and exchange of opinions with citizens is a key factor in the success of smart cities.

Planner configuration thin film solar cells (TFSCs) with SnS/CdS heterojunction performed a lower short-circuit current (J_SC). In this study, we have demonstrated a path to overcome deficiency in J_SC by the incorporation of Se in the SnS absorber. We carried out the incorporation of Se in VTD grown SnS absorber by rapid thermal annealing (RTA). The diffusion of Se is mostly governed by RTA temperature (T_RTA), also it is observed that film structure changes from cube-like to plate-like structure with T_RTA. The maximum J_SC of 23.1 mA cm^-2 was observed for 400℃ with an open-circuit voltage (V_OC) of 0.140 V for the same temperature. The highest performance of 2.21% with J_SC of 18.6 mA cm^-2, V_OC of 0.290 V, and fill factor (FF) of 40.9% is observed for a T_RTA of 300℃. In the end, we compare the device performance of Se- incorporated SnS absorber with pristine SnS absorber material, increment in J_SC is approximately 80% while a loss in V_OC of about 20% has been observed.

This paper theoretically explores the calculation of development impact fees focusing on urban growth, new urban development, developer, urban planner, housing, real estate market, community planning, community financing, local government, land use planning, public facilities, and development cost. Many questions related to who bears the burden of paying impact fees beg for answers based on empirical analysis. Those questions involve the extent to which landowners bear the burden, the effect of different levels of impact fees on the socioeconomic mix of communities, the distribution of fiscal benefits within a region where urban communities assess different levels of impact fees, and the preparedness of urban communities to accommodate development displaced by impact fees. Broader questions also relate to how urban and regional form is affected by differential application of impact fees throughout an area and whether money gained from the impact fees makes regional growth more or less efficient. Who ultimately pays development impact fees? There has been little empirical evaluation of how the market responds to development impact fees, but there is considerable information to suggest that, on the whole, the occupants - residents and users - pay the majority of the development impact fees.

Recently, wideband acoustic technology has been introduced and started to be used in fisheries acoustic surveys in various waters worldwide. Wideband acoustic data provides high vertical resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio and continuous frequency characteristics over a wide frequency range for species identification. In this study, the main characteristics of wideband acoustic systems were elaborated, and a general methodology for wideband acoustic data analysis was presented using data collected in frequency modulation mode for the first time in Republic of Korea. In particular, this study described the data recording method using the mission planner of the wideband autonomous acoustic system, wideband acoustic data signal processing, calibration and the wideband frequency response graph. Since wideband acoustic systems are currently installed on many training and research vessels, it is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic knowledge for fisheries acoustic research using the state-of-the-art system.
