This study attempted to grasp the status and perception of Uljin Geumgangsong by grasping mass media issues and user perception using big data, and to present basic data when constructing monitoring using user perception by examining the establishment relationship of agenda setting from a time-series perspective. The results of collecting and analyzing text data that can identify mass media and visitor awareness are as follows. First, both mass media and visitor keywords were related to the importance of the value and meaning of Uljin Geumgangsong. Second, in the case of the connection network, Geumgang Pine Agriculture was centered, but in the case of difference in perception between mass media and visitors, such results were derived due to the object of interest. Third, in the case of the connection relationship structure, the connection strength was strong because there were many overlapping contents of mass media. Fourth, as a result of the centrality analysis, both mass media and visitor-aware keywords were positively recognized as spaces created and maintained through institutional support, and objective perception could be grasped by finding hidden keywords. Fifth, as a result of time series analysis, it was possible to grasp the flow through the issue keywords that appeared by period, and unlike the past, it was recognized as a place for tourism and travel. Finally, as a result of examining whether the agenda setting is consistent, there is a mass media influence, so it is thought that more diverse and more information and publicity are needed by utilizing it.
Objects : This study aimed to identify the origin species of Ulmi Cortex and Ulmi Semen Pasta. Methods : I searched for different types of 'Yu(楡)' from Zhong Xiu Zheng Huo Jing Shi Zheng Lei Bei Yong Ben Cao (重修政和經史證類備用本草) of the Song Dynasty, then compared the descriptions of Yu with real life species. Items that were inconsistent were sequentially deleted to finally find the original species that satisfies all conditions. Results : There were five types of Yu : Jiyu(地楡), Jayu(刺楡), Langyu(郞楡), Goyu(姑楡), and Baekyu(白楡). Jiyu was Sanguisorba officinalis or Sanguisorba officinalis var. longifolia which was a herb. Jayu was Hemiptelea davidii (Hance) Planch. which had thorns on its branches. Ulmus laciniata had leaves that split into three branches. Langyu was Ulmus parvifolia which beared fruit in the fall. For these reasons, the four items above were ruled out. The fruit of Goyu was Ulmi Semen Pasta, which was the largest among fruits and was therefore Ulmus macrocarpa. The fruit of Baekyu was Yuhyup(楡莢) and the ancient coin Yuhyupjeon(楡莢錢) was resembled Yuhyup. The normal pulse of the lung resembled the appearance of falling Yuhyup. The peel of Baekyu was Yubaekpi(楡白皮), and when it was removed from coarse bark, contained an abundance of white sap; the place where this sap overflowed on the stem bark was white, therefore Baekyu was identified as Ulmus pumila. Conclusions : From the results above, the origin species of Ulmi cortex was Ulmus pumila and the origin species of Ulmi Semen Pasta was Ulmus macrocarpa.
Objectives: The health system reform process is highly political and controversial, and in most cases, it fails to realize its intended goals. This study was conducted to synthesize factors underlying the failure of health system reforms. Methods: In this systematic review and meta-synthesis, we searched 9 international and regional databases to identify qualitative and mixed-methods studies published up to December 2019. Using thematic synthesis, we analyzed the data. We utilized the Standards for Reporting Qualitative Research checklist for quality assessment. Results: After application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 40 of 1837 articles were included in the content analysis. The identified factors were organized into 7 main themes and 32 sub-themes. The main themes included: (1) reforms initiators' attitudes and knowledge; (2) weakness of political support; (3) lack of interest group support; (4) insufficient comprehensiveness of the reform; (5) problems related to the implementation of the reform; (6) harmful consequences of reform implementation; and (7) the political, economic, cultural, and social conditions of the society in which the reform takes place. Conclusions: Health system reform is a deep and extensive process, and shortcomings and weaknesses in each step have overcome health reform attempts in many countries. Awareness of these failure factors and appropriate responses to these issues can help policymakers properly plan and implement future reform programs and achieve the ultimate goals of reform: to improve the quantity and quality of health services and the health of society.
Purpose - Using unexpected changes in geopolitical tensions on the Korean peninsula as a quasi-natural experimental setting, we examine whether and how geopolitical risks travel across borders through firm-level imports and exports linkages. We also test whether the effects are driven by either imports or exports and assess whether firms can effectively hedge themselves against geopolitical risks. Design/methodology - We focus on a series of unanticipated geopolitical events taken place in Korea in 2018. Making use of the shocks to geopolitical climate, we identify five milestone events toward peace talks. We employ the event studies methodology. We examine heterogenous firm-level stock price reactions around key event dates depending on firms' exposure to geopolitical risks. As a measure of firms' exposure to geopolitical risks in Korea, we utilize a text-based measure of firm-level trade links. When a firm announces and discusses its purchase of inputs from Korea or sales of outputs to Korea in their annual disclosure filings, we define a firm to have a trade relationship with Korea and have exposure to Korean geopolitical risks. Similarly, we use a measure of a firm's hedging policies based on a firm's textual mention of the use of foreign exchange derivatives in their annual disclosure. Findings - We find that U.S. firms that have direct trade links to Korea gained significantly more value when the intensity of geopolitical risks drops compared to firms without such trade links to Korea. The effects are pronounced for firms purchasing inputs from or selling outputs to Korea. We find that the effectiveness of foreign exchange hedging against geopolitical risks is limited. Originality/value - We document the international transmission of geopolitical uncertainty through trade linkages. Export links as well as import links serve as important nexus of transmission of geopolitical risks across borders. Hedging strategies involving foreign-exchanges derivatives do not seem to insulate firms again geopolitical risks. With the recent movements of localization and reshuffling of the global value chain, our results suggest a significant impact of geopolitical risks in Korea on the construction of the global value chain.

The direct sale of agricultural products is an alternative distributional channel which can provide satisfactions to both producers and consumers by reducing marketing cost through a direct connection between them. Due to this role, there has been rising interest in farmers' direct selling of agricultural products. However, the direct selling by farmers expose many problems and obstacles, because farmers should take a role as a middleman when they directly sell their products. This study tries to identify the obstacles from farmers who started the direct sales, and suggested a direction of e-business education programs being in place by RDA for the purpose of promoting farmers' direct sales. Suggestions of e-business education is needed to enhance education programs such as improving personal capability, cooperative work between farmers, expending programs what farms want.

Recently, the complexity of underground utilities has increased and it has became more difficult to identify and manage information about all underground utilities due to changes such as road extension or building relocation. As a result, number of accidents related to underground utilities caused by excavation works or disasters are in rise, and naturally damages as well are increasing due to the accidents. Therefore, there is a need for a management system capable of easily registering or retrieving information of underground utilities from a remote place. In our previous work, we have developed a utility labelling system based on NFC (Near Field Communication) tag and a utility management system based on IoT (Internet of Things). However, in general, there are diverse communication devices and protocols in IoT environment. Therefore, in this paper, we propose management system and IoT gateway that enables smooth communication even in different types of devices based on the previous our work.
The e-commerce fashion market has experienced a remarkable growth, leading to an overwhelming availability of shared information and numerous choices for users. In light of this, chatbots have emerged as a promising technological solution to enhance personalized services in this context. This study aimed to develop user-product attributes for a chatbot-based personalized fashion recommendation service using big data text mining techniques. To accomplish this, over one million consumer reviews from Coupang, an e-commerce platform, were collected and analyzed using frequency analyses to identify the upper-level attributes of users and products. Attribute terms were then assigned to each user-product attribute, including user body shape (body proportion, BMI), user needs (functional, expressive, aesthetic), user TPO (time, place, occasion), product design elements (fit, color, material, detail), product size (label, measurement), and product care (laundry, maintenance). The classification of user-product attributes was found to be applicable to the knowledge graph of the Conversational Path Reasoning model. A testing environment was established to evaluate the usefulness of attributes based on real e-commerce users and purchased product information. This study is significant in proposing a new research methodology in the field of Fashion Informatics for constructing the knowledge base of a chatbot based on text mining analysis. The proposed research methodology is expected to enhance fashion technology and improve personalized fashion recommendation service and user experience with a chatbot in the e-commerce market.

The purpose of current study was to identify relations between pregnancy-childbirth infrastructures and intention to childbirth and relocation. We conducted a logistic regression analysis to determine the influence of the pregnancy and childbirth infrastructure level over the people's intentions to have any additional pregnancy and to relocate to other city. The results have showed that the younger the age and the higher the income is, the stronger the intention to have an additional pregnancy becomes, and that of the pregnancy and childbirth infrastructure, only the level of pediatrics service would affect the intention to have another pregnancy. As for the intention to relocate or move to another locations, the results have shown that such intention tends to decline where there are overall sufficient and good pregnancy and childbirth infrastructure in place.
The purposes of this study were to identify the students’ perception and to evaluate the satisfaction with the quality of school foodservice in Chungbuk Province. A questionnaire survey of 900 students was conducted and 370 completed questionnaires were available for the purpose of the statistical evaluation. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SAS V8.2 program. Importance, performance and satisfaction scale were composed of 5-Likert scales. The main results of this study were summarized as follows: The degree of importance and performance on twenty three attributes and the degree of satisfaction with four dimensions and overall satisfaction were measured according to type of school, location of school, place for eating, type of foodservice system and type of foodservice operation. The importance score was significantly higher than the performance score at all quality attributes except for the food appearance. The performance score of ‘waiting time’ and ‘atmosphere’ was less than 3 point out of 5 scale. The average satisfaction score for the quality dimensions of food, sanitation and service was 3.35, 3.19 and 3.10 point out of 5 scale, respectively. The satisfaction score for dimension of environment was 2.93 point out of 5 scale. The score for overall satisfaction was 3.27 point out of 5 scale. The satisfaction score for elementary school foodservice management was significantly higher than middle and high school foodservices. The satisfaction score for commissary foodservice operations was significantly higher than conventional foodservice operations. Using survey results as a base, the dieticians of school foodservice are required to meet the needs of the students and increase students’ satisfaction.
